NCT02380274
The purpose of this study is to describe patterns of care in CRPC patients, as well as health-related quality of life (HRQoL) outcomes associated with CRPC and its management. This study will also describe factors influencing treatment decisions including reason(s) for treatment choices and triggers for treatment changes for CRPC as well as describe clinical outcomes based on patient characteristics.
NCT06413693
The purpose of this study is to understand how the study medicine (PF-07293893) affects muscle biomarkers. Biomarkers are like clues or signs in our body that can help doctors understand our health. PF-07293893 is being studied as a possible treatment for people with heart disease who have reduced ability to exercise. This study aims to see how the study medicine affects muscle biomarkers related to the ability to exercise. This study is seeking participants who: 1. Are males 18 to 65 years of age and females who are not able to become pregnant; 2. Have body mass index of 16 to 32 kilograms per meter square and a total body weight of more than 50 kilograms (110 pounds); 3. Over prior 4 weeks have an average of less than: -150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout each week. Moderate-intensity physical activity feels somewhat hard. Your breathing becomes faster, but you are not out of breath. You can hold a conversation, but you cannot sing. AND -75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout each week. Vigorous-intensity physical activity feels challenging. You are breathing fast and deep. You cannot say more than a few words without pausing. OR -An equivalent combination of moderate-and vigorous-intensity activity. Participants will stay at the study clinic for about four days. On the third day, participants will take the study medicine or placebo (dummy pill) by mouth once at the study clinic and then stay at the study clinic for another day. During this time, the study team will check the treatment and take some blood and muscle tissue samples from the leg. This will help to understand if the study medicine affects muscle biomarkers. Participants will return to the study clinic for a follow-up visit or receive a follow-up telephone call about a month later.
NCT05600114
A phase 2, multicenter, double-blind, parallel group, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical study, designed to compare the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of 2 dose levels of CBD and a matching placebo for the treatment of subjects with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD).
NCT03682536
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of luspatercept (ACE-536) compared to epoetin alfa on red blood cell (RBC) transfusion independence (for at least 12 weeks) with a concurrent hemoglobin increase of at least 1.5 g/dL in participants with anemia due to revised international prognostic scoring system (IPSS-R) very low, low, or intermediate risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) who require RBC transfusions and have never been exposed to erythropoiesis stimulating agent (ESA).
NCT04060680
Pivotal Summary: The study is designed to demonstrate safety and efficacy of the Extravascular Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (EV ICD) System. Continued Access Summary: This study is designed to provide continued access to the Extravascular Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (EV ICD) System.
NCT01101906
This is a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind phase 2 study of OSI-906 or placebo at a continuous 150 mg twice daily (BID) dose.
NCT05262400
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07220060 and PF-07104091) in people with breast cancer. This clinical study consists of 2 parts (part 1 and part 2). In part 1, we are seeking participants who: * Have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer (BC) of either types: * Have HR+, HER2- BC * Refractory HR-positive/HER2-positive BC * Have other solid tumors other than BC In part 2, we are seeking participants who: -Have HR-positive/HER2-negative BC Part 1 will include increasing doses of PF-07220060 with PF-07104091. In part 2, participants will take 1 of 2 study medicine combinations. This will help us decide the highest amount of study medicines that can be safety given to people. All participants in this study will receive PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 by mouth. We will compare participant experiences to help us determine if PF-07220060 with PF-07104091 is safe and effective. Participants will take part in this study for about 2 years. During this time, they will receive the study medicine, an x-ray imaging, and will be observed for safety and effects of the study medicines.
NCT02181413
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ixazomib citrate maintenance therapy on progression-free survival (PFS), compared to placebo, in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) who have had a response (complete response \[CR\], very good partial response \[VGPR\], or partial response \[PR\]) to induction therapy followed by high-dose therapy (HDT) and autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT).
NCT04919499
This study is open to adults with diabetic macular ischemia who have received laser treatment. The main purpose of this study is to find out whether people with diabetic macular ischemia can tolerate a medicine called BI 765128. In this study, BI 765128 is given to people for the first time. The study has 2 parts. Part A tests 3 doses of BI 765128. Participants get either a low, medium or high dose of BI 765128 as a single injection into the eye. If participants tolerate it well, the highest dose will be used in part B. In part B, participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets BI 765128 as injection into the eye. The other group gets sham injections. A sham injection means that it is not a real injection and contains no medicine. Participants cannot tell whether they get the real injection or a sham injection. In this part, participants receive study treatment once every month for 3 months. Participants in part A are in the study for about 4 months and visit the study site about 8 times. Participants in part B are in the study for about 5 months and visit the study site about 7 times. The doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.
NCT04754022

NCT05509855
This study will provide long-term follow-up for patients who have received treatment with WU-CART-007 in a previous clinical trial. In this study, patients will be followed for up to 15 years after their last dose of WU-CART-007 for evaluation of delayed adverse events, presence of persisting WU-CART-007 vector sequences, and overall survival and progression-free survival.
NCT04170023
The study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of the oral Factor D (FD) inhibitor ALXN2050 (ACH-0145228) monotherapy in patients with PNH that are treatment naïve, or patients currently treated with eculizumab who still experience anemia and reticulocytosis, or patients currently treated with ALXN2040 (danicopan) as monotherapy. After signing consent, participants will have periodic visits through Week 12, at which time the primary endpoint and key secondary assessments will be analyzed. Participants will continue on treatment past 12 weeks into a long-term extension portion of the trial.
