NCT00551135
The purpose of this study is to test whether pregabalin added to the standard of care with dosing starting preoperatively and continuing for 1 week post surgery will decrease the intensity of acute post-operative pain following inguinal hernia repair.
NCT01271933
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a controlled release formulation of pregabalin administered once daily as compared to placebo in the treatment of fibromyalgia. All patients will receive pregabalin; half of the patients will receive placebo at some point in the study.
NCT00151489
The purpose of this research study of pregabalin and fibromyalgia is to see if 1. pregabalin reduces the pain of fibromyalgia and if this effect lasts for six months and 2. to see if different dosages work better (reduce pain and mild to no side effects) for different people.
NCT02034435
Aim 1.Test the hypothesis that activation of the endogenous renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system impairs glycemic control via effects on insulin sensitivity and insulin secretion. Aim 2. Test the hypothesis that activation of the endogenous renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system impairs insulin secretion and insulin sensitivity via an mineralocorticoid-receptor dependent mechanism.
NCT03593681
Prospective, multi-center, non-randomized study to assess the ability of the Cytuity device to collect cell samples from the fallopian tube that can be evaluated for the presence or absence of malignancy.
NCT00524030
This study will determine the safety and efficacy of pregabalin (Lyrica) when administered by itself (without any other anti-epileptic medication) to epilepsy subjects for the treatment of partial seizures. The duration of the trial is about 6 months.
NCT03382899
To compare the efficacy of pegilodecakin in combination with pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer as measured by objective response rate.
NCT01479101
The scope of this registry study is to measure chemosensitivity as defined by pCR (primary endpoint), or endocrine sensitivity as defined by partial response (decrease in longest tumor diameter or residual cancer burden category 1 (RCB1), a primary endpoint for neo-adjuvant endocrine therapy and a secondary endpoint for neoadjuvant chemotherapy), metastasis-free survival and relapse-free survival(secondary endpoints) in molecular subgroups, determined by the established MammaPrint, BluePrint, Targetprint and Theraprint profiles in addition to possible novel expression profiles.
NCT01446965
This study explores the hypothesis that wearable defibrillators can impact mortality by reducing sudden death during the first three months after a heart attack in persons with high risk for life-threatening arrhythmias.
NCT02481206
A multi-center, prospective, randomized controlled clinical trial with 1:1 assignment of treatment and control. This study will evaluate the impact of wearable cardioverter defibrillator use on sudden cardiac death in incident hemodialysis patients. The study will enroll up to 2,600 subjects. A maximum of 200 sites in the USA will be used for enrollment.
NCT01151020
The Zenith® TX2® Low Profile TAA Endovascular Graft study is a clinical trial approved by US FDA to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Zenith® TX2® Low Profile TAA Endovascular Graft indicated for the treatment of patients with aneurysms/ulcers of the descending thoracic aorta having vessel structure suitable for repair.
NCT00264875
To evaluate the safety and efficacy of pregabalin in reducing neuropathic pain associated with HIV neuropathy
NCT03944369
This randomized, open-label, clinical study aims to explore the safety and tolerability of KB109, a novel glycan, versus an observational control group on the gut microbiome in subjects whose gastrointestinal tracts are colonized with multiple drug-resistant organisms.
NCT03528577
To Evaluate the Pharmacodynamic Equivalence of Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol, eq 90 mcg base (Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited) to PROAIR® HFA (albuterol sulfate) Inhalation Aerosol, eq 90 mcg base (Teva Respiratory, LLC) in Subjects With Stable, Mild Asthma
NCT00159666
The purpose of this study is to measure how rapidly pregabalin treatment can relieve pain in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia
NCT02485652
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of HM61713 in patients with T790M-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after treatment with an epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI).
NCT02847429
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, trial of oral crenolanib versus oral placebo in combination with best supportive care in subjects with advanced or metastatic GIST with a D842V mutation in the PDGFRA gene. Approximately 120 subjects will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive either crenolanib 100 mg or matching placebo orally (PO) 3 times daily (TID) in combination with best supportive care.
NCT02072824
This study is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of 2 doses of pregabalin to reduce seizure frequency as an add on therapy in pediatric subjects 1 month to \<4 years of age with refractory partial onset seizures. It is hypothesized that both doses of pregabalin will demonstrate superior efficacy when compared to placebo by reducing the partial onset seizure frequency and that pregabalin will be safe and well tolerated.
NCT00178646
The study seeks to compare the effectiveness of three preparations of BOTOX-A® in treating muscle tightness and spasms in the feet and ankles of people with stroke.
NCT00156078
A study of pregabalin efficacy and safety in a racially and culturally diverse group of subjects with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).
