NCT03033511
This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multinational, and multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy of rovalpituzumab tesirine as maintenance therapy following first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.
NCT03424837
This is a parallel group, multisite prospective clinical study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether ASCENT enables patients to adhere to the survivorship guidelines and improves coordination of care to address patient needs.
NCT00742027
This study evaluated the efficacy of oral panobinostat in participants with refractory/relapsed classical Hodgkins lymphoma (HL) who have received prior treatment with high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant. Safety of panobinostat also was assessed. Other markers that may correlate with efficacy or safety were explored.
NCT04574596
This is a prospective, observational, multicenter, case-control study.
NCT04130295
Spasticity is muscle spasms, bouncing (clonus) or stiffness that can negatively impact the quality of life of people with spinal cord injury (SCI). In people with spinal cord injury, spasticity can limit muscle control of the arms and hands and cause pain, discomfort, and frustration. Transcutaneous electrical stimulation has been shown to reduce spasticity after SCI. However, this type of stimulation's effects during prolonged, at-home use has not been well studied. Additionally, traditional stimulation techniques are often only available in the clinic. Therefore, this study aims to identify if wearable intensive nerve stimulation decreases spasticity in the legs of people with SCI, and if this intervention is usable and desirable to individuals with SCI.
NCT03285308
This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of relamorelin compared to placebo in participants with diabetic gastroparesis. Participants will report daily severity scores of their diabetic gastroparesis symptoms.
NCT04569721
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of freezing (cryoablation) of the splanchnic nerve for management of diabetes. The splanchnic nerves carry signals from the brain to help regulate the way organs function. Quieting these signals, by freezing the splanchnic nerves, may help the body regulate blood sugar. The study procedure will take about 30 minutes and the researchers hope that it will help people to control their blood sugars, lose weight, and possibly improve blood pressure.
NCT04982536
Prostate biopsy is the definitive test to establish the diagnosis of prostate cancer. The standard of care biopsy needles do not predictably obtain full cores of tissue and what tissue obtained is often fragmented, making pathologic review a challenge. The VMCore Biopsy System has a geometry in the tip of its biopsy needles that capture more tissue in a single sample. This study is to compare the characteristics of tissue captured by either standard of care needles and the VMCore needle.
NCT02163759
This Phase III, double-blind, placebo and active-comparator controlled, multicenter study will investigate the efficacy and safety of etrolizumab in induction of remission in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) who are naÏve to tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors and refractory to or intolerant of prior immunosuppressant and/or corticosteroid treatment. In addition to this study, a second Phase III trial with identical study design (GA28949; NCT02171429) was independently conducted.
NCT04178902
This first-in-human study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of ABBV-467 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (MM).
NCT02133742
Despite substantial improvements of patients outcome in advanced RCC, durable and complete response is uncommon. The majority of patients eventually develop resistance and exhibit disease progression. Combining a PD-1 inhibitor, which has shown single-agent efficacy with axitinib may provide additional clinical benefit compared to axitinib alone.
NCT02709109
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of treatment with VX-371 in hypertonic saline compared to hypertonic saline alone in subjects with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are ≥12 years of age, homozygous for the F508del-cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) mutation, and being treated with Orkambi
NCT04720352
PURSUIT: Prospective US Radiofrequency SUI Trial (VI-17-06) is a prospective, randomized, sham controlled, double blind study in premenopausal women with stress urinary incontinence. The study will be conducted in 390 subjects, randomized 2:1 with active or sham treatment. Study duration is 12 months post treatment. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy of the Viveve treatment, SUI protocol, in improving mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI), assessed using the 1-hour Pad Weight Test for up to 12 months post-treatment.
NCT02520388
This Phase 3 pivotal efficacy trial will examine the effects of HLD200 (methylphenidate) in patients aged 6-12 years with ADHD in a naturalistic setting. Following a screening/washout period (Visit 1), subjects will randomized to double-blind placebo or HLD200 for a period of 3 weeks (Visits 2-5) before assessing clinical study endpoints at last study visit.
NCT03618030
This is a randomized, double-blind, parallel group, placebo-controlled, dose optimized, phase 3 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PRC-063 in the treatment of ADHD in adults
NCT02171429
This Phase III, double-blind, placebo and active-comparator controlled, multicenter study will investigate the efficacy and safety of etrolizumab in induction of remission in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) who are naIve to tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors and refractory to or intolerant of prior immunosuppressant and/or corticosteroid treatment. In addition to this study, a second Phase III trial with identical study design (GA28948; NCT02163759) was independently conducted.
