NCT06532279
This phase II trial compares the effectiveness of adding BMX-001 to usual symptom management versus usual symptom management alone for reducing oral mucositis in patients who are receiving chemoradiation for head and neck cancer. Oral mucositis (inflammation and mouth sores) is a common side effect of chemoradiation that can cause pain and difficulty swallowing. Usual management of these side effects typically consists of using mouth rinses and pain medications during treatment and for several weeks after completion of treatment. BMX-001 neutralizes harmful substances in the body, preventing damage to macromolecules such as DNA and minimizes free radical-related toxicity in normal tissues. Adding BMX-001 to usual symptom management may be more effective than usual symptom management alone at reducing oral mucositis in patients receiving chemoradiation for head and neck cancer.
NCT05919264
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if FOG-001 is safe and effective in participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
NCT04852887
This Phase III Trial evaluates whether breast conservation surgery and endocrine therapy results in a non-inferior rate of invasive or non-invasive ipsilateral breast tumor recurrence (IBTR) compared to breast conservation with breast radiation and endocrine therapy.
NCT06614322
The goal of this clinical trial is to determine whether quantitative sensory testing (QST) can be used to classify participants into pain sub-groups and predict who will respond best to certain pain treatments in participants with painful peripheral neuropathy. The analgesic effect is evaluated by measuring pain intensity and Patient Global Impression of Change (PGIC). This study is a 3-period cross-over trial. This means researchers will compare 3 different drugs (pregabalin, duloxetine, and placebo) over a period of 19 weeks. Participants will: * Undergo a quantitative sensory testing (QST) exam. * Provide a blood sample. * Complete questionnaires on the computer. * Take the study drug as instructed.
NCT06952504
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) endometrial cancer (EC) that is advanced or recurrent. * EC is a type of cancer that starts in the tissues inside the uterus (womb) * pMMR indicates that certain normal proteins are present in the cancer cells * Advanced means the cancer has spread locally or to other parts of the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed with surgery * Recurrent means the cancer came back after surgery Sacituzumab tirumotecan (also known as sac-TMT) and pembrolizumab are the study medicines. Sac-TMT is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC). An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive sac-TMT with pembrolizumab live longer and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who receive pembrolizumab alone.
NCT05851430
The goal of this observational registry is to assess the use and performance of Galvanize PEF technology in a real-world setting. The main questions it aims to answer are: * PEF utilization and performance * Monitor safety outcomes and inform future generation devices. Participants will undergo the PEF procedure and be followed per institutional standard of care.
NCT06894212
Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ulotaront (SEP-363856) in acutely psychotic subjects with schizophrenia
NCT06855771
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of BMS-986504 monotherapy in participants with advanced or metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with homozygous MTAP deletion after progression on prior therapies.
NCT07298395
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effectiveness of ENV-294 in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The main questions it will answer are: * Is there an impact on the severity and area of atopic dermatitis when participants take ENV-294 * What medical problems do participants have when taking ENV-294 Participants will: * Take drug ENV-294 or a placebo once every day for 12 weeks * Visit the clinic every 2 to 4 weeks for checkups and tests * Keep a diary of their symptoms and when they took their study drug * Return to the clinic for the final study visit at approximately week 16
NCT06979323
Asthma is a chronic condition marked by narrowed and swollen airways due to inflammation leading to recurring symptoms that can vary and worsen unpredictably.\\xa0The purpose of this study is to assess how depemokimab, a monoclonal antibody, affects the structure and function of the lungs in asthmatic participants with type 2 inflammation, characterized by an eosinophilic phenotype.
NCT07425522
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, Pharmacodynamics (PD), and Pharmacokinetics (PK) of multiple doses of RO7823653 in participants with DME, administered by intravitreal (IVT) injection as monotherapy and co-administered with faricimab.
NCT02882191
To evaluate the effectiveness, device placement, safety, and tolerability of LevoCept to support commencing a Phase III Clinical Study
NCT06157151
This Phase 2 study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of PRGN-2009 in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with pembrolizumab-resistant recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer.
NCT06655155
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect and safety of efgartigimod PH20 SC compared to placebo in adults with systemic sclerosis. The study consists of a screening period, a treatment period of up to 48 weeks and a safety follow-up period. After the screening period, eligible participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive either efgartigimod PH20 SC or placebo. The total study duration can be up to approximately 15 months. More information can be found on: https://clinicaltrials.argenx.com/esscape
NCT05465174
The current study assesses the tolerability and efficacy of monotherapy with pan-RAF-kinase (Tovorafenib) inhibition for the treatment of children and young adults with craniopharyngioma.
NCT07388667
Researchers are looking for new weight loss medicines for people with higher body weight. The study medicine, MK-4082, is different from similar weight loss medicines because people take it as a pill instead of an injection. Before giving a study medicine to people with a health condition, researchers first do studies to find a safe dose level (amount) of the study medicine that can be used in future studies. The goals of this study are to learn about: * The safety of MK-4082 and if people tolerate it * What happens to different MK-4082 dose levels in a person's body over time
NCT06974734
The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and the effects of PF-08046037 alone or with sasanlimab for the treatment of certain advanced or metastatic malignancies. This study is seeking participants who: * have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), melanoma, or pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC); * are able to provide tumor tissue samples; * have measurable disease. All participants will receive while at the clinic PF-08046037 alone as an intravenous (IV) infusion (given directly into a vein) or with sasanlimab as a subcutaneous (SQ) injection (given under the skin) once every 3 weeks. Participants will continue to take the study drug(s) until their cancer is no longer responding or if the patient cannot safely take them. The study team will monitor how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of AZD4360 in adult participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumours selected for expression of CLDN18.2.
NCT07112196
A study of how well and safely a new drug called visugromab works in people with certain kinds of cancer (including lung and bowel cancer) and unintended weight loss known as cachexia. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does visugromab help participants put weight back on and have a better appetite? * Does visugromab help participants move more and better? * What medical problems do participants have when taking visugromab? Researchers will compare visugromab to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug). Participants will visit the hospital or clinic once every 4 weeks to receive visugromab or placebo via a drip into a vein and to undergo checkups and tests.
