The Spine TRACK Spinal Surgery Registry is a prospective multi-center observational data collection initiative, to capture clinical and radiographic outcomes in candidates for spine surgery with degenerative, deformity, and traumatic pathologies. Given the number of anticipated durvalumab-based treatment launches in the hepatobiliary cancer space over the next 3 years, there is a need to capture contemporary real-world data across these indications. LIVER-R is a multicountry, multicenter, observational study of patients with a confirmed diagnosis of hepatobiliary cancer treated with a durvalumab-based regimen as part of routine clinical practice or early access program (EAP). The study design will include primary and secondary data collection. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of durvalumab-based regimens in real-world settings as measured by real-world overall survival. Other endpoints include demographics, clinical characteristics, clinically significant events of interest, treatment patterns, concomitant medications, and other real-world clinical endpoints (such as duration of treatment, progression-free survival, time to treatment progression, time to next treatment, recurrence-free survival, and time to treatment recurrence).

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurological condition, which affects the brain. PD gets worse over time, but how quickly it progresses varies a lot from person to person. Some symptoms of PD are tremors, stiffness, and slowness of movement. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how effective ABBV-951 is in treating adult participants with advanced PD in real world setting. ABBV-951 (foslevodopa/foscarbidopa) is an approved drug for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease. The main ROSSINI study will have approximately 450 adult participants with PD (300 participants new to ABBV-951, up to 150 participants transitioning from open-label extension study) will be enrolled across approximately 60 sites. Decision to treat with ABBV-951 (or continue the treatment in Cohort B) will be made by the doctor prior to any decision to approach the participant to participate in this study. There will be a sub-study that will enroll 40 naïve participants who initiated Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa treatment for the first time (Cohort A of the ROSSINI parent study only) from 6 to 15 centers in the United States, Germany and Spain. All participants will receive subcutaneous infusion of ABBV-951 for approximately 3 years. Participants will attend regular clinic visits during the course of the study. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, and completing questionnaires.

The study will look at how well different doses of a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 help lower the blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans. Participants will either get NNC0487-0111, which is given as tablets or as injections, or placebo. Which treatment the participant get is decided by chance.The study will last for about 43 weeks.

The study is a prospective non-concurrent controlled observational evaluation of short-term operative results. As such, study sites will capture perioperative (through 6-week postoperative follow-up) case data associated with 10 standard open PLIF (posterior lumbar interbody fusion) procedures. After this open experience, these same sites will capture the corresponding data from 10 subsequent cases where the MAS (Maximum Access Surgery) PLIF variant was performed. The data from both series of cases will be compiled to identify similarities and differences between the techniques.

Tulisokibart is a medicine designed to treat active, moderate to severe Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). An extension study is a type of study where people who received tulisokibart in certain other studies for CD or UC (called a parent study) may be able to join this study. The goals of this study are to learn about the safety of tulisokibart over time in people with CD or UC, and if people tolerate it.

Study ABX1100-1001 is a first-in-human (FIH), phase 1 study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a single ascending dose (SAD) and multiple doses (MD) of ABX1100 administered intravenously to healthy participants and patients with LOPD. * Part A features a SAD study with a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized design in NHVs involving 3 cohorts (A1-A3). This Part also includes a single dose, open-labeled cohort (A4) in NHVs which will commence after cohorts A1-3. * Part B is a MD, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized design in NHVs. The MD Part B will commence after completion of Cohorts A1, A2 and A3 in the SAD Part A and SRC review of these 3 cohorts. * Part C opened for enrollment after the Safety Review Committee (SRC) review of safety, PK and PD data from both Part A and Part B. Part C is a MD, open-label design in patients with Late-Onset Pompe Disease.

Study OpCT-001-101 is a Phase 1/2a first-in-human, multisite, 2-part interventional study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and the effect on clinical outcomes of OpCT-001 in up to approximately 54 adults with primary photoreceptor (PR) disease. Phase 1 will focus on safety and features a dose-escalation design. Phase 2 is designed to gather additional safety data and assess the effect of OpCT-001 on measures of visual function, functional vision, and anatomic measures of engraftment in different clinical subgroups.

The main purpose of this study is to follow and observe a group of people living with Parkinson's disease to see how study participation affects their signs and symptoms in the months after starting in the study. While taking part in this study participants will take their usual medication as prescribed. However, the study doctor may recommend adjustments to their medication to provide a better treatment of their Parkinson's disease. Participation will last from 3 up to 24 months. During visits to the clinic, the study doctor or study nurse will evaluate signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease using several different assessments. At a minimum of 2 visits participants will be asked to undergo 'off'-assessments.

The goal of this pragmatic randomized clinical trial is to compare two colorectal (CRC) screening outreach approaches (FIT and Cologuard) in community health centers (CHC) in patients overdue for CRC screening. The main questions the project aims to answer are: What screening test has a higher completion rate? What screening test is more feasible and acceptable in a CHC setting? Patients will be sent a CRC screening test in the mail and will be asked to complete it at home and mail it back. Researchers will compare the completion rates for each screening test and will also look at the overall completion rate of both tests.
