NCT03005106
About 70 participants will be enrolled. They will have complex skin defects because of burns caused by heat. The burns will: * be on 3-49% of the participant's total body surface area (TBSA) * require surgery for skin replacement * include intact dermal elements The burns are called deep, partial-thickness thermal burns because the skin was damaged by heat but still has some dermis that was not damaged. The dermis is the layer of skin under the outer layer (epidermis). It is the thickest layer of the skin that provides strength and flexibility to the skin. All patients will receive both treatments, but on different areas of their burns. Their wounds will not be compared to other patients. One treatment area on their own body will be compared to the other one. This will help to find out if StrataGraft is safe and effective for deep partial thickness burns. It will also see if StrataGraft might help healing enough to use it instead of the patient's own healthy skin to repair the damage.

NCT00689273
To evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacokinetics in patients with osteoarthritic pain of the knee. The most painful knee joint will be identified as the index joint at screening, and this joint will be used for all pain assessments throughout the study.
NCT02798406
Glioblastoma (GBM) and gliosarcoma (GS) are the most common and aggressive forms of malignant brain tumor in adults and can be resistant to conventional therapies. The purpose of this Phase II study is to evaluate how well a recurrent glioblastoma or gliosarcoma tumor responds to one injection of DNX-2401, a genetically modified oncolytic adenovirus, when delivered directly into the tumor followed by the administration of intravenous pembrolizumab (an immune checkpoint inhibitor) given every 3 weeks for up to 2 years or until disease progression. NCT02771509
The objective of the study is to assess the safety and efficacy of ANG-3777 in preventing AKI compared to placebo when administered to patients at risk for developing acute kidney injury (AKI) following cardiac surgical procedures involving cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).
NCT02574520
This is a research study of SABER® -Bupivacaine, an experimental medication designed to reduce pain for up to 3 days after surgery. Given once by the surgeon at the end of surgery, SABER® - Bupivacaine delivers a locally-acting pain reliever directly to the surgical wound. The purpose of this study is to measure how well it works in reducing pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (surgery to remove the gall bladder) and to investigate the safety of SABER®-Bupivacaine (its side effects).
NCT03126760
This study will enroll about 66 participants who experienced a relapse of RRMS that steroids did not help. The doctor will put participants into a treatment group. Each person has an equal chance of being in either one of two groups (like flipping a coin). One group will receive a shot of study medicine (called Acthar Gel) under their skin every day for 14 days. The other group will receive a shot every day for 14 days, too, but there is no medicine in it (called placebo).
