NCT04748848
CC-90011-AML-002 is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multicenter study to assess the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of CC-90011 given concurrently with Venetoclax and Azacitidine. This study will include 3 parts: a dose escalation part in R/R AML, a dose escalation part in ndAML (treatment-naïve participants with AML who are ≥ 75 years of age or are ≥ 18 to 74 years of age and otherwise not eligible for intensive induction chemotherapy), and a randomized dose expansion part in ndAML of Venetoclax and Azacitidine with or without CC-90011.
NCT01792882
The study is intended to collect specimens to support the application of genome analysis technologies, including large-scale genome sequencing. This study will ultimately provide cancer researchers with specimens that they can use to develop comprehensive catalogs of genomic information on at least 50 types of human cancer. The study will create a resource available to the worldwide research community that could be used to identify and accelerate the development of new diagnostic and prognostic markers, new targets for pharmaceutical interventions, and new cancer prevention and treatment strategies. This study will be a competitive enrollment study conducted at multiple institutions.
NCT05747508
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled dose escalation study to assess the safety and efficacy of pulsed, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) in subjects with pulmonary fibrosis on long term oxygen therapy.
NCT01590680
Protocol JDI2007-01 is an Expanded Access Protocol with therapeutic 131I-MIBG for patients with neuroblastoma or pheochromocytoma / paraganglioma, who otherwise do not qualify for available treatments, or where approved treatment is not commercially available.
NCT01430442
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of rimegepant (BMS-927711) compared with placebo in the acute treatment of migraine as measured by Pain Freedom (headache pain intensity level reported as "no pain") at 2 hours post dose using a four point numeric rating scale (no pain, mild pain, moderate pain, severe pain) while identifying an optimal dose to support the Phase 3 clinical trials.
NCT04725877
This is a Phase 1a, first in human study in which healthy adult participants who are considered to be at low-risk for HIV infection and are seropositive for cytomegalovirus (CMV) will receive two doses of VIR-1111 or placebo. These participants will be assessed for safety, reactogenicity, tolerability and immunogenicity. There is an optional long-term follow-up study that would lengthen study participation for up to 3 years post-first dose.
NCT03303339
The purpose of the phase 1b/2 study is to determine whether Onvansertib given orally daily for 5 consecutive days every 28 days is safe and tolerable in adult patients who have relapsed/refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), or are ineligible for intensive induction therapy, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose and recommended phase 2 dose of Onvansertib in combination with decitabine or Onvansertib in combination with low-dose cytarabine. In the phase 2 portion of the study, Onvansertib in combination with decitabine will be studied to provide further data on the safety profile of the combination and to preliminarily assess the activity of the chosen combination in patients with untreated AML who are not candidates for aggressive induction therapy, or who have received one prior treatment for their AML.
NCT03167606
The proposed MyPEEPS Mobile intervention is a novel and evidence-driven intervention using mobile technology to deliver HIV prevention information specifically developed for at-risk young men who have sex with men (YMSM). This will be the one of the first studies to test the efficacy of a scaled-up, mobile version of an existing human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention intervention originally developed for, designed by, and piloted for, a diverse group of YMSM. MyPEEPS Mobile will be tested in an randomized controlled trial with racially and ethnically diverse HIV-negative or unknown status YMSM aged 13-18 at four geographically diverse sites: Birmingham, Chicago, New York City, and Seattle, allowing for increased generalizability of findings.
NCT02891837
The purpose of this study is to determine whether L-citrulline is effective and safe in the prevention of clinical sequelae of Acute Lung Injury in pediatric subjects undergoing surgery for congenital heart defects.
NCT03502278
This study will examine the initial efficacy and feasibility of a program called Islamic Trauma Healing by conducting a small RCT (N = 60) comparing Islamic Trauma Healing in an U.S. Somali refugee sample to a waitlist control on key targets of PTSD, depression, somatic symptoms, and quality of life. The hypothesis is that those in Islamic Trauma Healing will show a greater reduction of PTSD symptoms, depressive symptoms, and somatic symptoms and show a greater improvement in quality of well-being than those in the waitlist condition (WL).
NCT00796068
This phase II trial studies how well giving treosulfan together with fludarabine phosphate and total-body irradiation (TBI) works in treating patients with hematological cancer who are undergoing umbilical cord blood transplant (UCBT). Giving chemotherapy, such as treosulfan and fludarabine phosphate, and TBI before a donor UCBT helps stop the growth of cancer cells and helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. When the stem cells from a related or unrelated donor, that do not exactly match the patient's blood, are infused into the patient, they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine (CsA) and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) after the transplant may stop this from happening.
NCT03038100
This is a Phase III, global, double-blind, 2-arm randomized study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab versus placebo + paclitaxel + carboplatin + bevacizumab. Study participants will have Stage 3 or 4 ovarian cancer (OC), fallopian tube cancer (FTC), or primary peritoneal cancer (PPC) with macroscopic residual disease postoperatively (i.e., after primary tumor reductive surgery) or who will undergo neoadjuvant therapy followed by interval surgery.
NCT03561259
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 131I-MIBG in combination with Vorinostat in patients with Recurrent or Progressive neuroblastoma
