The main purpose of this study is to determine the anti-tumor activity of MEDI4736 in combination with tremelimumab in patients with metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer. Both MEDI4736 and tremelimumab are antibodies (proteins used by the immune system to fight infections and cancers). MEDI4736 attaches to a protein in tumors called PD-L1. It may prevent cancer growth by helping certain blood cells of the immune system get rid of the tumor. Tremelimumab stimulates (wakes up) the immune system to attack the tumor by inhibiting a protein molecule called CTLA-4 on immune cells. Combining the actions of these drugs may result in better treatment options for patients with breast cancer.

This study will assess the retention rate of perampanel when given as monotherapy or first adjunctive therapy in participants with partial-onset seizures or primary generalized tonic clonic seizures. The study consists of 4 periods: a Screening Period (to start no earlier than 6 weeks before the first dose of study drug), a Titration Period (up to 13 weeks), a Maintenance Period (39 weeks), and a Follow-Up Period (4 weeks).

Oxytocin is neurohypophysial peptide that acts mainly as a neuromodulator in the brain.The vast majority of basic science studies suggested a large effect of oxytocin in minimizing acute pain.Few studies have demonstrated an association between plasma levels of oxytocin and pain in humans. Since addictive properties of oxytocin have not been described, the drug may have important application in the management of acute and chronic pain. No studies have examined the effect of intranasal oxytocin on pain sensitivity and threshold.

Subjects must be diagnosed with melanoma. All subjects receive sentinel lymphadenectomy. If the subject is sentinel node positive and meets study requirements, the subject is randomized to receive either (1) completion lymphadenectomy (2) observation with nodal ultrasound. The primary objective of the study is to assess the tolerability of peanut protein in pediatric patients (6-17 years old) treated with dupilumab monotherapy, in which tolerability is defined as the proportion of patients who safely pass a double-blind placebo-controlled food challenge (DBPCFC) at week 24. This study aims to explore a novel objective measurement for endometriosis-related pain. A variety of pain symptoms are associated with endometriosis, including dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, dysuria, dyschezia and chronic pelvic pain. However, a clear characterization of pain typology and topology in populations with endometriosis, other gynecologic pathology, or a normal pelvis is lacking. Understanding the precise nature of the relationship between pain and endometriosis is important for the clinical management of affected women, given the body of evidence indicating that medical and surgical management for pain associated with endometriosis has been shown to be effective. Evaluating the relationship between pain and endometriosis, however, is challenging given that pain is difficult to measure and the mechanism by which endometriosis causes pain is not well understood. While previous studies have provided important data on the incidence of pelvic pain and endometriosis, little research has been done to assess both the typology and topology of pelvic pain, pain beyond the pelvis, endometriosis diagnosis, or severity of pain using operative findings and a standardized classification system.

Acute kidney injury (AKI) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) impose a significant global health burden. Yet, no effective therapies currently exist for AKI, and only a few are available for CKD. Despite significant effort from industry and academia, development of pharmacologic therapies for AKI and CKD has been hampered by: Non-predictive animal models The inability to identify and prioritize human targets The limited availability of human kidney biopsy tissue A poor understanding of AKI and CKD heterogeneity Historically, AKI and CKD have been described as single, uniform diseases. However, growing consensus suggests that different disease pathways lead to different subgroups of AKI and CKD (AKIs and CKDs). Access to human kidney biopsy tissue is a critical first step to define disease heterogeneity and determine the precise molecular pathways that will facilitate identification of specific drug targets and ultimately enable individualized care for people with AKI and CKD. A number of research centers across the United States are collaborating to bring state-of-the-art technologies together to: * Ethically obtain and evaluate kidney biopsies from participants with AKI or CKD * Define disease subgroups * Create a kidney tissue atlas * Identify critical cells, pathways, and targets for novel therapies The KPMP is made up of three distinct, but highly interactive, activity groups: * Recruitment Sites: The recruitment sites (RS) are responsible for recruiting participants with AKI or CKD into the longitudinal study and performing the kidney biopsy. * Tissue Interrogation Sites: The tissue interrogation sites (TIS) are responsible for developing and using innovative technologies to analyze the biopsy tissue. * Central Hub: The central hub is responsible for aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing the generated data and providing scientific, infrastructure, and administrative support for the KPMP consortium.
