NCT04700449
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of CBP-307 in subjects with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC).
NCT05757908
The goal of this interventional study is to compare at-home mobile spirometry to in-clinic spirometry in participants with moderate asthma while taking a long-acting beta agonist (LABA). The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do at-home mobile spirometry and in-clinic spirometry assessments show a similar treatment effect (measured changes in FEV1) with the addition of LABA? * Is at-home mobile spirometry as accurate as in-clinic spirometry in showing treatment effects (changes in FEV1)? Participants will be asked to: * Take standard of care LABA treatment once or twice a day * Complete at-home mobile spirometry testing twice a day * Complete asthma questionnaires twice a day * Complete device use questionnaires * Wear a wrist device (like a watch) to track physical activity and vital signs * Visit the clinic for in-clinic spirometry testing once a week for 8 weeks
NCT02718300
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the combination of parsaclisib and ruxolitinib in subjects with myelofibrosis.
NCT03597503
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of SPN-810 for the treatment of impulsive aggression (IA) in adolescents diagnosed with ADHD when taken in conjunction with standard ADHD treatment.
NCT04773678
This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety of two dose levels of CBP-201 in patients with moderate to severe persistent asthma with Type 2 inflammation.
NCT05401565
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of 10 mg of oral administration balovaptan once a day (QD) compared with matching placebo in adults with PTSD.
NCT04786990
This open label, flexible-dose study evaluating the safety and efficacy of SPN-812 administered with psychostimulants in children and adolescents (6 to 17 years of age) with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
NCT04745234
This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of mogamulizumab given Q4W following initial weekly induction in adult participants with relapsed/refractory MF and SS subtypes of CTCL. The study is composed of a 28-day Screening Period during which participants are screened for entry into this study, followed by a treatment period of up to 2 years from Cycle 1 Day 1.
NCT02798029
This phase II trial studies the safety and efficacy of frameless fractionated stereotactic radiation therapy for brain metastases. Frameless fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery is a specialized radiation therapy that delivers 3 to 5, high dose fractions of radiation directly to the brain lesions while sparing normal tissues.
NCT04990388
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety of UX053 in adults with Glycogen Storage Disease Type III (GSD III).
NCT02266745
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, multi-center, non-randomized, dose-escalation study to be conducted in two parts: the Dose Escalation Phase and the Dose Expansion Phase. The Dose Escalation Phase will determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2D) of PT-112 Injection and evaluate its safety and tolerability, and PK (pharmacokinetics). The Dose Escalation Phase is complete and no longer enrolling. The Dose Expansion Phase has two cohorts: one cohort for the study of PT-112 in patients with thymoma and thymic carcinoma (Cohort A), and one cohort for the study of PT-112 in metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (Cohort D).
NCT00589875
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and potential efficacy of CAN-2409 (also known / previously described as AdV-tk, GMCI) for malignant gliomas. The approach used an adenoviral vector (disabled virus) engineered to express the Herpes thymidine kinase gene (aglatimagene besadenovec, CAN-2409), followed by an antiherpetic prodrug, valacyclovir. CAN-2409 was injected into the resection bed after standard tumor surgery and valacyclovir pills were taken for 14 days. Standard radiation and chemotherapy were administered which have been shown to work cooperatively with CAN-2409 + prodrug to kill tumor cells. The hypothesis is that this combination therapy can be safely delivered and will lead to improvement in the clinical outcome for patients with newly diagnosed malignant gliomas, including glioblastoma multiforme (WHO grade IV) and anaplastic astrocytomas (WHO grade III).
NCT05071183
A Phase 1b/2 Study of Repotrectinib in Combination with Other Anticancer Therapies for the Treatment of Subjects with KRAS-Mutant Advanced Solid Tumors (TRIDENT-2)
NCT02782741
Primary Objective: To determine the effect of avalglucosidase alfa treatment on respiratory muscle strength measured by percent (%) predicted forced vital capacity (FVC) in the upright position, as compared to alglucosidase alfa. Secondary Objective: To determine the safety and effect of avalglucosidase alfa treatment on functional endurance (6-minute walk test, inspiratory muscle strength (maximum inspiratory pressure), expiratory muscle strength (maximum expiratory pressure), lower extremity muscle strength (hand-held dynamometry), motor function (Quick Motor Function Test), and health-related quality of life (Short Form-12).
NCT04539470
This is a Phase Ib, open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of Efmarodocokin Alfa and to make a preliminary assessment of activity of Efmarodocokin Alfa in combination with standard-of-care (SOC) in the prevention of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) in participants undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
NCT05877066
This is an observational study, meaning participants will not receive any investigational treatment as part of this study. Researchers will collect real-world data (RWD), based on usual care, to gain a more in-depth knowledge of the natural history and the treatment outcomes of Dupuytren's Contracture (DC) to evaluate the management of DC.
NCT04649255
To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Lava LES for the embolic treatment of arterial hemorrhage in the peripheral vasculature.
NCT06108024
The objective of the trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of SM-020 gel 1.0% in subjects with Seborrheic Keratosis (SK) compared to vehicle gel. It is a randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled trial. Approximately 60 subjects will be enrolled. Subjects will apply their assigned investigational product twice daily for 4 consecutive weeks. Subjects will be followed for 12-weeks post final application for a total of approximately 16-weeks of required participation in the study.
NCT02992964
This is an open-label, single arm, multi-center, pilot study of Nivolumab in pediatric patients with recurrent or refractory hypermutant malignancies aged 12 months to 18 years of age.
