NCT04857359
This study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of dipraglurant in PD patients with dyskinesia (randomized 1:1 to receive active or placebo) for 12 weeks (1 week at 150 mg per day and 11 weeks at 300 mg per day). The primary efficacy assessment will be based on the Unified Dyskinesia Rating Scale (UDysRS). Patients who complete the 12-week blinded treatment period may have the option to roll into an open-label safety extension study for an additional 12-month treatment period.
NCT03345823

NCT00373672
This is a six week, double blind, placebo controlled study for patients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder treated with an atypical antipsychotic for at least two months. Subjects will be randomized to take armodafinil (Nuvigil) or placebo along with their current antipsychotic and tested at baseline and week 6 for differences in memory, attention and problem-solving ability. Changes in weight during the six week study will also be tracked.
NCT06688734
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the effect of placing chest tubes to water seal versus suction initially, in patients with traumatic pneumothoraces, on overall chest tube duration. The main question it aims to answer is: * Does placing chest tubes to water seal initially results in a shorter chest tube duration, without an increase in complications? Alternating each month, patients' chest tubes will either be placed to water seal or to suction initially. All other management decisions related to the chest tube will be left to the providers.
NCT05862272
The purpose of this clinical trial to characterize changes in bone mineral density during continuous treatment with relugolix combination tablet for up to 48 months (4 years) and 1 year of post-treatment follow-up in premenopausal women with heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine leiomyomas (fibroids) or with moderate-to-severe pain associated with endometriosis.
NCT05897541
The purpose of this study is to measure the proportion of participants who are infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) (positive reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction \[RT-PCR\] test) and have coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) symptom(s) with S-217622 tablets compared with placebo tablets in participants who are household contacts of an individual with symptomatic COVID-19.
NCT06122077
The PROACT LUNG study is a prospective multi-center observational study to validate a blood-based test for the early detection of lung cancer by collecting blood samples from high-risk participants who will undergo a routine, standard-of-care screening Low-Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT).
NCT02629159
The purpose of this study was to assess efficacy, including inhibition of radiographic progression, and safety with upadacitinib versus placebo and versus an active comparator, adalimumab, in adults with with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who are on a stable background of methotrexate (MTX and who have an inadequate response to MTX.
NCT06365060
In this multicenter study, we will recruit 400 patients 40 years of age or older at 15 centers with a diagnosis of smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM), a group of patients for whom standard of care is observation not treatment. The main goal of this study is to screen for the diagnosis of light-chain amyloidosis (AL) before the onset of symptomatic disease and to develop a training set for a likelihood algorithm.
NCT02899052
A Phase 2, open-label, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of venetoclax in combination with carfilzomib-dexamethasone (Kd) in participants with relapsed or refractory MM and have received 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy. Part 4 of this study is currently enrolling.
NCT05365971
The RISE FOR HEALTH study (RISE) is an initiative of the Prevention of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (PLUS) Research Consortium, which was formed by the NIDDK in 2015 to develop the science to improve bladder health in women and girls. RISE is designed to identify risk and protective factors for bladder health and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and to estimate the distributions of bladder health and bladder health knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs in women of all ages across the life course. This will be accomplished by conducting a population-based prospective cohort study. A sample of individuals who live within the study base, i.e., the county containing each PLUS clinical research center and each adjacent county, will be invited to complete two baseline surveys and then two follow-up surveys one year later. A subset of participants will be invited to attend an in-person evaluation to collect additional clinical information and biologic specimens.
NCT04996797
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of tulisokibart in participants with moderately to severely active Ulcerative Colitis (UC). After the completion of the 12-week induction, all participants have the option to continue in the open-label extension for up to 170 weeks.
NCT05085561
This is a two-part, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to investigate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of REC-994 (200 mg and 400 mg) compared to placebo in participants with symptomatic cerebral cavernous malformation (CCM).
NCT06011798
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of multiple doses of foselutoclax (UBX1325) in patients with Diabetic Macular Edema. The main questions the study aims to answer are: * Assess the efficacy of foselutoclax compared to aflibercept * Assess the safety and tolerability of foselutoclax
NCT05991453
The investigators will conduct a 13,000-patient randomized multi-center trial to determine (i) which general anesthesia technique yields superior patient recovery experiences in any of three surgical categories ((a) major inpatient surgery, (b) minor inpatient surgery, (c) outpatient surgery) and (ii) whether TIVA confers no more than a small (0.2 %) increased risk of intraoperative awareness than INVA in patients undergoing both outpatient and inpatient surgeries

Primary Objectives: * Study was designed with multiple primary endpoints analyzed on randomized participants at the time of the cut-off date for each given analysis (progression free survival \[PFS\] and overall survival \[OS\]) * Study success was defined either on PFS or OS * The primary objective was to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the progression free survival (PFS) when compared to docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) * The primary objective was to determine whether tusamitamab ravtansine improves the overall survival (OS) when compared with docetaxel in participants with metastatic non-squamous NSCLC expressing CEACAM5 greater than or equal to 2+ in intensity in at least 50% of the tumor cell population and previously treated with standard-of-care platinum-based chemotherapy and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Secondary Objectives: * Compared the objective response rate (ORR) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel * Compared the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of tusamitamab ravtansine with docetaxel * Evaluated the safety of tusamitamab ravtansine compared to docetaxel * Assessed the duration of response (DOR) of tusamitamab ravtansine as compared with docetaxel
NCT06144957
SLC13A5 deficiency (Citrate Transporter Disorder, EIEE 25) is a rare genetic disorder with neurodevelopmental delays and seizure onset in the first few days of life. This natural history study is designed to address the lack of understanding of disease progression. Additionally it will identify clinical and biomarker endpoints for use in future clinical trials.
