The primary objective is to evaluate the safety of long-term treatment with NP101 as assessed by: * Subject self-examination skin irritation scores * Adverse events * Changes in vital signs and ECG parameters The secondary objective is to evaluate the long term efficacy of NP101 as assessed by: * Headache pain free at two hours after patch activation for all initial acute migraine attacks treated with NP101 * Headache pain relief at two hours after patch activation for all initial acute migraine attacks treated with NP101 * Nausea free at two hours after patch activation for all initial acute migraine attacks treated with NP101 * Phonophobia free at two hours after patch activation for all initial acute migraine attacks treated with NP101 * Photophobia free at two hours after patch activation for all initial acute migraine attacks treated with NP101 * Migraine free at two hours after patch activation for all initial acute migraine attacks treated with NP101 This study will use an open-label design to assess the long term safety of NP101 (sumatriptan iontophoretic transdermal patch). Subjects who continue to be in good health (use of a triptan or use of an NP101 patch is not contraindicated) and received treatment (patch activation) with the study patch for a qualifying migraine under study NP101-007 will be considered eligible for enrollment into the open-label study. Subjects will be expected to remain in the study for up to 12 months.

Since people started taking HIV medications, illnesses related to AIDS have decreased, but other serious illnesses like heart disease (heart attacks) and certain kinds of cancer have increased. Studies show that HIV causes changes in the lining of the arteries and also causes inflammation (irritation) inside the body that may play a role in diseases like heart attacks and strokes. The levels of inflammation and artery lining health can also affect how well your brain works. These changes cannot be felt, but can be measured. Artery lining health can be looked at with a test that uses a blood pressure cuff on your arm to see how the artery responds when air is let in and out of the cuff. An ultrasound (machine that uses sound waves) is used to look at the artery during the test. This test is called Flow Mediated Dilation or FMD for short. Inflammation can be checked with blood tests (blood tests that measure this irritation inside the body that you cannot feel). HIV medications can improve the artery lining health and can partially lower levels of inflammation in the blood; however, these levels of inflammation may not be able to return back to normal. Pravastatin sodium is a medication that is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treating high cholesterol. Pravastatin sodium has also been able to improve the health of the lining of the arteries and lower the level of inflammation in people with other diseases, but has not been studied or approved for this purpose in people who have HIV. This research study will look at the effects of two types of medications used separately or together on the health of the lining of arteries and levels of inflammation in the blood: Atripla (a HIV medication) and pravastatin sodium. This study will also look at the effects of Atripla and pravastatin sodium on cholesterol levels, tests that measure how well you can think and calculate (tests of neurocognitive function), and at the effects of Atripla on the levels of pravastatin sodium in the blood.

Delirium is associated with increased risk of death, prolonged stay, higher cost of care, and likely long-term brain deficits in survivors. This form of brain dysfunction occurs in intensive care unit (ICU) patients in epidemic proportions, and the scope of this problem is likely to worsen in upcoming years due to the aging of our population and increased utilization of the ICU. Currently, delirium goes unrecognized and untreated in the vast majority of circumstances in the ICU unless the patient presents with hyperactive delirium and agitation. In the latter circumstance, a commonly used typical antipsychotic called haloperidol is considered the principal agent for treating delirium based largely on anecdotal evidence to support its usefulness, though no placebo controlled trials exist. There are no FDA approved medications for delirium. The atypical antipsychotics provide a promising alternative for the treatment of delirium due to their enhanced beneficial effects on positive (agitated) and negative (quiet) symptoms proven in mania and schizophrenia, reduced risk for side effects common to haloperidol such as extrapyramidal symptomatology, and less potentially lethal heart rhythm disturbances. It is imperative that well-designed phase II studies to determine proof of principle be conducted. A pilot study of feasibility to begin assessing the role of antipsychotics in the management of ICU delirium.

The purpose of this is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of imetelstat (GRN163L) as maintenance therapy for patients with advanced stage NSCLC who have not progressed after 4 cycles of platinum based therapy. Participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to imetelstat + standard of care versus standard of care alone. Participants who received bevacizumab with their induction chemotherapy will continue to receive bevacizumab on this study.

Congestive heart failure is a common disorder in which the heart cannot pump enough blood to meet the needs of the rest of the body. Poor sodium handling by the kidneys is a damaging effect of heart failure, and it leads to symptoms of congestion such as shortness of breath or ankle swelling. Recent studies suggest that reducing the nerve activity to a kidney could reduce sodium retention and blood pressure. An improvement in the way the kidneys handle sodium may reduce disease progression and decrease symptoms for heart failure patients.

The primary objective of this program is to provide DCV for 24 weeks to be given in combination with SOF to subjects with chronic hepatitis C with decompensated cirrhosis or post-liver transplant subjects with chronic hepatitis C recurrence with either advanced fibrosis or fibrosing cholestatic hepatitis and who have a serious or immediately life-threatening condition or experienced an event that has decreased their life expectancy to \<12 months, therefore, no research hypothesis will be tested and no specific endpoints are defined. The study is designed to test the safety and efficacy of the Medigus SRS endoscopic stapling system for the treatment of GERD. The system allows the operator to staple the stomach to the esophagus,in order to restore the gastroesophageal flap valve. The effect of the stapling is similar to a common operation for GERD (partial fundoplication) but is done through the mouth, and incision into the abdomen is not needed. The hypothesis of the study is that the treatment will be effective in improving GERD related quality of life by 50% or more in the majority of the subjects, and that the procedure will be as safe as surgery.
