NCT02546102
ICT-107 consists of dendritic cells, prepared from autologous mononuclear cells that are pulsed with six synthetic peptides that were derived from tumor associated antigens (TAA) present on glioblastoma tumor cells. This is a Phase 3 study to evaluate ICT-107 in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. Subjects will be randomized to receive standard of care chemoradiation (temozolomide (TMZ) with either ICT-107 or a blinded control. Reinfusion with the pulsed dendritic cells should stimulate cytotoxic T cells to specifically target glioblastoma tumour cells.
NCT06205290
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of liso-cel vs Investigator's Choice options (idelalisib + rituximab or bendamustine + rituximab) in adult participants with R/R CLL or SLL, whose disease has failed treatment with both BTKi and BCL2i targeted therapies.
NCT02876835
The purpose of this multi-center event-driven study in non-dialysis (ND) participants with anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of daprodustat compared to darbepoetin alfa.
NCT03724916
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TAK-079 in comparison with matching placebo, administered once every 3 weeks over a 12-week dosing period in participants with active SLE who are receiving stable background therapy for SLE.
NCT03409107
The purpose of this multi-center study in non-dialysis participants with anemia associated with CKD is to evaluate safety, efficacy and quality of life of daprodustat compared to placebo.
NCT06329427
AI solutions like, Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) Copilot (Nuance/Microsoft), hold the potential to significantly enhance provider and patient interactions and alleviate pain points that contribute to burn out. Atrium Health was the first healthcare system in the world to pilot Nuance's DAX Copilot intelligence (AI) enabled scribe software, which synthesizes a draft clinic note by "listening" to the conversation between a provider and patient. After 180 days of use by primary care clinicians and advanced practice providers (APPs), along with a control group, the investigators assess provider satisfaction, patient experience, and provider efficiency through qualitative and quantitative methods.
NCT05667662
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about PUR1900 as an inhaled, antifungal therapeutic for the treatment of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) in patients with asthma. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Is PUR1900 safe and well tolerated in adults with asthma and ABPA? 2. Is there an effect of daily administration of PUR1900 on potential outcome measures in adults with asthma and ABPA? 3. Is there fungal resistance to A. fumigatus? This study includes a 28-day screening period, a 112-day (16-week) treatment period, and a 56-day (8 week) observation period. Participants will take either 40mg of PUR1900, 20 mg of PUR1900 or Placebo for 112 days and complete an eDairy, answer questions about their asthma and complete peak respiratory flow measurements at home. They will come to the clinic approximate once a month during the treatment period and complete study assessments. At the end of the observation period participants will complete one more clinic visit. Participants who complete this study may be given the opportunity to continue on study drug in an open label extension study.
NCT02073409
Isolation of nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) from the sputum of individuals with CF is an increasingly common finding, and the lack of an evidenced-based approach to the diagnosis of NTM disease has been identified as one of the greatest unmet needs within the CF community. Current evidence predicts that the prevalence of NTM will remain relatively high in the CF population. Approaches to NTM disease diagnosis differ widely between centers. This study is observational and follows current best practices. The study will help standardize the diagnosis and collect relevant data associated with the diagnosis of NTM disease to build a framework for future therapeutic trials.
NCT02382614
VAST is a multicenter, prospective, randomized, controlled study designed to evaluate treatment of persistent air leak with the SVS as compared to standard chest tube drainage management and other standard-of-care interventions in the control group. Eligible subjects will be randomized to receive either Spiration Valves (investigational arm) or continue standard-of-care treatment (control arm). Once the air leak has resolved, Spiration Valves should be removed.
NCT05071183
A Phase 1b/2 Study of Repotrectinib in Combination with Other Anticancer Therapies for the Treatment of Subjects with KRAS-Mutant Advanced Solid Tumors (TRIDENT-2)
NCT04773678
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety of two dose levels of CBP-201 in patients with moderate to severe persistent asthma with Type 2 inflammation.
NCT04949828
Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) is a condition where pancreatic enzyme quantity or activity is reduced below threshold needed for normal digestion. Symptoms include bloating, flatulence, diarrhea and steatorrhea. This is an observational study assessing for effect of CREON on symptoms of EPI in participants with EPI due to chronic pancreatitis.
NCT05949515
The purpose of this multicenter study is to assess the impact of SSO2 treatment on clinical outcomes and left ventricular function in patients following acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
NCT04599972
This is a 4-visit, multi-center, randomized, double-masked, vehicle-controlled study evaluating the safety and efficacy of CSF-1 in the temporary correction of presbyopia.
NCT00589875
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and potential efficacy of CAN-2409 (also known / previously described as AdV-tk, GMCI) for malignant gliomas. The approach used an adenoviral vector (disabled virus) engineered to express the Herpes thymidine kinase gene (aglatimagene besadenovec, CAN-2409), followed by an antiherpetic prodrug, valacyclovir. CAN-2409 was injected into the resection bed after standard tumor surgery and valacyclovir pills were taken for 14 days. Standard radiation and chemotherapy were administered which have been shown to work cooperatively with CAN-2409 + prodrug to kill tumor cells. The hypothesis is that this combination therapy can be safely delivered and will lead to improvement in the clinical outcome for patients with newly diagnosed malignant gliomas, including glioblastoma multiforme (WHO grade IV) and anaplastic astrocytomas (WHO grade III).
NCT02603432
The main purpose of this study is to compare maintenance treatment with avelumab plus best supportive care (BSC) with BSC alone, to determine if avelumab has an effect on survival in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer that did not worsen during or following completion of first-line chemotherapy.
NCT05521022
This is a multicenter, international, three-part, Phase 1 study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and PK of rising single doses of AT-02 in healthy volunteers and in subjects with systemic amyloidosis and to assess the safety, tolerability, and PK of multiple doses of AT-02 in subjects with systemic amyloidosis.
NCT02992964
This is an open-label, single arm, multi-center, pilot study of Nivolumab in pediatric patients with recurrent or refractory hypermutant malignancies aged 12 months to 18 years of age. This study is to assess clinical and radiological benefits of treatment with Nivolumab in children with hypermutated cancers, including those with bMMRD syndrome. It is our expectation that patients with bMMRD syndrome will account for the majority of patients enrolled on this study.
