NCT04825678
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of erenumab on medication-specific treatment satisfaction.
NCT05005182
This phase II trial studies the effects of luspatercept with or without hydroxyurea in treating patients with myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasms with ring sideroblasts and thrombocytosis or unclassifiable with ring sideroblasts. Biological therapies, such as luspatercept, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Hydroxyurea may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving luspatercept with or without hydroxyurea may help doctors determine what doses of the combination is safe for patients to take and how the disease responds to the treatment.
NCT03219333
This is a study that will test how an experimental drug (enfortumab vedotin) affects patients with cancer of the urinary system (urothelial cancer). This type of cancer includes cancer of the bladder, renal pelvis, ureter or urethra that has spread to nearby tissues or to other areas of the body. This clinical trial will enroll patients who were previously treated with a kind of anticancer drug called an immune checkpoint inhibitor (CPI). Some CPIs have been approved for the treatment of urothelial cancer. This study will test if the cancer shrinks with treatment. This study will also look at the side effects of the drug. A side effect is a response to a drug that is not part of the treatment effect. Patients who sign up for this trial must also fall into one of these categories: * Patients have already received treatment with platinum-containing chemotherapy * Patients have never received platinum-containing treatment and are not eligible for treatment with cisplatin.
NCT02873195
This randomized phase II trial studies how well capecitabine and bevacizumab with or without atezolizumab work in treating patients with colorectal cancer that is not responding to treatment and has spread to other places. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab and bevacizumab, may help the body?s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as capecitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving atezolizumab with capecitabine and bevacizumab may be a better way in treating colorectal cancer.

NCT04909450
This study will enroll subjects with stage 2 or 3 neurotrophic keratitis. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the CSB-001 investigational treatment arm or vehicle control arm. All subjects will dose with the randomized treatment four times daily for 8 weeks (controlled treatment phase). During the controlled treatment phase, subjects will return to the clinic weekly from Day 0 to Week 8, and again at Week 10. Subjects randomized to the vehicle arm who are not healed will have the opportunity to participate in an open-label uncontrolled treatment phase.
NCT04376684
OSCAR (Otilimab in Severe COVID-19 Related Disease) is a multi-center, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial to assess the efficacy and safety of otilimab for the treatment of severe pulmonary COVID-19 related disease. The study is being conducted in 2 parts (Part 1 and Part 2). Otilimab is a human monoclonal anti-granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) antibody that has not previously been tested in participants with severe pulmonary COVID-19 related disease in Part 1. The aim of this study is to evaluate the benefit-risk of a single infusion of otilimab in the treatment of hospitalized participants with severe COVID-19 related pulmonary disease with new onset hypoxia requiring significant oxygen support or requiring early invasive mechanical ventilation (less than or equal to \[\<=\] 48 hours before dosing). Participants will be randomized to receive a single intravenous (IV) infusion of otilimab or placebo, in addition to standard of care.
NCT05992675
The purpose of this retrospective, Post-Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF) study is to assess the long term performance and safety of Air Optix® Night and Day® Aqua (AONDA) contact lenses in a real-world setting when worn as 30 days of continuous wear for vision correction.

NCT02435212
This was a randomized, open-label, multicenter, two arm, phase II study to evaluate treatment compliance and change in serum ferritin of a deferasirox granule formulation and a deferasirox dispersible tablet (DT) formulation in children and adolescents aged ≥ 2 and \< 18 years at enrolment with any transfusion-dependent anemia requiring chelation therapy due to iron overload, to demonstrate the effect of improved compliance on iron burden. Randomization was stratified by age groups (2 to \<10 years, 10 to \<18 years) and prior iron chelation therapy (Yes/ No). There were two study phases which include a 1 year core phase where participants were randomized to a 48 week treatment period to either Deferasirox DT or granules, and an optional extension phase where all participants received the granules up to 5 years. Participants who demonstrated benefit to granules or DT in the core phase, and/or expressed the wish to continue in the optional extension phase on granules, were offered this possibility until there was local access to the new formulation (granules or film-coated tablet (FCT)) or up to 5 years, whichever occurred first.
NCT03909750
Pulmonary Disorders are often categorized as Obstructive or Restrictive disorders. This study will establish two channels of investigation, one group within each type of pulmonary dysfunction. State-of-the-Art Objective analytics will be employed to track patients from baseline and 6 month intervals for up to one year. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a lung-related disorder that is characterized by long-term, often progressive state of poor airflow. Primary symptoms include low oxygen tension, shortness of breath, productive cough, and broncho-pulmonary inflammation and interference with oxygen-carbon dioxide exchange. COPD is generally considered those who are able to better inspire air than to expel. Restrictive lung dysfunctions are generally considered those who are unable to achieve full inspiration function. Both can create some of the same symptoms, low Oxygen exchange, activity intolerance of exertion, shortness of breath (SOB), Pulmonary Hypertension, Loss of lung structure, Pneumothorax (in emphysema), may mandate supplemental Oxygen therapy, failure of airway mucus management (chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, etc), and other failure of lung function issues. Restrictive lung disorders represent a group of pulmonary function losses which are due to acquired fibrosis, congenital fibrotic disorders, functional airway damage (scarring), vascular abnormalities in arterial/venous supply, Air pollution and tobacco smoking, chemical inhalation damage, etc. are felt to be common contributor of these issues. Diagnostic testing is based on poor airflow measured by lung function studies and whose symptoms do not improve much with anti-asthma bronchodilators, steroids, and a variety of combination of topical medications. Study is an interventional study to document the safety and efficacy of use of cSVF in chronic broncho-pulmonary disease within both groups.
