NCT01309672
RATIONALE: Androgens can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Antiandrogen drugs, such as abiraterone acetate, may lessen the amount of androgens made by the body. It may also stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying the side effects and how well abiraterone acetate works in treating patients with prostate cancer who have undergone initial hormone therapy.
NCT02828358
This pilot phase II trial studies the side effects of azacitidine and combination chemotherapy in infants with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and KMT2A gene rearrangement. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as methotrexate, prednisolone, daunorubicin hydrochloride, cytarabine, dexamethasone, vincristine sulfate, pegaspargase, hydrocortisone sodium succinate, azacitidine, cyclophosphamide, mercaptopurine, leucovorin calcium, and thioguanine work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving more than one drug may kill more cancer cells.

The primary purpose of phase 2 portion of this study is to estimate the efficacy of H3B-6545 in terms of best overall response rate, duration of response (DoR), clinical benefit rate (CBR), disease control rate (DCR), progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS) in all participants with ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer and in those with and without ER alpha mutation (including a clonal estrogen receptor 1 gene \[ESR1\] Y537S mutation).
NCT05740007
The aim of this study is to assess whether IW-3300 is safe and works for the treatment of interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS). The main question the study aims to answer is whether IW-3300 helps bladder pain and other symptoms (for example, bladder burning, pressure and discomfort). Subjects will be assigned to receive either the study drug or placebo by chance.
NCT03744676
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 2 study to determine the safety, PK, and efficacy of lisocabtagene maraleucel (JCAR017) in subjects who have relapsed from, or are refractory to, two lines of immunochemotherapy for aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in the outpatient setting. Subjects will receive treatment with JCAR017 and will be followed for up to 2 years.
NCT05438329
This is a dose-escalation and dose-expansion Phase 1/2a trial to evaluate the safety and tolerability of DB-1305/BNT325 in subjects with advanced solid tumors.
NCT05494606
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is an idiopathic, chronic, inflammatory disease affecting the colon. Participants with UC have mucosal inflammation starting in the rectum that can extend continuously to proximal segments of the colon. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating adult participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is a drug approved for the treatment of Ulcerative colitis (UC). All study participants will receive upadacitinib as prescribed by their study doctor in accordance with approved local label. Approximately 1000 adult participants will be enrolled worldwide. Participants will receive upadacitinib as prescribed by their physician according to their routine clinical practice and local label. Participants will be followed for up to 3 years. There is expected to be no additional burden for participants in this trial. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic according to their routine clinical practice.
NCT02010242
NADPH oxidase enzymes (NOX) have been implicated in the development of several diabetic complications including diabetic nephropathy. GKT137831 is the first in class NOX1/4 inhibitor. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of oral GKT137831 in patients with residual albuminuria despite maximal inhibition of the renin angiotensin aldosterone system.
NCT02829814
The present trial is designed to assess the safety and efficacy of TNX-102 SL 2.8 mg tablets, taken daily at bedtime after 12 weeks of treatment in patients with fibromyalgia. The use of low-dose sublingual formulation of cyclobenzaprine (TNX-102 SL) dosed nightly for fibromyalgia is supported by the results of TNX-CY-F202 Phase 2b study -- the results provide strong evidence that TNX-102 SL 2.8 mg dosed nightly results in beneficial effects upon pain, sleep and other FM symptomatology.

NCT04421222
This is a phase I, clinical research study of EPI-7386, an investigational drug being studied as a treatment for patients with prostate cancer. All patients in the study will receive EPI-7386. Since this is the first study of EPI-7386 in humans, there is no information about how it affects people or what dose should be used. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to assess the safety (side effects) of EPI-7386 and to find a dose that can be given without unacceptable side effects. There are other important things that will be evaluated during the study: * How the amount of EPI-7386 in the blood changes over time. * The effect of EPI-7386 on prostate cancer. * The effect of EPI-7386 on certain substances in the body. * The possibility that EPI-7386 can interact with other drugs. The study will be conducted in 2 parts: * Part A: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of EPI-7386 as a single agent via 2 Phases: * Phase 1a: Dose Escalation (mCRPC) * Phase 1b: Dose Expansion (mCRPC) * Part B: To evaluate 2 parallel enrolling cohorts (Cohort 1 and Cohort 2) of EPI-7386 in combination of apalutamide acetate + prednisone (AAP) or apalutamide (APA): * Cohort 1: Combination with AAP in mHSPC or mCRPC patients * Cohort 2: Will evaluate the anti-tumor activity of EPI-7386 for a limited window of time (12 weeks EPI-7386 monotherapy prior to the start of combination therapy with APA) in nmCRPC patients unperturbed by previous 2nd generation anti-androgen therapies or chemotheraphy.
