NCT00080873
RATIONALE: Traumeel® S (a mouth rinse) may be effective in preventing or decreasing the severity of oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy in young patients who are undergoing stem cell transplantation. PURPOSE: This randomized clinical trial is studying how well Traumeel® S works in preventing or treating mucositis in young patients who are receiving chemotherapy with or without total-body irradiation before undergoing stem cell transplantation.
NCT00498914
A study in subjects with a type of B cell lymphoma (DLBCL)to evaluate the response rate, efficacy, safety and tolerability of YM155
NCT00085150
RATIONALE: LMB-2 immunotoxin can locate cancer cells and kill them without harming normal cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of LMB-2 immunotoxin in treating young patients with relapsed or refractory leukemia or lymphoma.
NCT00529503
This is a randomized trial to estimate the activity of R-ICE plus SGN-40 vs. R-ICE plus placebo in patients with DLBCL. The study will assess safety and tolerability and will measure any additional clinical benefit observed in patients receiving SGN-40.
NCT00193492
The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility, efficacy and safety of adding bevacizumab to rituximab compared to rituximab alone in patients with previously treated follicular non-hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) whose disease has progressed following at least one previous chemotherapy regimen and not more than 2 previous chemotherapy regimens.
NCT01007292
The purpose of this study is to evaluate response rate, survival, safety and tolerability of YM155 given in combination with rituximab in subjects with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
NCT00354926
This study is designed to provide evidence of the safety and a preliminary understanding of the efficacy of AME 133v.
NCT00103779
This is an open-label, multi-dose, Phase I, dose escalation study to define the safety profile and preliminary anti-tumor activity of SGN-40 in patients with refractory or recurrent non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas.
NCT00649584
This study will examine the safety profile of SGN-35 alone and in combination with gemcitabine. The study will test increasing doses of SGN-35 given weekly to small groups of patients.
NCT00655837
The purpose of this study is to determine safety and tolerability of combination therapy of SGN-40 with gemcitabine and rituximab for the treatment of lymphoma. This study is also intended to estimate how well your disease responds to this treatment.
NCT00359086
In this study, MGCD0103, a new anticancer drug under investigation, is given three times weekly to patients with relapsed and refractory lymphoma.
NCT00051701
The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal dose of Campath for patients with relapsing or refractory (failed standard therapy) non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The study will also evaluate the safety of the drug and whether it is effective in treating these patients.
NCT00543582
The first part of the study is to evaluate and determine if three different forms of MGCD0103 (free base FB-MGCD0103, tartaric acid free base \[TA-FB-MGCD0103\], and dihydrobromide \[2HBr\] salt formulation MGCD0103) have the same properties when given to patients with cancer. The second part of the study is to determine whether MGCD0103 administered in combination with azacitidine is effective and safe in treating subjects with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) (follicular or diffuse large B-cell \[DLBCL\]).
NCT00117598
This is an open-label, randomized trial in relapsed refractory subjects with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).
NCT00274651
Open-label, non-randomized trial to assess the effectiveness of PXD101 in patients with recurrent or refractory cutaneous or peripheral and other types of T-cell lymphomas. PXD101 is a new, potent histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. Patients are treated with belinostat(PXD101) 1000 mg/m2 on days 1-5 of a 21 day cycle.
NCT00809276
The purpose of this research is to find the most effective and least toxic way to prevent GVHD after BMT.
NCT00358982
MGCD0103 is an experimental drug that belongs to a class of drugs known as the histone deacetylase inhibitors, which may restore normal control in cancer cells by affecting the genes and proteins that are being made. Laboratory tests show that this new investigational anti-cancer drug can slow down the growth of human cancer cells in mice; two clinical research studies are currently being performed in humans with cancer and a similar study is being performed in patients with the same disease. The purpose of this study is to find out what effect the experimental drug MGCD0103 has on patients with relapsed and refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma.
NCT00608361
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of dasatinib in treating patients with solid tumors or lymphomas that are metastatic or cannot be removed by surgery. Dasatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT00475917
The purpose of this study is to determine a safe dose of XL844 in combination with gemcitabine, how often it should be taken, and how well people with cancer tolerate the combination of gemcitabine and XL844.
NCT01314014
The purpose of this study is to determine whether Amplimexon (imexon for injection) is effective in the treatment of indolent and aggressive lymphomas that have progressed after treatment with standard therapies.
