NCT02915016
This study will evaluate the safety and immune response to the DNA-HIV-PT123 vaccine used in combination with one of two protein vaccines (Bivalent Subtype C gp120/MF59 or Bivalent Subtype C gp120/AS01B) in healthy, HIV-uninfected adults.
NCT00346164
This phase III trial is studying observation to see how well a risk based treatment strategy works in patients with soft tissue sarcoma. In the study, patients are assigned to receive surgery +/- radiotherapy +/- chemotherapy depending on their risk of recurrence. Sometimes, after surgery, the tumor may not need additional treatment until it progresses. In this case, observation may be sufficient. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as ifosfamide and doxorubicin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving chemotherapy and radiation therapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. Giving these treatments after surgery may kill any tumor cells that remain after surgery.
NCT03628716
This is a Phase 2, single-arm, multi-institutional clinical trial designed to study the combination of CV301 with atezolizumab in the first-line treatment of UC not eligible for cisplatin-containing chemotherapy (Cohort 1) and in the second-line treatment of UC previously treated with standard first-line cisplatin-based chemotherapy (Cohort 2).
NCT02102022
Phase 1: Assessment of safety and tolerability of ADI-PEG 20 in combination with folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil and oxaliplatin (FOLFOX) in advanced GI malignancies. Phase 2: Assessment of the objective response rate (ORR), measured by RECIST 1.1 criteria as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR).
NCT01743651
This is a multicenter, randomized (1:1:1), double-blind, active and placebo controlled, parallel group study to evaluate safety, tolerability and efficacy of oral arbaclofen in MS patients with spasticity. Eligible subjects will be removed from anti-spasticity medications for at least one week and then begin study drug treatment with daily doses increasing up to the target dose which will then be maintained for at least 12 weeks. A down-titration will then occur over two weeks.
NCT02729753
This study will evaluate the C2 CryoBalloon™ Full and Swipe Ablation Systems for the ablation of human esophageal epithelium in patients scheduled to undergo esophagectomy for reasons unrelated to the objective of the study
NCT02519777
People infected with HIV often have cognitive dysfunction even if they are on antiretroviral therapy (ART) and have undetectable viral loads. The study evaluated if the addition of maraviroc (MVC) and dolutegravir (DTG) (which are two antiretroviral \[ARV\] medications) to participants' existing ART regimens improved participants' neurocognitive performance.
NCT02901717
This is a Phase 3, multi-center, randomized, open-label, assess-blind study to determine the efficacy and safety of MLT, a novel antibiotic lock therapy that combines minocycline with edetate disodium in 25% ethanol solution as an adjuctive therapy for the treatment of catheter-related or central line associated bloodstream infection (CRBSI/CLABSI). Approximately 144 subjects who have been diagnosed with CRBSI/CLABSI and who meet all necessary criteria for the study will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to 1 of 2 treatment arms: * MLT Arm: Mino-Lok therapy; or * Control Arm: Antibiotic lock (±heparin). The antibiotic lock (ALT) should be comprised of the best available therapy at the sites based on standard institutional practices or recommendations from the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) guidelines.
NCT03205163
The primary purpose was to assess the safety and tolerability of a single intravenous (IV) administration of BIVV001 in adult previously treated patients (PTPs) with severe hemophilia A.
NCT03049735
The purpose of this study is to determine the benefit of relugolix 40 milligrams (mg) once a day co-administered with estradiol (E2) 1 mg and norethindrone acetate (NETA) 0.5 mg compared with placebo for 24 weeks on heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids.
NCT04103385
Background: Interoception is defined as the "sense of the physiological condition of the entire body" and is crucial for recognizing emotions and sensations (e.g., hunger, temperature, pain) and responding accordingly. The investigator's lab has conducted several independent studies and two pilot studies that support the hypothesis that disrupted interoception leads one to be disconnected from the body, and thus more able to harm the body should one desire to do so. Research suggests that interoceptive deficits may not only differentiate those who are thinking about suicide from those who engage in suicidal behavior, but it may also provide information about who is at imminent risk for suicidal behavior. The identification of novel, short-term risk factors, like interoceptive deficits, allows for the development of new treatment applications for suicide, which is important for several reasons: 1) suicide rates have increased in recent years, especially among military populations, and 2) existing treatment approaches are often ineffective, lengthy, expensive, or impractical for large-scale dissemination. This project evaluates a novel, brief intervention for interoceptive deficits and suicidal behavior with the potential to be acceptable and feasible for a military population.
NCT00605215
The study aims to compare the effect of daily oral treatment of laquinimod capsules 0.6 milligrams (mg) with the effect of placebo capsules (capsules that contain no active medication) as well as with the effect of an existing Multiple Sclerosis (MS) injectable drug: Interferon β-1a (Avonex®).
NCT04828590
DEEPVESSEL FFR is a medical device that is designed to extract three- dimensional coronary tree structures and generate computed tomography-derived fraction flow reserve (FFR) values from coronary CT angiogram images. The primary objective of this multi-center clinical validation study is to validate the clinical performance of DEEPVESSEL FFR in identifying patients with myocardial ischemia due to significant obstructive coronary artery diseases.

The purpose of the study is to estimate the response rate and compare overall survival of patients taking BMS-936558 to those taking study physician's choice of either Dacarbazine or Carboplatin and Paclitaxel
NCT03767543
Primary Objective: To demonstrate that the simple daily titration algorithm is non-inferior to the weekly titration algorithm according to Canadian labeling. Secondary Objective: To gain additional information on the efficacy and safety of using a simple patient-titration protocol for administration of insulin glargine/lixisenatide fixed-ratio combination (iGlarLixi).
NCT01047683
