NCT03575351
The study will be conducted in compliance with the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use/Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements. This is a randomized, open-label, parallel-group, multi-center trial in adult subjects with Relapsed or refractory (R/R) aggressive Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) to compare safety and efficacy between the standard of care (SOC) strategy versus JCAR017 (also known as lisocabtagene maraleucel or liso-cel). Subjects will be randomized to either receive SOC (Arm A) or to receive JCAR017 (Arm B). All subjects randomized to Arm A will receive Standard of care (SOC) salvage therapy (R-DHAP, RICE or R-GDP) as per physician's choice before proceeding to High dose chemotherapy (HDCT) and Hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). Subjects from Arm A may be allowed to cross over and receive JCAR017 upon confirmation of an EFS event. Subjects randomized to Arm B will receive Lymphodepleting (LD) chemotherapy followed by JCAR017 infusion.
NCT01081028
The purpose of the Connect® MM Registry is to explore the natural history and real world management of patients with newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma (MM) and provide unique insights into the management of MM and the impact of this hematologic disorder on patients.
NCT04757636
A 2-year phase 3, multicentre, randomised, parallel-group, sham-controlled, double-masked study. Primary efficacy will be determined at Week 52.
NCT06122077
The PROACT LUNG study is a prospective multi-center observational study to validate a blood-based test for the early detection of lung cancer by collecting blood samples from high-risk participants who will undergo a routine, standard-of-care screening Low-Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT).
NCT03345823
A multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of maintenance and long-term treatment administration of upadacitinib, an orally administered Janus kinase 1 inhibitor, in adult participants with Crohn's Disease.
NCT02375880
DKN-01 is a humanized monoclonal antibody (Mab) with neutralizing activity against Dkk-1 and is being developed as an anti-neoplastic agent. This study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of DKN-01 in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin in patients with carcinoma primary to the intra- or exta-hepatic biliary system or gallbladder.
NCT06011798
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of multiple doses of foselutoclax (UBX1325) in patients with Diabetic Macular Edema. The main questions the study aims to answer are: * Assess the efficacy of foselutoclax compared to aflibercept * Assess the safety and tolerability of foselutoclax
NCT04951219
A 52-Week, Multi-center, Open-label, Active Treatment Extension Study to Evaluate Safety and Tolerability of Once Daily, Oral Administration of Resmetirom (MGL-3196)
NCT05480306
This is a Phase 2 randomized, open-label, two-part, multicenter study with a safety run-in to evaluate efficacy and safety of DKN-01 plus FOLFIRI/FOLFOX and bevacizumab versus standard of care (SOC) \[FOLFIRI/FOLFOX and bevacizumab\] as second-line treatment of advanced CRC patients.
NCT04507360
This proposal is a partnership between Mental Health America (MHA), a nonprofit mental health advocacy and resource organization, Talkspace (TS), a for-profit, online digital psychotherapy organization, and the University of Washington's Schools of Medicine and Computer Science Engineering (UW). The purpose of this partnership is to create a digital mental health research platform leveraging MHA and TS's marketing platforms and consumer base to describe the characteristics of optimal engagement with digital mental health treatment, and to identify effective, personalized methods to enhance motivation to engage in digital mental health treatment in order to improve mental health outcomes. These aims will be met by identifying and following at least 100,000 MHA and TS consumers over the next 4 years, apply machine learning approaches to characterizing client engagement subtypes, and apply micro-randomized trials to study the effectiveness of motivational enhancement strategies and response to digital mental health treatment.
NCT05403385
The study will first determine the optimal dose of inupadenant to be given in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed to patients that progressed after receiving first line anti-PD(L)1 treatment for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The efficacy and safety of the combination is then compared to standard of care carboplatin and pemetrexed in the same populations.
NCT05365971
The RISE FOR HEALTH study (RISE) is an initiative of the Prevention of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (PLUS) Research Consortium, which was formed by the NIDDK in 2015 to develop the science to improve bladder health in women and girls. RISE is designed to identify risk and protective factors for bladder health and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and to estimate the distributions of bladder health and bladder health knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs in women of all ages across the life course. This will be accomplished by conducting a population-based prospective cohort study. A sample of individuals who live within the study base, i.e., the county containing each PLUS clinical research center and each adjacent county, will be invited to complete two baseline surveys and then two follow-up surveys one year later. A subset of participants will be invited to attend an in-person evaluation to collect additional clinical information and biologic specimens.
NCT02996305
The purpose of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of oral OV101 (gaboxadol) in adult and adolescent subjects with Angelman syndrome. In addition, several exploratory efficacy outcome measures will be investigated.
NCT05253807
This is an open-label, single arm study to study the safety, efficacy and tolerability of Pemigatinib when used on participants with squamous or nonsquamous NSCLC with a documented FGFR1-3 mutations or fusions/rearrangement who have progressed on prior therapies and have no available standard treatment options
NCT05398341
The purpose of the Bridge Registry is to assess real-world performance of the FDA approved BEAR Implant.
NCT04170894
This study seeks to assess the effect of apnea (breath hold) during atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation by having all ablations performed under apnea. By prospectively studying the effects of apnea on AF ablation, the investigators wish to demonstrate its feasibility, safety and impact on patient outcomes. This is a prospective study that includes both an apnea arm and a control arm. The subjects who consent to the apnea arm will undergo an atrial fibrillation ablation with periods of apnea. The subjects who consent to the control arm will agree to have their data from their standard of care atrial fibrillation be collected for comparison.
NCT06364865
This clinical registry study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the AE05ML device for ligating vessels and tissue structures during laparoscopic surgery using Hem-o-lok® Medium Large (ML) polymer clips. The primary objective is to assess the device's safety and performance, with secondary objectives focusing on device performance characteristics and operator feedback.
NCT05624710
This is a multicenter, open-label, parallel-group study to evaluate INCB054707 in participants with varying levels of renal function or impairment.
NCT06623409
Researchers are looking for new ways to prevent cancers related to human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is a common virus that can cause an infection. There are many different types of HPV. Most people's immune system can fight HPV infection and it goes away without treatment. For some people, HPV infections can last longer and may cause cancer years later. A standard vaccine to prevent HPV-related cancers is GARDASIL®9 (G9). G9 protects against 9 types of HPV but it does not protect against other types of HPV. The study vaccine (called V540B) is designed to protect against the same HPV types that G9 protects against plus other HPV types. The main goal of this study is to learn about the safety of V540B in healthy adults and if people tolerate it.
