The researchers want to see if this is in any way associated with how the patient responded to docetaxel. They also want to examine the genes in the tumor that are responsible for the production of CYP metabolizing enzymes, to see if they are normal or if they have polymorphisms, or change compared to 'normal' CYP metabolizing enzymes.

The treatment being investigated is a patient- and tumor-specific therapy known as a personalized active immunotherapy. Personalized active immunotherapy is an attempt to use a person's own immune system to combat disease. Sargramostim (a.k.a. GM-CSF) is given together with the personalized active immunotherapy because it may increase the immune system's response and, therefore, aid in the effect of the personalized active immunotherapy. This approach has previously been studied in patients with follicular Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and other B-cell malignancies. Encouraging efficacy results and a favorable safety profile have been seen to date in these studies.

The purpose of this study is to look at the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug (AV608) when used in subjects who have Social Anxiety Disorder. AV608 is an NK-1 receptor antagonist that exhibits central nervous system activity after oral administration. The study will compare AV608 to placebo (a medically inactive substance) to see if AV608 helps the symptoms of Social Anxiety Disorder. Eligible subjects will be assigned by chance to take either AV608 or placebo for 12 weeks. During the study, subjects will be asked about their overall health and mood and their Social Anxiety Disorder.

The Roux-En-Y gastric bypass procedure is the most commonly performed bariatric procedure in the United States. Despite initial weight loss, some patients experience weight regain that may be related to an increase in the size of the gastric pouch and/or stoma. A second surgical procedure to reduce the size of the pouch and/or stoma is typically associated with a higher risk of death or complications than the original gastric bypass procedure. This study will evaluate a less invasive, endolumenal alternative to pouch and stoma revision as a means of producing weight loss in patients who have regained weight following gastric bypass.

This is a 52-week randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, multi-center, active-controlled (glibenclamide) study of tesaglitazar in patients with type 2 diabetes, not adequately controlled on diet and lifestyle advice alone during the run-in period. The study comprises a 6 week placebo single blind run in period followed by a 52-week double blind treatment period and a 3-week follow-up period. Tesaglitazar and glibenclamide will be titrated to optimal effect or highest tolerable dose during the first 12 weeks.
