This phase II trial studies the effects of venetoxlax in combination with decitabine and cedazuridine in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as venetoclax and decitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cedazuridine may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving venetoxlax in combination with decitabine and cedazuridine may help to control acute myeloid leukemia.

The Myelin Disorders Biorepository Project (MDBP) seeks to collect and analyze clinical data and biological samples from leukodystrophy patients worldwide to support ongoing and future research projects. The MDBP is one of the world's largest leukodystrophy biorepositories, having enrolled nearly 2,000 affected individuals since it was launched over a decade ago. Researchers working in the biorepository hope to use these materials to uncover new genetic etiologies for various leukodystrophies, develop biomarkers for use in future clinical trials, and better understand the natural history of these disorders. The knowledge gained from these efforts may help improve the diagnostic tools and treatment options available to patients in the future.

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects of avelumab when given in different combinations with utomilumab, anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600, and radiation therapy in treating patients with malignancies that have spread to other places in the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, utomilumab, and anti-OX40 antibody PF-04518600, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high-energy rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. It is not yet known how well avelumab works in combination with these other anti-cancer therapies in patients with advanced malignancies.

Part 1: This is a 5 Arm study primarily to determine the best dose out of the two dose levels of Belinostat and Pralatrexate combined with CHOP/COP in newly diagnosed PTCL patients based on Safety for part 2 study. Part 2 (Efficacy and Safety): This is a 3 Arm study. Patients with previously untreated PTCL will be randomized 1:1:1 into 1 of 3 treatment groups: 2 experimental treatment groups (Bel-CHOP or Fol-COP) or 1 active comparator treatment group (CHOP). Patients will be treated for up to 6 cycles. The primary objective is to compare the Progression Free Survival of patients with newly diagnosed PTCL treated for up to 6 cycles with Beleodaq (belinostat) in combination with CHOP (Bel-CHOP) or Folotyn (pralatrexate injection) in combination with COP (Fol-COP) to CHOP alone.

This clinical trial aims to evaluate whether transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS), a non-invasive brain stimulation method, can improve attention and memory in veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and depression and/or posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The study seeks to answer two main questions: 1. Can active taVNS improve attention and memory compared to sham (placebo) stimulation? 2. Does taVNS affect heart rate variability (HRV)? taVNS delivers a gentle electrical current to the vagus nerve through electrodes placed on the ear, targeting brain areas involved in attention and memory without requiring surgery. This study uses a crossover design, meaning all participants will experience two sessions: one with active taVNS and one with sham stimulation. The sham session feels similar but does not deliver actual stimulation, allowing researchers to compare the two and understand taVNS's effects on the brain. In a single visit, participants will: * Complete eligibility screening (questionnaires and vital signs). * Undergo two sessions (one active and one sham), randomly assigned. * Perform attention tasks before and after each session. * Have their heart rate monitored during the sessions. The findings will help determine whether taVNS could be an effective treatment for improving attention and memory in veterans with TBI.

An estimated 8 million individuals in America are affected by peripheral arterial disease (PAD), blockages of the leg arteries that can cause excruciating calf pain when walking. PAD can have a tremendous impact on patients' quality of life. It is also associated with high rates of heart attacks and premature death. While there are a number of treatments, there have been few previous studies that have prospectively examined treatment patterns for PAD or sought to systematically identify opportunities to improve care. Most importantly, there have been no rigorous studies examining the impact of the disease from patients' perspectives - their symptoms, function and quality of life - as a function of different patient characteristics and treatments. The PORTRAIT study (Phase II) will systematically document the treatments and health status (symptom, function and quality of life) outcomes of 840 US patients over the course of one year (assessments at baseline, 3, 6, and 12 months) from 10 centers to address these gaps in knowledge. It will illuminate whether disparities in treatment or health status outcomes exist as a function of patients' age, gender, race, socioeconomic or psychological characteristics. PORTRAIT will substantially elevate the field and identify critical gaps in the way PAD is currently managed, including potential disparities in care, so that the quality of care can be improved.

This pilot study seeks to understand how changes in the bacteria composition (microbiome) of the gut may be associated with the occurrence of fatigue and chemotherapy-induced nausea (CIN) in women undergoing chemotherapy for early stage breast cancer. Patients undergoing chemotherapy may experience fatigue or nausea as a result of their treatment. Known risk factors for fatigue and CIN do not explain the differences in fatigue and CIN occurrence between patients, but changes in the functions of the gut microbiome may be related to the occurrence of fatigue and CIN. This study collects stool samples from breast cancer patients before and after chemotherapy to evaluate how changes in the microbiome may be associated with fatigue and CIN.
