The purpose of this study is to study how changes in the body during pregnancy influence the blood levels of TMC114 (darunavir) and ritonavir taken together, darunavir and cobicistat taken as a fixed-dose combination, TMC125 (etravirine) taken alone or with darunavir and ritonavir or rilpivirine in patients with human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1). This study will examine how these drugs are absorbed in the body, how they are distributed within the body and how they are removed from the body over time. Any pregnant woman who is currently receiving darunavir with ritonavir, darunavir with cobicistat, etravirine or rilpivirine for HIV-1, and who meets the eligibility criteria for the study, will be allowed to enroll. Patients must be willing to remain on study medication during the course of their pregnancy, and 12 weeks postpartum. The information collected may help answer questions about how to best prescribe these three drugs for pregnant women.

PRISMS is a double-blind, multicenter, randomized, Phase IIIb study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous (IV) alteplase in participants with mild acute ischemic strokes that do not appear to be clearly disabling. Participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive within 3 hours of last known well time either 1) one dose of IV alteplase and one dose of oral aspirin placebo or 2) one dose of IV alteplase placebo and one dose of oral aspirin 325 milligrams (mg).

RATIONALE: Acyclovir may be effective in preventing herpes simplex virus infection in patients with neutropenia. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying the side effects of acyclovir and is comparing two doses of acyclovir in preventing herpes simplex virus infection in patients with neutropenia.

The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in various chemical and biologic parameters of scalp and and hair parameters between young and old Caucasian females. The hair state and scalp blood flow in younger and older age groups with typical hair care practices will be qualified by measuring various parameters of the hair shaft and scalp with correlation back to hair and scalp satisfaction as measured in the subject. This is a single center study with an anticipated 4 month enrollment period. The investigators will compare various scalp and hair parameters between young and old Caucasian females by obtaining the following biological and chemical/structural information. Hair growth rate, anagen to telogen ratio, hair density (determined via phototrichogram and digital imaging), Vascular blood flow (Laser Doppler Flowmetry), Histamine stimulation and Hair diameter (clipped hairs). In addition, a detailed questionnaire will be administered to each subject regarding satisfaction of the subject's hair state, including typical hair care regimens and symptoms in scalp and/or hair shafts. This information will be correlated to the biologic and chemical/structural information about hair and scalp health. Approximately 50 healthy, Caucasian female subjects will be enrolled in this study. Twenty five participants will be 19-25 years-old and 25 participants 60 years or older. There will be two visits, Baseline and approximately 48 hours after baseline.

Radiation dermatitis is an itchy, painful skin rash that can occur following treatment with radiation. KeraStat Skin Therapy may be a better treatment for radiation dermatitis.

RATIONALE: Studying samples of tumor tissue from patients with cancer in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in DNA and identify biomarkers related to cancer. It may also help doctors predict how patients will respond to treatment with erlotinib. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying how well erlotinib works when given before surgery in treating patients with head and neck cancer that can be removed by surgery.

Purpose: The primary hypothesis of this study is that the combination of interval exercise training (IET) as well as motivational accelerometry (MA) delivered both as a 5-12 week intervention that will improve cardiorespiratory fitness in patients preparing to undergo allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT). MA is not an established term, but in respect to this study, MA refers to the use of wearable accelerometry paired with regular intervals of physical activity coaching from members of the study staff during the IET training. The study will also look at several secondary endpoints including the association of the intervention with changes in cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A, multiple tumor suppressor 1 (p16INK4a), and the association of the intervention with changes in symptoms and quality of life before and after transplant. Participants: 60 patients will be randomized into two groups, 30 in the intervention group consisting of both IET and MA, and 30 in the control group applying usual care and use of wearable accelerometry without motivational physical activity coaching. Procedures (methods): Results of this study will inform a randomized, multi-site study of a pre-transplant exercise intervention.

Cystathionine beta-synthase deficiency is an inherited disease that results in elevation of a substance called homocysteine (Hcy) in blood and urine. Individuals with this disorder have a very high risk for developing blood clots and are at risk for developing eye and bone abnormalities. Current treatments are generally difficult to follow and can fail. Development of additional therapies has been limited by lack of understanding of how the disease works. The purpose of this study is to see if oxidative stress and inflammation are involved in the disease process and if short-term supplementation with taurine is an effective treatment. Background: \- Ebola virus causes an infection known as Ebola virus disease (EVD). This it is generally a severe disease which can also lead to death. The 2014 outbreak of EVD in West Africa is the largest ever. Researchers want to develop a vaccine to prevent Ebola infection. It is impossible for someone to get an Ebola infection from this vaccine. Objectives: \- To see if an Ebola vaccine is safe and to study immune responses to it. Eligibility: \- Healthy adults ages 18-65. Design: * Participants will be screened through a separate protocol. * Participants will receive the vaccine injection by needle and syringe into an upper arm muscle. - Participants will stay at the clinic for 3 hours after the injection. * About 2 days later, participants must speak with clinic staff about how they are doing. * Every day for 7 days after the injection, participants will record their temperature and symptoms and look at the injection site. They will get a thermometer and a ruler to measure any redness or swelling. They will report any side effects. * In the first 2 months in the study, participants will have at least 6 clinic visits and 1 phone call. They will have at least 3 other visits over the next 9 months. * At each visit, participants will be checked for health changes or problems since their last visit. They will be asked how they feel and if they have taken any medicine. Blood will be drawn at most visits. Urine samples may be collected.
