The purpose of the research is to determine whether repairing a tricuspid valve (TV) in patients with mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation (TR), at the time of planned mitral valve surgery (MVS), would improve the heart health of those who receive it compared to those who do not. At this point, the medical community is split in their opinion on whether surgeons should routinely repair mild to moderate TR in patients who are undergoing planned mitral valve surgery, and this study will answer this question.

Patients eligible for a mismatch allogeneic stem cell transplant will receive Venetoclax daily for 7 days prior to transplant in addition to the following chemotherapy regimen: Decitabine daily for 5 days, Fludarabine daily for 5 days, and Busulfan daily for 2 days followed by 1 day of total body irradiation. Stem cell transplant will occur thereafter.

Evidence-based psychotherapies (EBP) for PTSD, such as Prolonged Exposure (PE), result in clinically significant symptom relief for many. Yet, adherence to this treatment (i.e., session attendance and homework compliance), which is vital to ensuring recovery, can be poor. This project will test the effectiveness of improving family support for PE as a tool to improve Veterans' PE adherence. Reducing rates of dropout from PE will positively impact Veterans' health and well-being and lower the cost of treating PTSD. Additionally, despite congressional legislation and national mandates within VA/DoD for family involvement in PTSD care, there remains no proven strategies for how to routinely include family in traditional individual (i.e., one-on-one) EBPs for PTSD. This proposal will provide the initial test of a model of family engagement that can be translated to other problems faced by Veterans, including suicide prevention, traumatic brain injury (TBI) rehabilitation, and pain management, contributing to a broader evolution towards evidence-based, family-inclusive care.

This is a prospective, observational study of 1,000 subjects with known or suspected cancer and 2,000 subjects with no known cancer. Potential participants will be asked questions to confirm their eligibility by a nurse navigator, study staff member, or physician. Informed consent will be carried out for eligible subjects in accordance with applicable federal regulations and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH)/Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Subjects will then complete a survey, and study staff will draw 60 mL of blood and measure the height and weight of the subject. Where available, data from the medical records of the cancer subjects will reviewed and collected. In addition, non-cancer subjects will be requested to allow access to their medical records as an optional portion of their informed consent.

This study is about a medicine called TAK-981 given with rituximab, used to treat adults with relapsed or refractory CD20-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This study has 2 parts. The main aims of the study are: * To check for side effects from treatment with TAK-981 given with rituximab. * To check how much TAK-981 participants can tolerate. * To check if participants with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma respond well to treatment. Participants will receive TAK-981 and rituximab in 21-day cycles. They will continue treatment for about 12 months unless their condition gets worse (disease progression), they cannot tolerate the treatment, or they leave the study for certain reasons.

It is hypothesized that application at 4-week or greater intervals of the human placental umbilical cord tissue TTAX01 to the surface of a well debrided, complex diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) will, with concomitant management of infection, will result in a higher rate of wounds showing complete healing within 26 weeks of initiating therapy, compared with standard care alone. This confirmatory Phase 3 study examines a population of diabetic foot ulcer patients having adequate perfusion, with or without neuropathy, and a high suspicion of associated osteomyelitis in a complex, high grade wound.

This is a prospective, observational study designed to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of RGX-314. Eligible participants are those who were previously enrolled in a clinical study in which they received a single subretinal administration of RGX-314 in their study eye. Enrollment of each participant in the current study should occur after the participant has completed either the end of study or early termination visit in the previous (parent) clinical study. Participants will be followed for up to 5 years post-RGX-314 administration (inclusive of the parent study). After enrollment and a 6-month follow-up visit, participants will attend at least annual study visits through the end of the 5-year post-RGX-314 administration follow-up period. Additionally, an interventional fellow eye treatment substudy will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and immunogenicity of subretinal RGX-314 administration in the fellow eye of participants having bilateral disease who previously received a subretinal injection of RGX-314 in their study eye. Participants who qualify for the substudy will receive subretinal administration of RGX-314 in their fellow eye and complete 13 study visits in a 54-week period. Following completion of the substudy participants will continue in the observational portion of the study for up to 5 years post RGX-314 administration in their fellow eye.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an adjuvant treatment of therapeutic cancer vaccine (AST-301, pNGVL3-hICD) in patients with HER2-low expression (IHC 1+ or 2+ and ISH-) and hormone receptor-negative(ER-, PR-) breast cancer with residual disease after neoadjuvant treatment. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to either the Experimental arm (combination of AST-301/rhuGM CSF and standard adjuvant therapy) or the Control arm (combination of placebo/rhuGM CSF and standard adjuvant therapy). Standard adjuvant chemotherapy will be pembrolizumab or capecitabine. Adjuvant therapy will be administered in compliance with the NCCN guideline for breast cancer (Version 8, 2021), and IP (AST-301) will be administered 3 times every 3 weeks in the adjuvant treatment period, with a booster administered at 24 weeks (±7 days) post the third dose of IP administration. Survival follow up will be performed to determine invasive Disease Free survival(iDFS).
