NCT03602560
A 52-week, placebo-controlled, randomized, Phase 3 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of seladelpar in subjects with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and an inadequate response to or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) The participants might enter the ongoing open-label safety study (NCT03301506) following this double-blind study.
NCT01464034
This is a dose finding pilot study to evaluate the safety and determine the maximum tolerated dose of the combination of carfilzomib and pomalidomide with dexamethasone (CPD) in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma followed by a phase II expansion at the MTD to evaluate efficacy.
NCT04798001
This study evaluates an investigational vaccine that is designed to protect humans against infection with SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus causing COVID-19 disease. The investigational vaccine, MV-014-212, is a live attenuated vaccine against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) that is expressing the spike (S) protein of SARS-CoV-2. MV-014-212 is administered as drops or a spray in the nose. Specifically, this study analyzes the safety of, and the immune response to, the vaccine when administered to healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 69 years who are seronegative to SARS-CoV-2 and have not received a prior vaccine against COVID-19.
NCT05476185
The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) has developed the Relationships, Education, Advancement, and Development for Youth for Life (READY4Life) Program. NCT02091011
The study is to determine the rate and cause of device replacements at 5 years post-implantation. It will assess the battery and device longevity of the Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICD) and CRT-D Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillator (CRT-D) devices. It will also validate the device survival information given in Boston Scientific's Product Performance Report by comparing the pulse generator (PG) survival probability in the study to that presented in the Product Performance Reports (PPR)

This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of once-daily application of CLS001 topical gel compared to vehicle gel in subjects with severe papulopustular rosacea.
NCT04909021
This study evaluates an investigational vaccine that is designed to protect humans against infection with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and is administered as a nasal spray. Specifically, the study analyzes the safety of, and the immune response to, the vaccine when administered to healthy children between the ages of 6 and 24 months who are seronegative to RSV.
NCT04279119
This is a phase 1, open label, single arm study in which ARQ-151 cream 0.3% is applied QD for 2 weeks to adolescent subjects with chronic plaque psoriasis involving at least 10% body surface area (BSA) and adult subjects with chronic plaque psoriasis involving at least 20% BSA (excluding scalp). The objectives of this study are to evaluate the exposure and characterize the plasma pharmacokinetic profile and to assess the safety and tolerability of ARQ-151 cream 0.3% administered once daily for 2 weeks to adolescent and adult subjects with chronic plaque psoriasis.
