The main purpose of this study is to determine the threshold level of lower extremity CIPN symptoms that put patients who have been prescribed a neurotoxic chemotherapy agent (e.g., paclitaxel, docetaxel, oxaliplatin or cisplatin) as part of their treatment regimen for cancer at-risk for falling. The investigators believe that by specifying early CIPN symptoms that predict fall-risk, The investigators will ultimately be able to identify at-risk patients who could be referred to rehabilitative services to prevent injurious falls while enabling them to continue the chemotherapy treatment that could save their lives.

It is planned to examine the effects of local music on pain and comfort levels in patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery and to make a comparison between Turkey and Iran with the results obtained. The hypotheses of the study are as follows: H1-0: Music has no effect on reducing pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery. H1-1: Music has an effect on reducing pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery. H2-0: Music has no effect on increasing comfort in patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery. H2-1: Music has an effect on increasing comfort in patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery.

This study evaluates the therapeutic role of Rutin (a plant-derived flavonoid) in reducing the severity of Ulcerative Colitis (UC). The study investigates whether Rutin can decrease intestinal inflammation and improve clinical symptoms by inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome signaling pathway, which is activated by oxidative stress in the colon.
