Assess whether the combination of ABT-888 with FOLFIRI has activity in subjects with gastric cancer.
NCT00931762
This study assessed the safety and efficacy of Panobinostat as a single agent in the treatment of Primary Myelofibrosis, Post-Polycythemia Vera and Post-Essential Thrombocythemia. There were two cohorts - participants with JAK2 mutation and participants without JAK2 mutation.
NCT03005054
About 20 participants will be enrolled in this trial if they have had an accident that damages both the dermal (outside) and epidermal (inside) layers of skin on up to 49% of their body. This condition is called full-thickness complex skin defects resulting from acute traumatic skin loss. Participants will be treated with StrataGraft skin tissue to evaluate it's safety and effectiveness for use in treating full-thickness complex skin defects.
NCT00538915
The purpose of this study is to determine if NABI-IGIV (10%) \[Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human), 10%\] is safe and effective in preventing serious bacterial infections (SBIs) in the treatment of patients with primary immune deficiency disorders (PIDD) when compared to historical control data.
NCT04178902
This first-in-human study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of ABBV-467 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (MM).
NCT03618030
This is a randomized, double-blind, parallel group, placebo-controlled, dose optimized, phase 3 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PRC-063 in the treatment of ADHD in adults
NCT02066389
The primary objective of the study was to compare the safety and efficacy of multiple doses of upadacitinib versus placebo in adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) on stable background methotrexate therapy who had not shown an adequate response to methotrexate alone.
NCT02709109
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of treatment with VX-371 in hypertonic saline compared to hypertonic saline alone in subjects with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are ≥12 years of age, homozygous for the F508del-cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) mutation, and being treated with Orkambi
NCT03262688
A multicenter, single-dose study in children 12 to \<17 years of age, 6 to \<12 years of age, and 2 to \<6 years of age who are scheduled for elective open inguinal hernia repair. Enrollment in this study will start with the oldest age group (12 to \<17 years) and will continue in a stepwise fashion until appropriate doses are established for all 3 pediatric age groups (12 to \<17 years, 6 to \<12 years, 2 to \<6 years).
NCT03033511
This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multinational, and multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy of rovalpituzumab tesirine as maintenance therapy following first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.
NCT03052751
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of UCB7665 as a chronic-intermittent treatment in subjects with generalized myasthenia gravis (MG) who are classified as moderate to severe.
NCT00742027
This study evaluated the efficacy of oral panobinostat in participants with refractory/relapsed classical Hodgkins lymphoma (HL) who have received prior treatment with high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant. Safety of panobinostat also was assessed. Other markers that may correlate with efficacy or safety were explored.
NCT03858972
CONTESSA 2 is a multinational, multicenter, Phase 2 study of tesetaxel in patients with HER2 negative, HR positive, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer (LA/MBC) not previously treated with a taxane. The primary objective of the study is to establish the efficacy of tesetaxel plus a reduced dose of capecitabine based on objective response rate (ORR) as assessed by an Independent Radiologic Review Committee (IRC). 152 patients were enrolled.
NCT00072384
Phase III trial to determine the effectiveness of combining systemic chemotherapy and subtenon carboplatin with ophthalmic therapy in treating children who have intraocular retinoblastoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vincristine, carboplatin, and etoposide, work in different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. It is not yet known whether systemic chemotherapy and subtenon (under the conjunctiva of the eye) carboplatin combined with ophthalmic therapy is effective in treating intraocular (within the eyeball) retinoblastoma.
NCT04574596
This is a prospective, observational, multicenter, case-control study.
NCT03381833
This study is a Phase 2 multicenter, randomized, open-label, parallel-group study. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of LJPC-401 (synthetic human hepcidin) on iron levels in patients with transfusion-dependent beta thalassemia with myocardial iron overload.
NCT02440789
The purpose of this study was to find out about the safety of sirolimus in individuals with HIV infection who were also being treated with ART. The investigators wanted to learn whether sirolimus decreases inflammation and immune activation in the body; whether sirolimus changes the level of HIV in the participants' blood; and how sirolimus interacts with ART in the blood. Sirolimus is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to prevent organ rejection in patients aged 13 years and older receiving kidney transplants. Sirolimus had also been used for the prevention of complications after stem cell transplants and as a treatment for certain kinds of cancers in HIV-infected patients.

NCT02988596
Approximately 420 professional and amateur athletes will participate in rehabilitation during recovery after sports-related concussion. Participants will be cluster randomized, by study site, to a specific study arm. Participants will complete post-injury assessments and the intervention of their randomized group aimed at understanding the effects of a multidimensional rehabilitation protocol versus enhanced graded exertion on clinical recovery, return to play, and patient outcomes after sport related concussion
