NCT06426628
The goal of this observational study is to learn how a physician uses the results of the Percepta® Nasal Swab test to manage people with a newly identified pulmonary nodule. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test reduce the number of invasive procedures in people with a low-risk result and whose nodule is benign? * Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test decrease the time to treatment in people with a high-risk result and whose nodule is cancer? Participants will be randomly assigned to either a group where the test result is provided to the physician (test arm) or to a group where the test result is not provided (control arm). Researchers will compare management of participants in the two groups.

NCT05103657
This study is open to people aged 18 to 65 who have post-traumatic stress disorder. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1358894 improves symptoms in people with post-traumatic stress disorder. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. Participants take BI 1358894 or placebo as tablets every day for 2 months. Placebo tablets look like BI 1358894 tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants are in the study for about 3 months. During this time, they visit the study site about 8 times and get about 4 phone calls from the trial staff. During the study, participants answer questions in interviews and complete questionnaires so the doctors can check whether their symptoms change. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects.
NCT02571816
The purpose of this study is to compare the single-dose pharmacokinetics of ASP2215 in subjects with mild and moderate hepatic impairment to matched healthy subjects with normal hepatic function. This study will also assess the safety and tolerability of single-dose ASP2215 in subjects with mild and moderate hepatic impairment and matched control subjects.
NCT03556384
Funding Source - FDA OOPD FDA-approved products for patients with unresectable or metastatic GIST include therapies such as imatinib and sunitinib. Although there are FDA-approved products for the treatment of advanced/metastatic GIST, these therapies are known to be ineffective in the SDH-mutant/deficient subtype and no known effective therapies exist. The purpose of this study is to investigate SDH-Mutant/Deficient Gastrointestinal Stromal cancer's response to the drug Temozolomide (TMZ) and aim to improve patient outcomes. Temozolomide is approved by the FDA for the treatment of newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and refractory anaplastic astrocytoma cancers. Temozolomide is considered experimental because it is not approved by the FDA for the treatment of SDH-Mutant/Deficient Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor.
NCT00306098
SPECIFIC AIMS: 1. To reverse hyperglycemia and insulin dependency in patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus by islet cell transplantation; 2. To eliminate the incidence of hypoglycemia coma and unawareness in patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus by islet cell transplantation; 3. To assess long-term safety and function of successful islet cell transplants in patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus; 4. To determine whether the natural history of the microvascular, macrovascular and neuropathic complications of Diabetes Mellitus are altered following successful transplantation of islet cells; and 5. To assess the effect of infliximab in preventing early islet destruction, and thereby eliminating the need for a second donor's islet cells. 6. To assess the effect of etanercept in preventing early islet destruction. 7. To assess the effect of exenatide to improve islet graft function and survival in subjects that have returned to using exogenous insulin. 8. To assess the ability of exenatide to improve islet survival at time of transplantation.
NCT03709472

NCT05788328
The purpose of the study was to understand the effect of PF-07081532 on the movement of Dabigatran and Rosuvastatin into, though, and out of the body in healthy overweight or obese adult participants. This study also aims to collect data on safety and how tolerable the study medicine is. The study is seeking for participants who are: * Male or female who are 18 years of age or older. * Healthy but are overweight or obese. Participants will receive dabigatran and rosuvastatin as single doses by mouth 3 times during the study. The amount of the study medicine PF-07081532 will be adjusted over time until any interactions are seen. PF-07081532 is taken daily by mouth in 8 Study Periods while admitted into the study clinic over 53 days. Once discharged from the study clinic, participants will have a follow-up visit 7 to 10 days post last dose of study medicine. Then another follow-up via telephone contact, 28 to 35 days post last dose of study medicine.
NCT06388616
This study will evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and tolerability of a single oral dose of balcinrenone in patients with mild and moderate hepatic impairment in comparison to a matched healthy control group.
NCT04959032
