There are two primary goals of this multicenter clinical trial that combines an FDA device trial and a phase II drug trial in the same study cohort. These two goals are to: 1. To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Cardiohelp Device for VA-ECMO (heart-lung support) for up to 30 days of support in children with severe heart failure with the goal to support its FDA clearance in children. 2. To evaluate heparin versus bivalirudin as the primary blood thinner (anticoagulant) in a randomized trial of children supported with the Cardiohelp ECMO System with the goal to plan a phase III (pivotal) randomized clinical trial The main questions the Cardiohelp single-arm trial seeks to answer are: * What is the safety and effectiveness of the Cardiohelp device for pediatric ECMO? * Should the Cardiohelp device be FDA-cleared for children based on the results of the study? * What are the optimal performance specifications of the Cardiohelp device in children? The main questions the blood thinner randomized trial seeks to answer are: * Which blood thinner is more promising (i.e., more effective and safer) in children on the Cardiohelp device? * How should a pivotal trial of heparin vs. bivalirudin be designed so it is the most informative and efficient to determine the best blood thinner? Children who are receiving the Cardiohelp device will be approached and consented to participate if interested. For the Cardiohelp device trial, participants will undergo a standardized data collection to estimate survival to 30 days and the prevalence of serious adverse events like stroke, bleeding, and hemolysis. For the blood thinner randomized trial, participants will be randomized 1:1 to blood thinner strategy to determine which blood thinner has the fewest bleeding and clotting complications. For the Cardiohelp single-arm trial, participant outcomes will be compared to performance goals (PG) derived from the ECMO literature. For the blood thinner randomized trial, the amount of bleeding and clotting will be measured. The study is funded by an R01 grant from the FDA's Office of Orphan Product Development (OOPD).

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety of zanubrutinib (also known as BGB-3111) in chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma, Waldenström macroglobulinemia, mantle cell lymphoma, or marginal zone lymphoma patients who have become intolerant of prior ibrutinib and/or acalabrutinib treatment, by comparing intolerance to adverse event profile as assessed by the recurrence and the change in severity of adverse events.

This randomized phase III trial studies sorafenib tosylate and stereotactic body radiation therapy to see how well they work compared to sorafenib tosylate alone in treating patients with liver cancer. Sorafenib tosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Stereotactic body radiation therapy may be able to send the radiation dose directly to the tumor and cause less damage to normal tissue. Giving sorafenib tosylate together with stereotactic body radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells.

This clinical trial evaluates the effect of conversational agent, Cecebot, on improving insomnia in stage I-III breast cancer survivors. Sleep disturbance ranks among the top concerns reported by breast cancer survivors and is associated with poor quality of life. Many breast cancer survivors also have decreased physical activity, which may also have a negative impact on sleep and quality of life. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) and physical activity interventions have individually been reported to improve sleep and to have a positive impact on quality of life. Cecebot is a personalized short messaging service (SMS)-based behavioral intervention that combines CBTi and physical activity strategies that may improve sleep for breast cancer survivors.

The goals of this clinical study are to identify if GS-4528 alone or in combination with anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) (Anti-PD-1) Monoclonal Antibody is safe and tolerable in people with solid tumors and to identify the recommended dose of GS-4528 for further development that is safe to give to people alone or in combination with Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody. The primary objectives of this study are: * To assess the safety and tolerability of GS-4528 as monotherapy and in combination with Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody in participants with advanced solid tumors. * To identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of GS-4528 as monotherapy and in combination with Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody in participants with advanced solid tumors.

The goal of this clinical trial is to measure the toxicity and effectiveness of the following treatments for cFIR/cgUIR prostate cancer patients. Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) alone or Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) combined with Ultrashort GNRH Antagonist called Relugolix (an oral drug). Treatments will be randomly assigned to study patients. The main questions it aims to answer are the following: 1. Whether the proportion of men who undergo SUGAR have a superior rate of attaining PSA nadir of \<= 0.2 compared to SBRT alone, and 2. Whether SUGAR is superior to historical rates of minimal clinically important decline (MCID) in sexual and hormonal function at 6 months for patients undergoing 6 months of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) Men aged 18+ with cFIR/cgUIR will be enrolled. Specifically, patients must meet one of the following 2 criteria: 1) Gleason score must be Gleason 3+4 with a PSA \< 20 ng/mL, or 2) Gleason 6 (3+3) and PSA \> 10 ng/mL and \< 20 ng mL.

The primary objective of this trial is to compare the safety and efficacy of the SINOMED BuMA Supreme biodegradable coronary stent in patients with up to 3 coronary lesions to either the XIENCE or Promus durable polymer coronary stents. This prospective, global, multi-center, randomized 2:1, single blind study will enroll up to 1632 subjects at up to 130 investigational sites in North America, Japan, and Europe. Subjects will have clinical follow-up in-hospital and at 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, and 2, 3, 4, and 5 years.

Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. To help reach the undiagnosed living with HIV and/or syphilis in Canada, self-tests for HIV and Syphilis may have substantial utility for increased identification of infected individuals through their relative ease of use and portability, as well as their ability to deliver rapid, actionable results while the care provider still has access to the patient. MedMira Laboratories Inc. (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada) has developed a point-of-care (POC) test to detect HIV and Syphilis antibodies in fingerstick blood samples that is under final review by Health Canada for use by trained Healthcare professionals. A self-test version of this test, with simplified instructions for use has been developed for investigational studies. The goal of the following study sponsored by REACH Nexus is to provide evidence that untrained lay persons / intended users can perform the Multiplo Tp/HIV Self-Test without any increased risk of obtaining erroneous results.

To evaluate the percentage of subjects with AKI within 7 days following on-pump cardiac surgery defined by the KDIGO (Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes) criteria: 1. Increase in baseline (pre-surgery) serum creatinine (SCr) by ≥26.5 μmol/L (≥0.3 mg/dL) within 7 days; OR 2. Vitrectomy to remove an epiretinal membrane (ERM) is one of the most common procedures performed by retinal surgeons. Patients who present with significant macular changes on optical coherence tomography (OCT) but relatively good vision are often advised to defer surgery until vision declines to 20/40 or worse. However, it is unknown if delaying surgery, which allows the foveal architecture to remain compromised and potentially to deteriorate, results in worse visual acuity outcomes than if surgery is performed earlier. In addition, there is a need to better understand predictors of outcomes when surgery is performed and predictors of progression when surgery is deferred. Finally, one of the most common presenting symptoms from an ERM is distortion or metamorphopsia. There are several objective measures of metamorphopsia but none have ever been employed to evaluate ERMs in a randomized clinical trial (RCT) and their usefulness is unknown. The purposes of this study are to better understand the optimal timing of surgery to produce the best visual result, to better understand predictors of outcomes in those who undergo surgery and predictors of progression in those whose are observed, and to better characterize and evaluate the usefulness of metamorphopsia and reading speed measures.

The aim of this study is to find out the effects of TAK-330 compared with four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (4F-PCC) as part of standard treatment other than Prothromplex Total for anticoagulation reversal in participants treated with Factor Xa inhibitors who require urgent surgery/invasive procedure. The participant will be assigned by chance to either TAK-330 or SOC 4F-PCC as part of standard treatment before surgery. Patients participating in this study will need to be hospitalized. They will also be contacted (via telehealth/phone call) 30 days after the surgery.
