The goal of this clinical trial is to compare a new intravenous drug, Anruikefen, with a traditional oral medication, nalfurafine orally disintegrating tablets, in improving sleep quality in patients with chronic kidney disease-associated pruritus. Sleep quality will be primarily assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The study will also evaluate the safety of Anruikefen. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does Anruikefen injection improve sleep quality better than oral nalfurafine? * Does Anruikefen injection improve patients' quality of life more than oral nalfurafine? Researchers will compare Anruikefen with nalfurafine (an active control drug) to evaluate differences in their effects on sleep quality in patients with chronic kidney disease-associated pruritus. Participants will: * Receive either Anruikefen injection (0.3 μg/kg, three times per week) or nalfurafine hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets (2.5 μg once daily). * Continue treatment for 4 weeks, followed by a 1-week safety follow-up. * Complete the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and other quality-of-life questionnaires after one month.

The study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study of the efficacy and safety of divozilimab in patients with systemic scleroderma.The study will enroll adult patients of both sexes diagnosed with active systemic scleroderma according to the ACR/EULAR 2013 criteria with a modified Rodnan skin score (mRSS) of 10 to 20. In patients having signs of ILD, the Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) should be at least 40 % of the due value. The study will include patients of either sex aged ≥16 years with systemic scleroderma according to the ACR/EULAR 2013 criteria, with a modified Rodnan skin score (mRSS) ≥10 and ≤20 , as well as patients of either sex aged ≥14 and \<16 years with systemic scleroderma according to the PRES/ACR/EULAR 2007 criteria. In patients having signs of ILD, the Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) should be at least 40 % of the due value. Subjects aged ≥18 years will be randomized to divozilimab or placebo group. Subjects aged \<18 years (not less than 16) will receive divozilimab.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, how the body processes the drug, and its effects of a drug called cenerimod in adult Chinese participants (aged 18-75) with moderate to severe Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) who are already receiving standard background therapy. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safety and tolerability of a daily 4 mg dose of cenerimod in Chinese participants with SLE? * How is cenerimod processed by the body (pharmacokinetics) in this population? * What is the effect of cenerimod on the level of lymphocytes in the blood (pharmacodynamics)? This is a single-arm study without a comparison group. Participants will: * Take one 4 mg cenerimod tablet by mouth once daily for up to 12 months. * Continue their stable, pre-existing background SLE medications throughout the study. * Attend regular clinic visits over a period of up to 22 months for tests and check-ups, including blood draws, heart monitoring (12-lead electrocardiogram), vital signs(blood pressure),and physical examinations. * Undergo a final safety follow-up 6 months after their last dose of the study drug.

Localized scleroderma (LS) is a skin disease that can cause complications such as disfigurement and limitation of mobility. Treatment for LS should be initiated early in the disease, as late-stage scleroderma does not respond well to treatment. Objective tools for diagnosis and follow-up of treatment for LS are not available clinically and are urgently needed. A new non-invasive ultrasound technique called "elastography" measures stiffness of tissues and holds potential for providing objective measures for follow-up of treatment of LS in children and adolescents. The team plans to conduct a multicenter study in North America to determine whether elastography ultrasound can show changes in skin stiffness for a period of 9 to 12 months after initiation of treatment for LS. This novel technology may add information to the existing imperfect clinical tools, thus improving the way therapy is offered to patients with LS.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a combination therapy of deoxycytidine (dC) plus deoxythymidine (dT) is safe in patients with telomere biology disorders. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is the therapy safe with tolerable side effects in patients with telomere biology disorders? * Are problems with the bone marrow or blood or lungs changed after 6 months of dC+dT treatment in patients with telomere biology disorders? Participants will: * Take study drug by mouth three times daily for 24 weeks * Make approximately 2 visits to Boston Children's Hospital during the 24 weeks: once at the beginning of treatment and once at the end of treatment. * Go to a lab for a blood draw an additional 6 times during treatment. * Have 9 phone calls with a research nurse, including one 4 weeks after treatment ends. * Keep a diary to track doses of study drug that were taken or missed.

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Tofacitinib compared to Methotrexate (MTX) in reducing skin thickening in patients with diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dcSSc). Systemic sclerosis is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by skin fibrosis and internal organ involvement. Despite existing treatments, many patients continue to experience progressive skin and joint symptoms. Tofacitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, has shown potential benefit in reducing inflammation and fibrosis in autoimmune diseases. This randomized controlled study will compare the change in Modified Rodnan Skin Score (mRSS), Clinical Disease Activity Index (CDAI), and 12-Item Short Form Survey (SF-12) between the Tofacitinib and Methotrexate groups over the study period. The study will also monitor adverse events and laboratory parameters to assess drug safety and tolerability.

Achievement of complete hematologic response (CHR) is vital for systemic AL amyloidosis. Currently, the CHR rate of daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (DBD) is close to 60%. Considering that Bcl-2 inhibitor is effective for AL amyloidosis with t(11; 14) and the median hematologic onset time of DBD is 7 days. We design a a prospective study on AL amyloidosis with t(11; 14). All patients receive DBD at the beginning. Patient will receive DBD for at least 6 cycles if achieve rapid hematologic response at day 7, while other patients will receive daratumumab, venetoclax and dexamethasone.

This research study is a multicentre prospective pharmacokinetic study. The clinical and biological data will be collected in the framework of a prospective study. The drug to be evaluated is a glucocorticoid routinely used to treat Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patient. Initial dose of prednisone must be oral and at least 0.5mg/Kg/day, but the precise dosage and the tapering regimen will be determined according to the clinical judgment of the investigator. The duration of the research period for each patient will be 3 months. Three visits (which are all usual care visits) will be needed within the 3 months of the study for collecting data and/or blood sampling
