NCT01846416
This multicenter, single-arm study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) in participants with PD-L1-positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Participants will receive an intravenous (IV) dose of 1200 milligrams (mg) atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) on Day 1 of 21-day cycles until disease progression. Eligible participants will be categorized in to three groups as follows: 1. Participants with no prior chemotherapy for advanced disease; 2. Participants who progress during or following a prior-platinum based chemotherapy regimen for advanced disease (2L+participants); 3. Participants who are 2L+ and previously treated for brain metastases.
NCT02403271
This is a Phase 1b/2, multi-center study to assess the safety and efficacy of ibrutinib in combination with durvalumab (MEDI4736) in participants with relapsed or refractory solid tumors.
NCT02038647
This is a two-arm, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, phase 2 study designed to is to determine if the combination treatment can improve progression free survival (defined as the time from the date of randomization to the date of first documentation of disease progression or death, whichever occurs first) when compared with placebo + paclitaxel.
NCT02860780
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the study drug prexasertib in combination with ralimetinib in participants with advanced or metastatic cancer.
NCT00043823
Primary Objectives: 1. (Phase I) To establish the maximum tolerated dose and dose-limiting toxicities of the combination of OSI-774 (Tarceva™) and rhuMAb VEGF (Avastin™) in patients with advanced Non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). 2. (Phase II) To assess response rate and tolerability of the regimen at the dose level established in the phase I portion of this study. Secondary Objectives: 1. (Phase I and II) To evaluate the pharmacokinetic interaction between the combination. 2. (Phase I) To establish a phase II regimen of the OSI-774/ rhuMAb VEGF combination, for further study alone or in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy.
NCT00077064
RATIONALE: Captopril is a drug that may be able to decrease side effects caused by radiation therapy, and may improve the quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer or limited-stage small cell lung cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying how well captopril works in decreasing side effects and improving the quality of life in patients who have received radiation therapy with or without chemotherapy for stage I, stage II, or stage IIIB non-small cell lung cancer or limited-stage small cell lung cancer.
NCT01465802
To assess the impact of prophylactic treatment on the incidence of adverse events in advanced NSCLC patients (post chemotherapy) treated with dacomitinib daily as a single agent. To assess the impact of an interrupted dacomitinib dosing schedule in Cycle 1 on the incidence of adverse events in first-line advanced NSCLC patients with an EGFR mutation (HER-1 mutation, HER-2 mutation or HER-2 amplification).
NCT01234038
The purpose of this study is to examine the overall survival of patients with Stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with ISIS EIF4E Rx in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel.
NCT01871805
This non-randomized, open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of alectinib in participants with ALK-rearranged non-small cell lung cancer who failed crizotinib treatment. In Phase I, cohorts of participants will receive escalating doses of alectinib orally twice daily. In Phase II, patients who failed crizotinib treatment will receive the recommended phase II dose.
NCT01396551
Clinical study investigating the feasibility and safety of using an anchored Calypso transponder in the airways of the lung for real-time monitoring of tumor location during radiotherapy
NCT02913443
This is a Phase I, open-label, multicenter study designed to assess the safety and tolerability of RO7051790 in participants with relapsed ED SCLC. This dose escalation and expansion study plans to determine the maximum tolerated dose and/or optimal biological dose as a recommended Phase 2 dose for RO7051790, based on the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles observed after oral administration of RO7051790.
NCT00527735
The purpose of the study is to determine whether ipilimumab given with paclitaxel/carboplatin has clinical benefit when compared with paclitaxel/carboplatin alone in patients with previously untreated lung cancer.
NCT01286987
This is a single-arm, open-label study to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of talazoparib in patients with advanced tumors with DNA-repair pathway deficiencies. There will be 2 parts to the study: a dose escalation phase in which the maximum tolerated dose will be defined, and a dose expansion phase.
NCT00864721
The purpose of this research study is to find out what effects (good and bad) sunitinib has on patients and their NSCLC.
NCT01520389
This study is a Phase 1 and pharmacologic open-labeled dose-escalation trial using a "3+3" design, evaluating MM-151 at varying dose levels and frequencies, and subsequently in combination with irinotecan.
NCT01911325
This is a multi-center, open-label Phase Ib dose escalation part followed by a randomized double-blinded placebo controlled Phase II part. The Phase Ib part will determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD)/Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D) of buparlisib in combination with docetaxel. Subsequently the MTD/RP2D will be investigated in a Phase II randomized trial in patients with advanced or metastatic squamous NSCLC.
NCT02960594
This is a Phase I, open label study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of INO-1400 or INO-1401 alone or in combination with INO-9012, delivered by electroporation in subjects with high-risk solid tumor cancer with no evidence of disease after surgery and standard therapy. Subjects will be enrolled into one of ten treatment arms. Subjects will be assessed according to standard of care. Restaging and imaging studies will be performed to assess disease relapse per NCCN guidelines. RECIST will be used to validate the findings in cases of relapse.
NCT03076372
MM-310 is a liposomal formulation of a docetaxel prodrug that targets the EphA2 receptor on cancer cells. Docetaxel is an approved chemotherapeutic drug. This study is a Phase 1 open-label study of MM-310 in patients with solid tumors. In the first part of the study, MM-310 will be assessed as a monotherapy until a maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is established. After an MTD of MM-310 as a monotherapy is established, an expansion cohort and MM-310 in combination with other therapies will be assessed.
