NCT04621877
In response to large numbers of senior center clients who suffer untreated depression and the dearth of geriatric mental health providers, the investigators have simplified Behavioral Activation to be delivered by lay volunteers ("Do More, Feel Better"; DMFB). The focus of Behavioral Activation is to guide clients to reengage in daily pleasant and rewarding activities, and reduce depressive symptoms. If the investigators can show that the lay delivery model has positive impact in comparison to MSW-delivered Behavioral Activation, the investigators will have identified an effective intervention that can be used by a large untapped workforce of older adult volunteers across the nation.
NCT02860039
This phase II randomized trial studies how well high dose flu vaccine works in treating children who have undergone done stem cell transplant. Higher dose flu vaccine may build a better immune response and may provide better protection against the flu than the standard vaccine.
NCT00285259
The purpose of this trial is to evaluate a CMV vaccine given to related donor/recipient pairs (donors prior to peripheral blood stem cell donation and CMV-seropositive recipients just before and after transplantation) and CMV-seropositive recipient-only subjects (related or unrelated) to determine incidence rates of CMV infection, disease, and other complications from immunosuppression and/or transplantation. The outcomes for the groups receiving CMV vaccine will be compared to the outcomes for the group that received the placebo vaccine to see if there is a clinical benefit. For this trial, donors and recipients must have matched HLA genotype (matched at 5/6 or 6/6 HLA loci).
NCT03805217
A prospective, single-arm, open-label, multicenter post-approval study to determine whether the use of the Acumen HPI Software to guide intraoperative hemodynamic management in non-cardiac surgery reduces the duration of intraoperative hypotension below a threshold of Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP)
NCT02270463
This is a non-randomized, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation study designed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of SL-401 in adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia, and to evaluate the safety profile of SL-401 at the MTD.
NCT04860466
The purpose of this Phase 1 study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of CC-96673 in adult participants with Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (R/R NHL). The study will be conducted in 2 parts: Part A, monotherapy dose escalation and Part B, monotherapy dose expansion.
NCT04573478
The ALIGN Study is a phase 3, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to compare the efficacy and safety of atrasentan to placebo in patients with IgA nephropathy (IgAN) at risk of progressive loss of renal function.
NCT03165526
FDA issued a Humanitarian Device Exemption (HDE) approval order for the AMPLATZER™ PIVSD Occluder (H070005) on January 10, 2017. The Conditions of Approval require that SJM conduct a post approval study to evaluate the safety and probable benefit of the AMPLATZER™ PIVSD Occluder.
NCT05012397
Phase 2, multicenter, single-arm, open-label basket study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of milademetan in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors refractory or intolerant to standard-of-care therapy that exhibit wild-type (WT) TP53 and MDM2 copy number (CN) ≥ 8 using prespecified biomarker criteria.
NCT00630552
This is a multi-center, 2-part study of AMG 655, AMG 479 or AMG 655-placebo plus gemcitabine as first-line treatment of subjects with metastatic pancreatic cancer. Part 1 is an open-label, dose-escalation phase 1b segment to determine the safety, tolerability and maximum tolerated dose of AMG 655 in combination with gemcitabine. Enrollment into part 1 of the study has been completed. Part 2 is a randomized, placebo-controlled phase 2 segment to estimate the efficacy as assessed by 6 month survival of AMG 655, AMG 479, or AMG 655-placebo in combination with gemcitabine. The phase 2 segment that will commence after dose selection in part 1. In part 2, subjects will be randomized 1:1:1 to AMG 655, AMG 479, or placebo in combination with gemcitabine.
NCT00940121
The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics of three doses of oral mirabegron formulations with three different release rates versus three doses of mirabegron administered intravenously; to study safety and side effects of the oral and IV doses of mirabegron.
NCT02516813
M3814 was an investigational drug that is being evaluated for the treatment of participants with locally advanced tumors. The main purposes of this study was to determine the safety, the tolerability and the efficacy of M3814 in combination with radiotherapy and in combination with chemoradiotherapy (Radiotherapy + cisplatin).
NCT04192799
At a national level, emergency departments (EDs) serve as the portal of hospital admission for 75% of hospitalized children. The remainder occur via direct admission, defined as admission to hospital without first receiving care in the hospital's ED. The overall goals of this research are to: (i) implement pediatric direct admission systems at 3 hospitals, (ii) compare the timeliness of healthcare delivery for children who are admitted directly and through emergency departments, (iii) determine which patient populations achieve the greatest benefits from direct admission, and (iv) identify barriers and facilitators of successful implementation.
NCT05406401
This study consists of a dose escalation/confirmation phase and an efficacy expansion phase. The dose escalation/confirmation phase is to determine the safety and tolerability and establish a preliminary recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of zilovertamab vedotin when administered in combination with R-CHP in participants with DLBCL who have received no prior treatment for their disease. The efficacy expansion phase is to determine the efficacy of the RP2D of zilovertamab vedotin when administered in combination with R-CHP in participants with DLBCL who have received no prior treatment for their disease.
NCT03345485
Tinostamustine (EDO-S101) is a first-in-class alkylating deacetylase inhibitor designed to improve drug access to deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) strands, induce DNA damage and counteract its repair in cancer cells. The main purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of Tinostamustine in subjects with advanced solid tumours. Subjects will be given Tinostamustine via intravenous infusion on Days 1 and 15 of a 4-week cycle, the dose and infusion time will vary depending on the phase of the study.
NCT01503515
This randomized phase III trial studies how well caspofungin acetate works compared to fluconazole or voriconazole in preventing fungal infections in patients following donor stem cell transplant. Caspofungin acetate, fluconazole, and voriconazole may be effective in preventing fungal infections in patients following donor stem cell transplant. It is not yet known whether caspofungin acetate is more effective than fluconazole or voriconazole in preventing fungal infections in patients following donor stem cell transplant.
NCT05557942
IMPAHCT-FUL: Inhaled Imatinib Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Clinical Trial - Follow Up Long Term Extension (LTE) Trial was a follow up study to establish the long-term safety of AV-101. Subjects who successfully completed the 24-week placebo-controlled parent trial (AV-101-002, NCT#05036135) were offered the opportunity to continue into this LTE study. Subjects who enrolled in the study were to receive one of three active AV-101 doses until such time as the optimal dose was selected in the parent study.
