Given the number of anticipated durvalumab-based treatment launches in the hepatobiliary cancer space over the next 3 years, there is a need to capture contemporary real-world data across these indications. LIVER-R is a multicountry, multicenter, observational study of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hepatobiliary cancer treated with a durvalumab-based regimen as part of routine clinical practice or early access program (EAP). The study design will include primary and secondary data collection. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of durvalumab-based regimens in real-world settings as measured by real-world overall survival. Other endpoints include demographics, clinical characteristics, clinically significant events of interest, treatment patterns, concomitant medications, and other real-world clinical endpoints (such as duration of treatment, progression-free survival, time to treatment progression, time to next treatment, recurrence-free survival, and time to treatment recurrence).

Purpose of this study is to assess the effects of pemvidutide on NASH resolution and NASH fibrosis.
NCT06107426
Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurological condition, which affects the brain. PD gets worse over time, but how quickly it progresses varies a lot from person to person. Some symptoms of PD are tremors, stiffness, and slowness of movement. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how effective ABBV-951 is in treating adult participants with advanced PD in real world setting. ABBV-951 (foslevodopa/foscarbidopa) is an approved drug for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease. The main ROSSINI study will have approximately 450 adult participants with PD (300 participants new to ABBV-951, up to 150 participants transitioning from open-label extension study) will be enrolled across approximately 60 sites. Decision to treat with ABBV-951 (or continue the treatment in Cohort B) will be made by the doctor prior to any decision to approach the participant to participate in this study. There will be a sub-study that will enroll 40 naïve participants who initiated Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa treatment for the first time (Cohort A of the ROSSINI parent study only) from 6 to 15 centers in the United States, Germany and Spain. All participants will receive subcutaneous infusion of ABBV-951 for approximately 3 years. Participants will attend regular clinic visits during the course of the study. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, and completing questionnaires.
NCT06542874

NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans. Participants will either get NNC0487-0111, which is given as tablets or as injections, or placebo. Which treatment the participant get is decided by chance. The study will last for about 43 weeks.
NCT01372592
The Spine TRACK Spinal Surgery Registry is a prospective multi-center observational data collection initiative, to capture clinical and radiographic outcomes in candidates for spine surgery with degenerative, deformity, and traumatic pathologies. As an observational database, there are no initial driving hypotheses, but rather data will be mined to answer unforeseen questions, but which may include broad topics such as comparative effectiveness between and among various surgical treatment options, and/or outcomes in various subgroups of patients such as defined by demographics, comorbidities, indications and symptoms, treatment variables, and/or outcome variables.
NCT06693843
This study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-range finding study of the efficacy, safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of multiple doses of aleniglipron in participants living with overweight or obesity with at least one weight-related comorbidity. Participants will be randomized to aleniglipron or placebo in a ratio of 3:1 within each Cohort receiving multiple-ascending, QD doses of aleniglipron or placebo in titration steps of 4 weeks duration for a total of 36 weeks of treatment. At the end of the study (after completing 36 weeks of treatment), participants will be offered to continue with an open-label extension (OLE) where they will receive aleniglipron for an additional 36 weeks.
NCT04369053
The PREEMPT CRC study is a prospective multi-center observational study to validate a blood-based test for the early detection of colorectal cancer by collecting blood samples from average-risk participants who will undergo a routine screening colonoscopy.
NCT07300839
This study is designed to find out how well the COVID-19 vaccine protects people 50 to 64, who don't have any serious health problems, compared to a group that receives a vaccine that doesn't contain an ingredient to protect against COVID-19 (placebo).
NCT05007782
This is a first-in-human (FIH) study to evaluate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of denikitug (also known as GS-1811) as monotherapy and in combination with zimberelimab in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study will be conducted in 6 parts (Parts A, B, and E: monotherapy, Parts C and D: combination therapy, and Part F for both monotherapy and combination therapy) in participants with advanced solid tumors who have received, been intolerant to, or been ineligible for all treatments known to confer clinical benefit or in participants with select solid tumors.
NCT06651281
Researchers want to learn more about tulisokibart (also known as MK-7240) in an extension study. Tulisokibart is a medicine designed to treat active, moderate to severe Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). An extension study is a type of study where people who received tulisokibart in certain other studies for CD or UC (called a parent study) may be able to join this study. The goals of this study are to learn about the safety of tulisokibart over time in people with CD or UC, and if people tolerate it.
NCT06328673
The goal of this clinical trial is to define a safe and effective dose of DM919 for participants with solid tumors The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the safe and effective dose of DM919 when used alone or in combination with pembrolizumab? What cancers can be treated effectively with DM919 alone or in combination with pembrolizumab?? Participants will be asked to attend clinic and be given a intravenous infusion of DM919 or DM-919 in combination with pembrolizumab. They will have blood tests and other assessments to measure whether DM-919 will have the effect on tumors.

NCT04683653
This study will investigate if a shorter treatment course (known as "hypofractionation") for pelvic radiation is safe for women with endometrial cancer. Doctors leading the study will also determine the safest and most tolerable dose of shortened radiation (hypofractionation) used to treat women in this study. Because this study will shorten the radiation course typically used to treat endometrial cancer, each daily treatment given to women in this study will be slightly higher than normal to ensure that the total radiation dose they receive is still effective and similar to the radiation dose they would receive if they were not participating in this study (standard treatment).
