This study is being done to see if a drug called disitamab vedotin, alone or with pembrolizumab, works to treat HER2 expressing urothelial cancer. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. Participants will have cancer that has spread in the body near where it started (locally advanced) and cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). It will also study what side effects happen when participants get the drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating the disease.

This is a placebo-controlled, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, phase 3 multicenter study in subjects recently hospitalized for ACS and with the appropriate genetic profile. Subjects will provide informed consent before any study-specific procedures are performed. A separate informed consent will be allowed for an initial pre-screening genetic testing. Subjects meeting the AA genotype will then consent to the full study and confirmatory genetic testing as required. Subject enrollment may begin in the hospital and will continue following release from the hospital or may begin following release from hospital. Screening procedures may be performed at the time of the index ACS event or anytime thereafter, with the condition that randomization must occur within the mandated window (up to12 weeks after the index event). Subjects will be assessed based on their medical history. Those who are likely to qualify will undergo Genotype Assay testing to evaluate genetic determination for the presence of AA genotype.

In previous studies, Proton Beam Radiation Therapy (PBRT) has been found to show better results in treating patients with cancer, both because there is better control of where in the body the radiation is directed and because it is associated with less severe long term side effects. However, there is limited published data demonstrating these results. The goal of the Proton and Photon Consortium Registry (PPCR) is to enroll children treated with radiation in order to describe the population that currently receives radiation and better compare the short-term and long-term benefits of different types of radiotherapy. The data collected from this study will help facilitate research on radiation therapy and allow for collaborative research. The PPCR will collect demographic and clinical data that many centers that deliver radiation therapy already collect in routine operations.

Autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (aPAP) is a rare disorder in which a material called surfactant builds up in the lungs and makes it hard to breathe. In addition to shortness of breath, people with aPAP can experience persistent cough, overwhelming fatigue, unintentional changes in weight, chest or back pain, suddenly feeling out of shape, and general discomfort. Currently, there are no approved medications for aPAP in the United States, but the symptoms of aPAP can be treated with whole lung lavage (WLL). WLL is an invasive procedure that temporarily removes surfactant, and it can result in serious consequences like trauma to the lung, a collapsed lung, and prolonged requirement for artificial ventilation. Savara is studying an investigational drug called molgramostim nebulizer solution to see if it activates the cells that help clear surfactant from the lungs, which improves oxygen transfer from the lungs to the bloodstream. Molgramostim nebulizer solution is administered by inhalation using a hand-held nebulizer. In clinical trials, molgramostim nebulizer solution has shown improvements in gas exchange and patient reported outcomes. This expanded access program will make molgramostim nebulizer solution available to adult patients with diagnosed aPAP. Access must be obtained through the treating physician. Patients will dose molgramostim nebulizer solution 300 micrograms (mcg) once daily and be followed by their physician every 3 months to assess their clinical status and report any adverse events.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia in Western countries. The purpose of this study is to assess how well ABBV-453 works adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) untreated CLL/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Adverse events, pharmacokinetics, and change in disease activity will be assessed. ABBV-453 is an investigational drug for the treatment of CLL and SLL. Participants will be enrolled with a specific target dose and receive obinutuzumab during the debulking period followed escalating doses of ABBV-453, until the appropriate target dose is achieved. Approximately 60 adult participants with previously R/R CLL/SLL will be enrolled in the study in approximately 40 sites across the world. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) obinutuzumab as part of the debulking period, followed by escalating doses of oral ABBV-453 until the appropriate target dose is achieved. The estimated study duration is 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, and checking for side effects.

The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the the safe and effective dose of CRB-701? What cancers can be treated effectively with CRB-701? What is the overall positive and negative percent agreement between the investigational test and the reference method? Participants will: 1. Provide a respiratory specimen (e.g., nasal or nasopharyngeal swab) for testing with the investigational device. 2. Provide an additional specimen for testing with the FDA-cleared reference method.
