This is an open-label, long-term safety study of roflumilast ARQ-154 foam 0.3% in subjects with seborrheic dermatitis involving up to 20% total Body Surface Area (BSA). Study was applied topically once daily for 52 weeks. Cohort 1 subjects are rollover subjects from study ARQ-154-203 (NCT04091646) and were rolled into treatment in the current study without interruption. Cohort 2 includes participants from ARQ-154-203 who began treatment in the current study after a gap from completing treatment in the prior study.

Hyperhidrosis is a disorder of abnormal excessive sweating. Primary hyperhidrosis (armpits, hands, and feet) affects approximately 4.8% of the US population and is believed to be caused by an overactive cholinergic response of the sweat glands. Current therapies have limited effectiveness, significant side effects, and can be invasive and costly. Sofpironium bromide (BBI-4000) is a novel soft-drug in development for the topical treatment of hyperhidrosis. This Phase 3 study will assess the safety and efficacy of sofpironium bromide, 15% gel versus vehicle (2 treatment arms), applied for the treatment of axillary hyperhidrosis.

Primary objective is to assess the efficacy of combined Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) and PD-1 inhibition in a single arm phase II trial of epacadostat and pembrolizumab in patients with advanced imatinib-refractory GIST, using a primary endpoint of overall response rate. Secondary objectives are to evaluate the progression free survival (PFS), the overall survival (OS), the response rate and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of combined epacadostat and pembrolizumab treatment. The investigator hypothesizes that treatment with epacadostat and pembrolizumab will increase the response rate compared to what has been historically achieved with salvage tyrosine kinase inhibitors.

This study will examine the effect of providing nurses with continuous, remote, real-time monitoring of their patient's vital signs and MEWS scores using the BAS on the occurrence of adverse events, admissions to the ICU, hospital length of stay and activation of the rapid response team among patients on non-intensive care hospital units. A longitudinal study will measure the outcome variables among an estimated 60 patients per month during 6 month intervals when the BAS is not and is available to the nursing staff.

Flexible ureteroscopy has become the main surgical treatment for kidney stone disease. The procedure uses many types of ureteroscopes (disposable and non-disposable). Currently we are using the LithoVue Single-Use Digital Flexible Ureteroscope. The Health Canada approved LithoVue Elite disposable flexible ureteroscope will now offer novel pressure sensory capacity. In order to evaluate the new ureteroscopy we will be conducting a prospective multi-institution study in order to determine the main features, capacity and abilities of the new scope. We will evaluate the impact of intra renal pressure on pain, quality of life and possible infectious complications.
