NCT02785939
This phase II/III trial studies how well palbociclib works in treating cell cycle gene alteration positive patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. This is a sub-study that includes all screened patients positive for cell cycle gene alterations which can cause tumor cells to grow more quickly. Palbociclib may slow cell cycle progression and may be able to shrink tumors.
NCT02965378
This phase II/III trial studies how well FGFR inhibitor AZD4547 (AZD4547) works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. This is a sub-study that includes all screened patients positive for the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) biomarker. FGFR can cause tumor cells to grow more quickly. AZD4547 may decrease the activity of FGFR and may be able to shrink tumors.
NCT00452413
Phase I: A study to see what doses of Enzastaurin and Erlotinib are best tolerated by participants with solid tumor cancer. Phase II: A study to see how long participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with Enzastaurin and Erlotinib live.
NCT01244191
This study is to determine if the combination regimen of tivantinib with erlotinib will improve overall survival relative to erlotinib alone in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer who have received 1 or 2 prior systemic anti-cancer therapies.
NCT02897765
The purpose of this study is to evaluate if the treatment with NEO-PV-01 + adjuvant in combination with nivolumab is safe and useful for patients with certain types of cancer. The study also will investigate if NEO-PV-01 + adjuvant with nivolumab may represent a substantial improvement over other available therapies such as nivolumab alone. All eligible patients will receive NEO-PV-01 + adjuvant and nivolumab while on this trial.
NCT03061812
The purpose of this randomized, open-label, 2-arm, phase 3 study is to assess the efficacy, safety and tolerability of rovalpituzumab tesirine versus topotecan in participants with advanced or metastatic SCLC with high levels of DLL3, who have first disease progression during or following front-line platinum-based chemotherapy.
NCT02485652
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of HM61713 in patients with T790M-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI).
NCT03382899
To compare the efficacy of pegilodecakin in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer as measured by objective response rate.
NCT02785913
This phase II trial studies how well taselisib (GDC-0032) works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. This is a sub-study that includes all screened patients positive for the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) biomarker. PI3K can cause tumor cells to grow more quickly. Taselisib may decrease the activity of PI3K and may be able to shrink tumors.
NCT01532362
The primary objective for this trial is to determine the biological ability of apricoxib to decrease T reg cells in the peripheral blood and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in subjects compared to those who have not in subjects with early stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). The secondary objectives are to determine the efficacy of apricoxib to inhibit CD4+CD25+ T reg and FOXP3 function and exploration of COX-2 dependent biomarkers of apoptosis resistance, angiogenesis, invasion, and immunity.
NCT03382912
To compare the efficacy of pegilodecakin in combination with nivolumab versus nivolumab alone in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer as measured by objective response rate.
NCT03380871
The purpose of this study is to find out if treatment with NEO-PV-01 in combination with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy (pembrolizumab/chemotherapy) is safe and useful for patients with lung cancer. The study also will assess if the NEO-PV-01 vaccine, when given together with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy, can improve your response compared with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy treatment alone. All eligible patients will receive NEO-PV-01 + Adjuvant, pembrolizumab and chemotherapy while on this trial.
NCT02318368
Phase 2 multicenter, controlled, randomized, double-blind study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ficlatuzumab versus placebo when administered with erlotinib in subjects with previously untreated metastatic EGFR-mutated NSCLC and BDX004 Positive Label.
NCT03603652
Patients with medically inoperable primary soft tissue lesion of the lung will have transbronchial microwave ablation performed via transbronchial approach by an interventional pulmonologist or thoracic surgeon using CT imaging. Prior to the ablation procedure, the treating physician will use endobronchial ultrasound to confirm staging. Patients will be followed for one year following the ablation procedure for efficacy and safety.
NCT01355497
The purpose of this study is to determine if the investigational drug GTx-024 can help patients with non small cell lung cancer increase physical function and maintain or gain muscle.
NCT02500199
Part 1: to assess the safety and tolerability of pyrotinib and to define the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of pyrotinib in patients with Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-positive advanced solid tumors (metastatic breast cancer, gastric cancer, or other solid tumors that have no targeted agent as standard of care). Part 2: to estimate the overall response rate (ORR) for patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (mBC) and HER2 mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated at the RP2D (or MTD).
NCT01268059
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the dose, antitumor activity, safety and pharmacology of MEDI-575 in combination with carboplatin/paclitaxel in subjects with previously untreated, advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT00643318
The purpose of this study is to assess the short and long-term outcomes after CyberKnife stereotactic radiosurgery for early stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients who are medically inoperable.
NCT03125200
This study evaluated ADCT-502 in participants with Advanced Solid Tumors with HER2 Expression. Participants participated in a dose-escalation phase (Part 1) and were due to participate in the dose expansion phase (Part 2). In Part 2, patients were due to receive the dose level identified in Part 1, but the study was terminated prior to the beginning of Part 2.
NCT00456833
This study aims to assess the value of combined treatment with RAD001 and erlotinib in patients with advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer treated only with chemotherapy as systemic therapy.
