NCT02649218
A safety extension study to evaluate the long-term safety of QGE031 240 mg s.c. given every 4 weeks for 52 weeks in Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) patients who completed study CQGE031C2201
NCT03401229
The aim of this present study is to investigate the use of benralizumab as treatment for severe nasal polyposis. The effect of benralizumab on nasal polyps will be assessed over a 56 weeks of treatment period in patients with severe bilateral nasal polyposis who are still symptomatic despite standard of care therapy, i.e current use of intranasal corticosteroids (INCS) and prior surgery and/or use of systemic corticosteroids. The first 200 patients that complete the 56-week treatment will have a 6 month follow-up (FU) period without dosing.
NCT03756129
This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of the compound MIJ821 compared to placebo in patients aged from 18 to 65 years diagnosed with treatment-resistant depression. The study was conducted in the US and in Europe (Spain). The MIJ821 was administered via infusion on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The efficacy was measured after 24 hours using a specific golden standard scale, the Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale. The study duration was 6 weeks of treatment plus 1 month of follow up period.
NCT03466203
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of multiple doses of LLF580 administered subcutaneously over 3 months in obese subjects. In addition, the study will also determine early efficacy signals in various metabolic diseases associated with elevated triglycerides and/or obesity.
NCT04111276
In vivo knee kinematics will be assessed for 20 subjects that have been clinically diagnosed with substantial unicompartmental osteoarthritis (OA) by one of the surgeons of Colorado Joint Replacement; this is the location from which participants will be recruited. The objective of this study will be to analyze subjects with symptomatic unicompartmental osteoarthritis under in vivo dynamic, weight-bearing conditions using video fluoroscopy to determine if present-day OA knee braces provide separation of the femoral condyle from the tibial plateau, thus avoiding excessive loads on the degenerative compartment.
NCT03589885
The primary purpose of this study is to assess efficacy, safety and tolerability of a 2 mL pre-filled auto-injector (AI) of 300 mg secukinumab in patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis
NCT00924703
This study is an extension of previous rAvPAL-PEG studies. Administration of rAvPAL-PEG will be continued to assess whether long-term dosing of rAvPAL-PEG is safe and can maintain reduced blood Phe concentrations in PKU subjects.
NCT03956225
The purpose of this post-approval study is to demonstrate that iLux treatment offers comparable treatment effectiveness to LipiFlow for MGD treatment at 12 months post single treatment.
NCT02914509
The objective of the study is to evaluate evaluate the safety and IOP lowering efficacy of OTX-TP, a sustained release travoprost drug product, placed in the canaliculus of the eyelid in the treatment of subjects with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension
NCT03144245
This is a first in human, non randomized, open-label, dose escalation study to investigate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of AMV564.
NCT03944707
This was a proof-of-concept study to evaluate the efficacy of LOU064 in patients with inadequately controlled asthma. All subjects were randomized with 3:2 ratio to receive LOU064 100 mg once daily or LOU064 matching placebo for 12 weeks with standard background therapy of budesonide 80 µg/formoterol 4.5 µg two inhalations twice a day (b.i.d).
NCT03857841
A multicenter, placebo-controlled, randomized, dose escalation, safety, and tolerability study of UNEX-42 in infants born at \<27 weeks of gestational age (GA) at high risk for bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD).
NCT04358081
Two recent studies have suggested that in patients with Covid19, treatment with hydroxychloroquine may shorten the duration of symptoms and improve viral clearance, an effect that appears most pronounced when combined with azithromycin. Hydroxychloroquine treatment may inhibit viral nucleic acid-mediated activation of various innate immune pathways, as well as blockade of lysosomal functions in cell types relevant for viral entry and antigen presentation. The purpose of the study was to determine if oral hydroxychloroquine monotherapy, or in combination with azithromycin results in clinical benefit in patients hospitalized with COVID19 pneumonia.
NCT01454102
* The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab (BMS-936558) when combined with three platinum-based doublet chemotherapy regimens (Cisplatin/Gemcitabine; Cisplatin/Pemetrexed; and Carboplatin/Paclitaxel) in subjects with NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab as maintenance therapy in combination with Bevacizumab/Avastin that will be given after at least 4 cycles of platinum doublet chemotherapy. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab in combination with Erlotinib among epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation positive non-squamous NSCLC subjects and as monotherapy in subjects with NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab in combination with Ipilimumab in subjects with squamous and non-squamous NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab as switch maintenance therapy in subjects with squamous and non-squamous NSCLC. * The study is evaluating the safety and tolerability of Nivolumab as monotherapy among subjects with untreated, asymptomatic brain metastases and no evidence of cerebral edema.
NCT03611569
The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety of a single dose of Lu AF82422, how well it is tolerated, how the drug effects the body and what the body does to the drug in healthy non-Japanese and Japanese subjects and in patients with Parkinson's disease
