NCT04849988
This Phase 2 trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of ABP-450 for the treatment of cervical dystonia in adults. The study will enroll 60 patients across approximately 30 sites in the United States. Study subjects will be divided evenly across a low dose group, a medium dose group, a high dose group, and a placebo group for one treatment cycle.
NCT06259630
In this between-subjects, placebo controlled, double-blind study, the investigators will examine the effects of low oral doses of nicotine on the learning and extinction of a conditioned place preference acquired in a virtual reality environment by healthy human subjects. Physiological and subjective responses to the drug will also be monitored.
NCT04461600
The current study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AL101 monotherapy in subjects with Notch-activated recurrent or metastatic TNBC; Notch activation will be determined by a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) test.
NCT04391920
The CTC Registry collects patient-level clinical data on CytoSorb hemoadsorption provided to COVID-19 ICU patients via integration of the CytoSorb device into ECMO, CRRT, or hemoperfusion extracorporeal circuits. The intent of the registry is to gain understanding on how CytoSorb hemoadsorption provides clinical benefit to COVID-19 ICU patients.
NCT04361214
This study aims to examine the tolerability of high dose of leflunomide in patients with COVID-19 who are being managed in the outpatient setting.
NCT01959139
This partially randomized phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of pegylated recombinant human hyaluronidase (PEGPH20) when given together with combination chemotherapy and to see how well they work compared with combination chemotherapy alone in treating patients with newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Pegylated recombinant human hyaluronidase may help chemotherapy drugs work better by making tumor cells more sensitive to the drugs. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as leucovorin calcium, fluorouracil, irinotecan hydrochloride, and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether combination chemotherapy is more effective with or without pegylated recombinant human hyaluronidase in treating pancreatic cancer.
NCT03639194
This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1 study of ABBV-011 given as a single agent and in combination with budigalimab (ABBV-181) in participants with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The study consists of 4 parts: Part A is a single-agent ABBV-011 dose regimen finding cohort; followed by Part B, a single-agent ABBV-011 dose expansion cohort; and then Part C, an ABBV-011 and budigalimab (ABBV-181) combination escalation and expansion cohort; Part D, single-agent ABBV-011 dose-evaluating cohort for Japan.
NCT05780541
This study looks at the safety and effectiveness of PF-07304814 in treating COVID-19 in people who have been hospitalized with the infection. Participants in the study will be treated with either PF-07304814 plus current standard of care (SOC), or with placebo plus current SOC. This is ACTIV-3/TICO Treatment Trial H6.
NCT06245876
This study is part of the development of a non-invasive lung cancer screening test which aim to identify early-stage lung cancer in patients at high risk for lung cancer.
NCT02841540
A Phase 1, an Open-label, Multicenter Phase 1 Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Splicing Modulator H3B-8800 (RVT-2001) for Subjects With Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, and Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia
NCT04143217
Open label, flexible dose, long-term multicenter study of safety and efficacy of SPN-812 in adult ADHD patients
NCT05759208
The objective of this study is to compare the safety and efficacy of OK-101 Ophthalmic Solution to placebo for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry eye.
NCT03480386
Regular physical activity has been found to be important in maintaining health and well-being in people with COPD. The purpose of this study is to test new technology and health coaching aimed to help people with COPD become more physically active in their daily lives.
NCT04476472
Subjects will undergo a 14-day outpatient, standard therapy phase during which sensor and insulin data will be collected. This will be followed by a 94-day (13-week) hybrid closed-loop phase conducted in an outpatient setting, and an optional 12-month extension phase.
NCT04887857
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of CC-486 (ONUREG®) in combination with venetoclax in relapsed and/or refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and newly diagnosed AML.
NCT03181789
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of two HIV-1 pDNA vaccines: p24CE1/2 pDNA and p55\^gag pDNA administered with IL-12 pDNA adjuvant, given by intramuscular (IM) injection with electroporation (EP), in healthy, HIV-uninfected adults.
NCT02512965
The purpose of this study is to find out if SBRT is better than CRT at controlling pain in the spine 3 months after receiving treatment.
NCT00085202
Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vincristine, cisplatin, and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Combining radiation therapy with chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells. Autologous stem cell transplant may be able to replace blood-forming cells that were destroyed by chemotherapy or radiation therapy. It is not yet known which radiation therapy regimen combined with chemotherapy and donor stem cell transplant is more effective in treating medulloblastoma, supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumor, or atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor. This phase III trial is studying two different regimens of radiation therapy when given together with chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant to see how well they work in treating patients with newly diagnosed medulloblastoma, supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumor, or atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: * To assess the relationship between ERBB2 protein expression in tumors and progression-free survival probability for patients with medulloblastoma. * To estimate the frequency of mutations associated with SHH and WNT tumors (as defined by gene expression profiling) via targeted sequencing performed in an independent cohort of WNT and SHH tumors (also defined by gene expression profiling).
NCT03653091
The Revita™ System is being investigated to assess the ability to improve glycemic control in conjunction with diet and exercise in patients with Type 2 diabetes who are inadequately controlled with oral anti-diabetic medications. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Fractyl DMR Procedure using the Revita™ System compared to a sham procedure. At 24 weeks, subjects randomized to the DMR procedure be continued to be followed per protocol till 48 Weeks and the Sham treatment arm will be offered to cross over to receive the DMR treatment and will be followed per protocol for 24 weeks post treatment.
