NCT00885326
RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Zoledronic acid may stop the growth of tumor cells in bone. Giving bevacizumab together with cyclophosphamide and zoledronic acid may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects of giving bevacizumab together with cyclophosphamide and zoledronic acid in treating patients with recurrent or refractory high-risk neuroblastoma.
NCT02494570
A phase 2 multi-center investigation of efficacy of nab-sirolimus (formerly known as ABI-009 or nab-rapamycin) in patients with advanced malignant perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa).
NCT03512262
A 12-month study to measure the efficacy and safety of abaloparatide in men with osteoporosis.
NCT03990623
This trial studies the use of computed tomography (CT) perfusion scans in detecting changes in blood flow to the liver after portal vein embolization in patients with liver cancer. CT perfusion scans use a standard contrast drug given by vein to measure blood flow to the liver. CT perfusion scans may predict the rate and amount of growth of new, healthy tissue on one side of the liver after a portal vein embolization and detect change to the size of the liver tumor as result of the procedure.
NCT02462187
A Phase 2 Multi-Center, Double-Blind, Randomized, Vehicle-Controlled, Ascending Dose Study Assessing Tolerability, Safety, and Efficacy of Topical NVN1000 in Subjects with External Genital Warts and Perianal Warts
NCT02553317
The study was a Phase III, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study to evaluate the efficacy of caplacizumab in more rapidly restoring normal platelet counts as measure of prevention of further microvascular thrombosis
NCT03523767
The purpose of this pilot study is to investigate and compare the effect of a mild inflammatory stimulus (typhoid vaccine) on immune response, mood and cognition in healthy volunteers compared to patients with history Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) (not currently depressed and no symptoms of depression in the past 6 months).
NCT05319028
Study CX-659-401 is a multicenter, open-label, phase 2 study of mivavotinib to evaluate the single-agent activity of mivavotinib in patients with relapsed/refractory non-GCB/ABC DLBCL, incorporating ctDNA-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) to identify DLBCL patients harboring MyD88 and/or CD79B mutations within the study. This goal of this strategy is to evaluate its activity both in the cell-of-origin subgroup of non-GCB/ABC DLBCL and in the genetically defined subgroups of MyD88/CD79B-mutated and wild type DLBCL.
NCT05440318
The purpose of this study is to explore the physiological and behavioral impact of the immune response to vaccines after receipt of investigational or approved messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccines using wearable medical sensors, with the potential of establishing a digital biomarker of vaccine response due to stimulation of the immune system.
NCT00442533
The purpose of this study is to determine if High-dose 111In-Pentetreotide known as NeuroendoMedix®, is an effective treatment for Neuroendocrine Tumors.
NCT05789511
The goal of this observational study is to utilize a novel high resolution electrogastrography device to gauge if identification of gastric dysarrythmias can reliably identify patients that will respond to or will require definitive pyloric interventions such as a G-POEM procedure in patients with medically refractory gastroparesis Aims: 1. Assess for the presence of gastric dysarrythmias in lung transplantation population as compared to alternative etiologies of gastroparesis 2. Assess if presence or absence of gastric dysarrythmias is predictive of response or need of Gastric -per-oral endoscopic myotomy 3. Assess alterations in gastric dysarrthmias following pyloric interventions including G-POEM. Patients will undergo two surface body surface gastric mapping via the HR-EGG before and after undergoing a gastric per oral endoscopic myotomy as standard clinical care for the treatment of medically refractory gastroparesis
NCT01606436
This study determined if a single dose of LY2140023 (pomaglumetad methionil) affects the electrical activity in the heart in participants with schizophrenia. This study also helped determine how a single high dose of LY2140023 is tolerated by participants.
NCT03642132
JAVELIN Ovarian PARP 100 (B9991030) is an open-label, randomized study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of avelumab in combination with chemotherapy followed by maintenance therapy of avelumab in combination with talazoparib versus an active comparator in treatment-naïve patients with locally advanced or metastatic ovarian cancer (Stage III or Stage IV). On March 19, 2019, Sponsors alliance announced the discontinuation of the ongoing Phase III study, and the decision was based on several factors, including previous announced interim results from JAVELIN Ovarian 100 study (B9991010). Patients who remain in B9991030 study will continue receiving their randomized treatment assigned and will be monitored for appropriate safety assessments until treatment discontinuation.
NCT03925727
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of 5% tavilermide and 1% tavilermide ophthalmic solutions compared with placebo ophthalmic solution in treating the signs and symptoms of dry eye.
NCT02754141
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tumor-shrinking ability of experimental medication BMS-986179 alone and when combined with Nivolumab, in patients with solid cancers that are advanced or have spread.
NCT03536559
The objective of this trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of CNM-Au8 as a remyelinating treatment for vision-impairing MS lesions in participants who have chronic vision impairment as a result of Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. The primary endpoint is to assess the efficacy and safety of CNM-Au8 as a remyelinating therapy in patients with stable RMS. The secondary endpoint is Change in Functional Composite Responder Analysis Score from Baseline to Week 24.
NCT04920617
This is a Phase 2b, randomized, open label study to assess the safety and efficacy of DPX-Survivac and pembrolizumab, with and without low-dose cyclophosphamide (CPA) in subjects with relapsed or refractory DLBCL.
NCT00453154
This partially randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of sunitinib malate and to see how well it works when given together with cisplatin or carboplatin and etoposide in treating patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, carboplatin, and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Sunitinib malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. It is not yet known whether cisplatin or carboplatin and etoposide are more effective when given with or without sunitinib malate in treating small cell lung cancer.
