NCT02616562
This trial is conducted globally. The aim of the trial is to investigate efficacy and safety of once-weekly NNC0195-0092 treatment compared to daily growth hormone treatment (Norditropin® FlexPro®) in growth hormone treatment naïve pre-pubertal children with growth hormone deficiency. The main trial period will consist of 26 weeks of treatment, followed by a 26 week extension period.
NCT01706783
This trial is conducted in Europe. The aim of the trial is to investigate the safety, tolerability, availability and distribution in the body of once-weekly long-acting growth hormone (NNC0195-0092, somapacitan) compared to once daily Norditropin NordiFlex® in adults with growth hormone deficiency (GHD).
NCT01514500
This trial is conducted in Europe. The aim of this trial is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (the exposure of the trial drug in the body) and pharmacodynamics (the effect of the investigated drug on the body) of NNC0195-0092 (somapacitan) compared to placebo in healthy male subjects.
NCT03075644
This trial is conducted in Asia. The aim of this trial is to evaluate the safety of once weekly dosing of somapacitan (NNC0195-0092) and daily Norditropin® FlexPro® for 52 weeks in previously human growth hormone treated Japanese adults with growth hormone deficiency.
NCT03186495
The trial is conducted in Europe. The aim of the trial is to investigate the steady state exposure of somapacitan in subjects with various degrees of renal impairment (mild, moderate, severe renal impairment, requiring haemodialysis treatment) compared to subjects with normal renal function
NCT03212131
This trial is conducted in Europe. The aim of this trial is to investigate the effect of abnormal liver (hepatic) function on the amount of trial drug getting into the body and removal of the drug from the body (this is called pharmacokinetics). In this trial the participants will receive three subcutaneous (under the skin) injections of the trial drug somapacitan. Somapacitan is a long-acting growth hormone analogue (a drug similar to human growth hormone) intended for once-weekly subcutaneous administration.
NCT00455884
This study is a multicenter, open-label, observational, post marketing surveillance program to collect information on the use of NutropinAq® in adults suffering from Growth Hormone Deficiency in Germany, Italy, and United Kingdom

This study is a multicenter, open label, observational, post marketing surveillance study of NutropinAq® in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Romania and United Kingdom to collect long-term safety and effectiveness information on NutropinAq® during treatment of paediatric growth disorders.
NCT00960128
This observational study is conducted globally. The aim of the study is to investigate the effectiveness and safety of real-life treatment with Norditropin®. The study population will consist of children and adults who are on treatment with Norditropin® in accordance with normal clinical practice.
NCT01502124
