This research study is being conducted to determine the effects of enteral nutrition on healthy people. Enteral nutrition for the purpose of this study refers to the use of a specially developed formula taken by mouth that provides all essential nutrition either in the absence of food or to supplement the intake of foods. Enteral nutrition can be used for many reasons, such as to gain or lose weight, to treat food allergies, or to reduce inflammation in certain intestinal diseases. We would like to understand the effects of enteral nutrition in the absence of intestinal inflammation.

This phase II trial investigates how well biomarkers on PET/CT imaging drive early discontinuation of anti-PD-1 therapy in patients with stage IIIB-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Anti-PD-1 therapy has become a standard therapy option for patients with unresectable melanoma. This trial is being done to determine if doctors can safely shorten the use of standard of care anti-PD1 therapy for melanoma by using biomarkers seen on PET/CT imaging and tumor biopsy.

This phase II trial compares the effectiveness of adding BMX-001 to usual symptom management versus usual symptom management alone for reducing oral mucositis in patients who are receiving chemoradiation for head and neck cancer. Oral mucositis (inflammation and mouth sores) is a common side effect of chemoradiation that can cause pain and difficulty swallowing. Usual management of these side effects typically consists of using mouth rinses and pain medications during treatment and for several weeks after completion of treatment. BMX-001 neutralizes harmful substances in the body, preventing damage to macromolecules such as DNA and minimizes free radical-related toxicity in normal tissues. Adding BMX-001 to usual symptom management may be more effective than usual symptom management alone at reducing oral mucositis in patients receiving chemoradiation for head and neck cancer.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether tofersen is safe and effective in adults with non-SOD1 ALS. Tofersen is currently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat SOD1-ALS. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does tofersen lower the levels of neurofilament light chain (NfL) in the blood and CSF of adult participants with non-SOD1 ALS? * Is tofersen safe and tolerable for adult participants with non-SOD1 ALS? * Does tofersen affect other measurements such as clinical outcomes and quality-of-life measures in participants with non-SOD1 ALS? Participants will : * Receive 100mg tofersen via lumbar puncture for 24 weeks. The doses are at the following time points: Weeks 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24. * Complete 2 follow-up visits following the end of the dosing period at Weeks 28 and 32. * Complete a variety of questionnaires and outcome measurements such as strength and breathing testing.

The purpose of this phase Ib/II study is to (a) in Phase Ib evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of AMO959 when given in combination with lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (also known as \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 or 177Lu-PSMA-617 and hereafter referred to as AAA617) with an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) in participants with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have failed one prior ARPI and with or without prior taxane exposure, and (b) in Phase II evaluate the preliminary efficacy of AMO959 in combination with AAA617 and ARPI in participants with mCRPC who have failed one prior ARPI, but who have not yet been exposed to taxane treatment.
