NCT01507545
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether therapy with MORAb-004 is effective and safe in the treatment of metastatic, colorectal cancer.
NCT03325647
This research study in infant males with Klinefelter syndrome (47,XXY) will learn more about the effect of testosterone on early health and development. The study is a total of three visits over 6 months with assessments of motor skills, body composition (muscle and fat), and hormone levels. This is a randomized, placebo-controlled study but all infants will receive testosterone treatment during the study period. The investigators will learn how testosterone treatment in infancy effects short term outcome measures on health and development.
NCT03775694
The purpose of the dMRI-1 data collection study is to establish a database of clinical images and limited medical history information from patients that have previously received a dMRI scan. All data collected will be de-identified. No safety or effectiveness assessments will be completed.
NCT04522674
The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of standardized autologous platelet rich plasma injections into osteoarthritic lumbar facet joints to treat back pain and improve patient function.
NCT03891654
This is a pilot study that uses a standard of care technique, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), in combination with Dynamic Contrast Enhanced Computed Tomography (DCE-CT) to determine if perfusion changes from SBRT of liver cancer may be used for outcome assessment and prediction of prognosis.
NCT05356754
The primary endpoints for this study are mean and standard deviation error measurements for the VLDBPM versus manual auscultation.
NCT01689519
To evaluate the efficacy of vemurafenib in combination with cobimetinib (GDC-0973), compared with vemurafenib and placebo, in previously untreated BRAF V600 mutation-positive patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic melanoma, as measured by progression-free survival (PFS), assessed by the study site investigator.
NCT00450450
This randomized phase III trial is studying donor bone marrow transplant with or without G-CSF to compare how well they work in treating young patients with hematologic cancer or other diseases. Giving chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before a donor bone marrow transplant helps stop the growth of cancer or abnormal cells. It also helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving methotrexate and tacrolimus or cyclosporine before and after transplant may stop this from happening. It is not yet known whether donor bone marrow transplant is more effective with or without G-CSF in treating hematologic cancer or other diseases.
NCT04334655
Impaired neck muscle strength is related to neck pain, abnormal posture, and various cervical pathologies. Clinicians, therefore require objective, reliable and valid methods for quantifying neck strength. In a previous study, the investigators developed a novel, valid, and reliable method for measuring neck retraction strength, using a handheld dynamometer (HHD), in normal, healthy individuals. The investigators are now expanding this research to study a patient population. Specifically, to describe isometric neck retraction strength in patients with neck pain and to study the effects of physical therapy (PT) on that strength. Our hypothesis is that isometric cervical retraction strength will increase over the course of treatment and that there will be an inverse relationship between strength and the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Neck Disability Index (NDI).
NCT03517540
The purpose of this study was to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of a combination treatment of tropifexor (LJN452) and cenicriviroc (CVC) in adult patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and liver fibrosis.
NCT01622088
The purpose of the study is to collect long-term safety data from subjects with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) exposed to dexpramipexole.
NCT03926611
This was a multicenter, randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled phase 2b dose-finding study to assess the efficacy and safety of LOU064 in adults chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) patients inadequately controlled by H1-antihistamines
NCT03603639
The primary purpose of the study is to assess the pharmacodynamic (PD) activity of E2730 as measured by suppression of epileptic photoparoxysmal response (PPR) in the participant's most sensitive eye condition in participants with photosensitive epilepsy.
NCT02664441
The proposed multicenter study will test the effect of glucagon-like peptide (GLP)-1 agonist exenatide once weekly extended-release (ExQW, Bydureon®) on clinical outcomes and metabolic parameters in a double-blind, placebo-controlled 36 week randomized trial with an 18 week open label extension. Following baseline testing, 48 patients will be randomly assigned with equal allocation to ExQW or matching placebo injection for 36 weeks, followed by an 18 week open label extension during which all patients receive ExQW. Changes of weight status, body composition, free-living total daily energy expenditure (EE) by doubly labeled water (DLW), activity by acetimetry, energy intake (questionnaires and food diary), as well as glucose tolerance and hormonal parameters of energy homeostasis and insulin resistance will be assessed before treatment and at the end of the placebo-controlled phase (week 36). Activity, metabolic outcomes, energy intake will be also assessed at study week 18 (mid treatment of randomized study), as well as week 54 (end of open label treatment).
NCT02939989
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of co-administration of glecaprevir (ABT-493)/pibrentasvir (ABT 530) plus sofosbuvir (SOF) plus ribavirin (RBV) in hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype (GT) 1 - 6-infected participants (including non-cirrhotic, or cirrhotic with compensated cirrhosis participants) who had experienced virologic failure in an AbbVie parent clinical study.

NCT05228717
This study seeks to define the ultrasound profile of patients with COVID-19, and document the progression of these ultrasound findings to develop prognostication and clinical decision instruments that can help guide management of patient with COVID-19. Primary aims include the development of ARDS, refractory hypoxemia, acute cardiac injury, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax or death. Secondary aims include potential change in CT and plain film utilization given the use of POCUS, as well as emergency department and inpatient LOS (length of stay).
