NCT01547741
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of breast cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving the drugs in different combinations may kill more breast cancer cells. Giving combination chemotherapy after surgery may kill any tumor cells that remain after surgery. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying different combination chemotherapy regimens and their side effects and comparing how well they work in treating women with non-metastatic breast cancer.
NCT04870320
This clinical trial investigates if certain electronic games may be effective in improving attention and memory function in cancer survivors. Cancer related cognitive impairment (CRCI) is an issue experienced by many cancer patients/survivors. CRCI includes perceived or objective problems with memory, executive function, and attention/concentration. CRCI has a negative impact on survivors' ability to work, carry out routine activities, and engage in social and family relationships. CRCI may result in significant distress and reduced quality of life. Certain electronic games may help improve attention and memory function in cancer survivors and reduce symptoms of CRCI.

NCT05319418
To assess the feasibility and adoptability of DailyDoctor's remote monitoring clinical decision support software tool in helping physicians virtually manage systolic blood pressures among patients with history of stroke or TIA to a target systolic blood pressure (\<140 mmHg or a lower target range specified by referring physicians) using remote monitoring and independent clinical judgement.
NCT02173301
The study objectives are the following: 1. To evaluate the efficacy of 3 doses of XP23829 compared to placebo for the treatment of moderate-to-severe chronic plaque-type psoriasis. 2. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of XP23829 in subjects with psoriasis. 3. To evaluate the pharmacodynamics (PD) of XP23829 through immunological analysis of peripheral blood samples.
NCT00605215
The study aims to compare the effect of daily oral treatment of laquinimod capsules 0.6 milligrams (mg) with the effect of placebo capsules (capsules that contain no active medication) as well as with the effect of an existing Multiple Sclerosis (MS) injectable drug: Interferon β-1a (Avonex®).
NCT02901717
This is a Phase 3, multi-center, randomized, open-label, assess-blind study to determine the efficacy and safety of MLT, a novel antibiotic lock therapy that combines minocycline with edetate disodium in 25% ethanol solution as an adjuctive therapy for the treatment of catheter-related or central line associated bloodstream infection (CRBSI/CLABSI). Approximately 144 subjects who have been diagnosed with CRBSI/CLABSI and who meet all necessary criteria for the study will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to 1 of 2 treatment arms: * MLT Arm: Mino-Lok therapy; or * Control Arm: Antibiotic lock (±heparin). The antibiotic lock (ALT) should be comprised of the best available therapy at the sites based on standard institutional practices or recommendations from the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) guidelines.
