This study will examine the safety and anti-leukemic profile of SGN-CD33A (vadastuximab talirine) in patients with relapsed chemo-resistant AML, who are given vadastuximab talirine in sequence with standard treatments before a planned stem cell transplant, or as maintenance therapy after a stem cell transplant. The main purpose of the study is to find the best dose and determine the anti-leukemic activity of vadastuximab talirine, given either pre- or post-allogeneic stem cell transplant (alloSCT) for adults with relapsed or refractory AML. This will be determined by assessing the safety and tolerability of vadastuximab talirine. In addition, the pharmacokinetic profile and anti-leukemic activity of the study treatment will be assessed.

To assess the impact of prophylactic treatment on the incidence of adverse events in advanced NSCLC patients (post chemotherapy) treated with dacomitinib daily as a single agent. To assess the impact of an interrupted dacomitinib dosing schedule in Cycle 1 on the incidence of adverse events in first-line advanced NSCLC patients with an EGFR mutation (HER-1 mutation, HER-2 mutation or HER-2 amplification).

This multicenter, single-arm study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) in participants with PD-L1-positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Participants will receive an intravenous (IV) dose of 1200 milligrams (mg) atezolizumab (MPDL3280A) on Day 1 of 21-day cycles until disease progression. Eligible participants will be categorized in to three groups as follows: 1. Participants with no prior chemotherapy for advanced disease; 2. Participants who progress during or following a prior-platinum based chemotherapy regimen for advanced disease (2L+participants); 3. Participants who are 2L+ and previously treated for brain metastases.

This study will explore the safety and efficacy of the oral PanHER inhibitor PF-00299804 in patients with adenocarcinoma of the lung who are either non-smokers (\<100 cigarette, cigar or pipe lifetime) or former light smokers ( less than 10 pack-years and stopped at least 15 years) or have known EGFR activating mutation; or patients with HER 2 amplification or mutation.

Approximately 50% of persons seeking treatment for cannabis-use disorders (CUDs) regularly smoke tobacco. Combining tobacco with cannabis has become a common method of smoking cannabis. Similarities of use, and using together, can make quitting difficult. Stopping tobacco simultaneously with cannabis may be beneficial. Little scientific information currently addresses how to best target tobacco smoking during treatment for CUDs. Our long-term goal is to develop an effective protocol for intervening in tobacco smoking without changing cannabis outcomes. This protocol reflects the planned Stage 1, proof-of-concept study that will compare a combined cannabis and tobacco intervention to one that targets CUD only. Hypotheses assert that the intervention (1) will be accepted by the majority of eligible participants (2) will result in more tobacco quit attempts and rates than the CUD-only treatment; and (3) will not adversely affect cannabis outcomes. Last, the project will evaluate the potential of specific moderators of outcomes to predict outcomes and inform subsequent treatment development efforts. If the hypotheses were confirmed, dissemination of this protocol would reduce adverse psychosocial and health consequences of tobacco or cannabis dependence. Findings will inform future development of prevention and intervention strategies.

The goal of this study is to determine the dose of LY573636-sodium (hereafter referred to as LY573636) that can be administered safely in combination with liposomal doxorubicin in patients with advanced cancer who have failed a prior treatment. The study consists of a dose escalation phase to the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and a dose confirmation phase in patients with platinum resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer who have never been treated with doxorubicin.

The goal of this study is to adapt and test the feasibility and potential efficacy of a theory-driven pre-implementation intervention to address individual-level barriers to EBP implementation - Beliefs and Attitudes for Successful Implementation in Schools (BASIS) - designed to improve school mental health providers' implementation of EBPs. BASIS is intended to be a feasible and scalable first-line or adjunctive implementation enhancement intervention that is facilitative of other efforts (e.g., organizational interventions) that target high quality EBP implementation. Aims of this study are to: (1) Adapt an existing, theory-driven implementation intervention (BASIS), previously used with educators, to improve the EBP implementation behaviors of school mental health providers; and (2) Assess the viability of a later clinical trial by: (a) establishing the feasibility, acceptability, and appropriateness of the BASIS intervention among school mental health providers, and (b) Pilot testing BASIS, as compared to an Attention Control, delivered as pre-implementation intervention prior to training in a specific, existing EBP. Key organizational factors (e.g., implementation climate) will also be evaluated and included as covariates and we will explore trends in the data to inform the design of a larger trial. Ultimately, BASIS offers an innovative and scalable approach to improving school mental health providers' uptake and use of EBPs in order to increase the number of youth with mental health problems who receive high quality services.
