NCT03997123
Phase III Study of Capivasertib + Paclitaxel versus Placebo + Paclitaxel as First line Treatment for Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
NCT03615326
The study will compare the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy versus trastuzumab in combination with SOC chemotherapy in participants with HER2-positive gastric cancer. The primary hypotheses of the study are that pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with chemotherapy is superior to trastuzumab plus chemotherapy in terms of 1) progression free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR), and 2) overall survival (OS).
NCT04284774
This phase II pediatric MATCH trial studies how well tipifarnib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have recurred or spread to other places in the body (advanced), lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders, that have a genetic alteration in the gene HRAS. Tipifarnib may block the growth of cancer cells that have specific genetic changes in a gene called HRAS and may reduce tumor size.
NCT05299606
This is a prospective, multicenter, single-arm study on transbronchial microwave ablation using the NEUWAVE FLEX Microwave Ablation System and Accessories on oligometastatic tumors in the peripheral lung, guided by the Auris MONARCH Platform for visualization and access while using cone beam CT (computed tomography) to confirm probe tip placement and final ablation zone. The primary endpoint is Technique Efficacy, assessed 30-days post-ablation via CT imaging.
NCT05014139
This study will test a drug called enfortumab vedotin in participants with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). This study will also evaluate what the side effects are and if the drug works to treat NMIBC. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. In this study enfortumab vedotin will be put into the bladder using a catheter. A catheter is a thin tube that can be put into your bladder.
NCT01892722
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of fingolimod vs. interferon beta-1a i.m. in pediatric patients with multiple sclerosis (MS)
NCT07158164
To prospectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of DPYD-guided dosing strategies in a real-world clinical setting, specifically by comparing the incidence of severe (Grade 3 and 4) fluoropyrimidine-related toxicities of heterozygous DPYD variant patients assigned to DPYD-guided reduced dosing versus patients with standard dosing in the control arm.
NCT06551142
The goal of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, clinical activity and pharmacokinetics of GSK5764227. The study will also see how the levels of GSK5764227 will change over time at different dose amounts when administered alone and in combination with other medicines like carboplatin, cisplatin, atezolizumab, pembrolizumab, durvalumab, bevacizumab, cetuximab.
NCT05091346
The Phase 1b part of this study is conducted to assess the safety and tolerability of E7386 in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with previously treated selected solid tumors, and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of E7386 in combination with pembrolizumab. The Phase 2 part of this study is conducted to assess the objective response rate (ORR) of E7386 in combination with pembrolizumab (melanoma, colorectal cancer \[CRC\], hepatocellular carcinoma \[HCC\]) or of E7386 in combination with pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib (HCC) according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1.
NCT06411821
The researchers are doing this study is to find out whether ulixertinib is an effective and safe treatment for people with histiocytic neoplasms.
NCT04812912
The purpose of this study is to find out how cancer treatments (chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy) affect reproductive and sexual health in people with early onset colorectal cancer. The study researchers will observe and track changes in hormone levels and in sexual and reproductive health in people with early onset colorectal cancer. This information will help researchers know more about how cancer treatments affect reproductive and sexual health, including the ability to have children (fertility).
NCT04543188
First-in-human study to assess safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary activity of PF-07284890 as a single agent and in combination with binimetinib in participants with BRAF V600-mutated advanced solid tumor malignancies with and without brain involvement.
NCT06388967
This study aims to prospective validate an exosome-based miRNA signature for noninvasive and early detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
NCT04579380
This trial studies how well tucatinib works for solid tumors that make either more HER2 or a different type of HER2 than usual (HER2 alterations) The solid tumors studied in this trial have either spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed completely with surgery (unresectable). All participants will get both tucatinib and trastuzumab. People with hormone-receptor positive breast cancer will also get a drug called fulvestrant. The trial will also look at what side effects happen. A side effect is anything a drug does besides treating cancer.
NCT03449381
This study is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumors). The purpose of this study is to find out the most suitable dose of BI 907828 (brigimadlin) the participants can tolerate. The most suitable dose is used in the second part to find out whether brigimadlin makes tumors shrink. In this study, brigimadlin is given to humans for the first time. Brigimadlin is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Brigimadlin is taken as a tablet. Participants either take a dose of brigimadlin on one day every 3 weeks or on two days every 4 weeks. The participants are in the study for as long as they benefit from and can tolerate treatment. The doctors regularly check the participants' general health during the study.
NCT03011372
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pemigatinib (INCB054828) in subjects with myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 1 rearrangement.
NCT05980416
This study is an open-label, international, multi-center, Phase 1 study in adult patients with solid tumors likely to express CLDN18.2.
NCT05170126
The purpose of this study is to provide information on maternal, fetal, and infant outcomes following exposure of ozanimod during pregnancy so that participants and physicians can weigh the benefits and risks of exposure to the pharmaceutical during pregnancy and make informed treatment decisions.
NCT06735248
The primary objective of this trial is to evaluate the safety and reactogenicity of mRNA-1195 in participants with multiple sclerosis.
NCT03573310
The purpose of the study is to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of JNJ-64619178 in participants with relapsed/refractory B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) or advanced solid tumors and also to identify the recommended Phase 2 dose(s) (RP2Ds) of JNJ-64619178 for NHL and advanced solid tumors (Part 1) and to confirm the tolerability of JNJ-64619178 in participants with lower risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) (Part 2).
