This study develops and evaluates the "INdividual and Family-Oriented Responsive Messaging EDucation" (INFORMED) intervention in increasing knowledge about COVID-19 testing and decreasing decisional conflicts of getting tested for COVID-19. A 2-arm randomized controlled trial will compare INFORMED delivered by LHW educational outreach plus Short Message Service (SMS) text messaging to SMS text with LHW support.

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to pembrolizumab in patients that have had melanoma removal surgery but are still at high risk for the recurrence of the disease. Pembrolizumab is an approved treatment in some countries in this clinical setting. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs. * How much study drug is in the blood at different times. * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. * How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life.

The ADAPT Study is a longitudinal observational cohort study examining women's pregnancy preferences, pregnancy decision-making processes, and the effects of less preferred (commonly called "unintended") pregnancy on women's lives. This study will enroll and follow prospectively an Underlying Cohort (UC) of women who are not pregnant at baseline. The study will measure the degree to which participants desire to avoid pregnancy multiple times over the course of the year and capture incident pregnancies as they occur over time. Participants experiencing new pregnancies during the one-year UC will be transferred into a new cohort, the Pregnancy and Match Cohort (PMC); these women will be followed over the course of their pregnancy decision-making and health care-seeking to document these processes. In addition, they will be followed through their pregnancies and giving birth to investigate differences in health, well-being, and socioeconomic outcomes associated with carrying a pregnancy to term based on the participant's pre- and post-pregnancy preference about the pregnancy. Finally, a cohort of non-pregnant women from the UC, matched on desire to avoid pregnancy and time at risk of pregnancy, will be followed as part of the PMC. The study will compare the health, well-being, and socioeconomic outcomes of women with new pregnancies and new births to those in the non-pregnant group to assess the effect of pregnancy itself on women. The ADAPT study has the following aims: Aim 1: Assess the factors associated with women's pregnancy preferences, how preferences change over time, and their associations with contraceptive use, incident pregnancy, and feelings about the pregnancy after discovery (Underlying Cohort) Aim 2: Investigate the options that women consider when they become pregnant and the factors that influence their pregnancy decision-making and ability to access desired reproductive health care and services (prenatal, abortion, adoption) (Study A) Aim 3a: Examine the effects of giving birth from a less preferred (or "unintended") pregnancy, measured prospectively on a continuum, as compared to a more preferred pregnancy, on women's health and well-being (Study B1) Aim 3b: Examine the effects of experiencing pregnancy and birth on women's health and well-being, as compared to not experiencing pregnancy (Study B2) This is a social science, behavioral study and does not use clinical data or biological markers.

Subjects who qualify will receive lenalidomide daily on days 1-21 of every 28-day cycle. Treatment will continue for up to 52 weeks or until disease progression; subjects who achieve a Complete Response (CR) will receive an additional 2 cycles of treatment prior to discontinuation. Pediatric ACL: Understanding Treatment Outcomes (PLUTO) is a multi-center, prospective cohort study. Specific aims of PLUTO are to evaluate the safety and comparative effectiveness of non-operative treatment, as well as four operative treatments including (1) transphyseal ACL reconstruction (2) partial transphyseal ACL reconstruction, (3) physeal-sparing epiphyseal ACL reconstruction using the Anderson technique, and (4) physeal-sparing ACL reconstruction using the Micheli/Kocher technique in prepubescent and pubescent skeletally immature patients.

Congenital heart surgery on cardio-pulmonary bypass (CPB) is associated with impacted coagulation quality and increased bleeding after separation of CPB. The current testing device used at our institution is the "TEG 5000" (Haemonetics Corporation). The novel coagulation testing device "Quantra System" (Hemosonics) has favorable properties (result within 20 minutes) allowing for a quicker identification of the coagulation problem and hence faster administration of the correct coagulation products, potentially leading to better coagulation quality and possibly reducing the need of additional blood products. The aim of this prospective observational (non-interventional, investigational only) quality improvement study is to investigate if the Quantra is reliable and valid in predicting the coagulation status when compared with our standard-of-care device TEG 5000.

The goal of this study is to evaluate if vasopressin can elevate systemic arterial blood pressures without having a significant effect on pulmonary arterial pressures. Because patients who have undergone Fontan procedures rely on low pressures across the pulmonary vascular bed to maintain cardiac output, vasoactive agents that concomitantly increase systemic and pulmonary pressures may have a deleterious effect in this specific patient population. Hypothesis: In patients with Fontan physiology, vasopressin will increase systemic BP by 20% above baseline, without increasing the transpulmonary gradient.

In patients with Fontan circulation blood is not pumped to the lungs from a ventricle. Instead the superior vena cava and inferior vena cava is connected to the pulmonary artery and blood flow to the lungs occurs passively along this Fontan pathway. This passive blood flow to the lungs occurs best when the patient is breathing on their own (spontaneous ventilation). However for certain surgeries and procedures patients need to have an endotracheal tube inserted and need to be muscle relaxed and receive positive pressure ventilation. Prior studies have shown that positive pressure ventilation can reduce blood flow to the lungs and consequently blood returning to the heart resulting in less blood pumped out to the rest of the body (cardiac output). The purpose of this study is to investigate if changing the volume of the positive pressure ventilation (tidal volume) affects blood flow to the lungs and cardiac output in patients with Fontan circulation.

This is an international, collaborative study evaluating the non-technical skills (NTS) of anesthesiology residents. The goal is to explore the capability of performing a remote, international AR simulation for the purpose of assessing NTS during a neonatal medical crisis. Simulation experts in the United States will facilitate the AR simulations with anesthesiology residents in Chile. The medical simulation itself is grounded in traditional best practices in accordance with the American Heart Association and Neonatal Resuscitation Program.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy is a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate the cortex (brain) to treat Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Currently established therapy uses one 19-minute treatment session per day for 5 days per week for 6 weeks, for a total of 30 treatment sessions. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an accelerated but shortened TMS dosing regimen for adults with MDD aged 22-85. Participants in this study will be subjected to the same 19-minutes treatment session, but three times on the same day, and only for one day. This will greatly reduce the logistical burden of completing the therapy regime.

Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people diagnosed with liver cancer which may have spread to nearby tissue and is unlikely to be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC). Before a treatment can be approved for people to take, researchers do clinical trials to better understand its safety and how it works. In this trial, the researchers will learn more about the trial treatment, regorafenib, in a small number of participants. They will study the results when the trial treatment is taken with another cancer treatment called pembrolizumab. There will be 2 parts to this trial. The part 1 (pilot phase) will include about 52 men and women. The part 2 (expansion phase) will include about 67 men and women. All of the participants will have HCC and will be aged 18 years or older. All of the participants will have tried other treatments that did not help their HCC. These other treatments (PD-1/PD-L1 Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors) are designed to work by stopping the activity of certain proteins in the immune system thought to play a role in HCC. During both parts of the trial, the participants will take regorafenib and receive pembrolizumab. In the pilot phase, there will be 2 groups of participants. The group that each participant joins will be based on the treatment they already received for their HCC. The researchers will review the results in each group to learn if regorafenib and pembrolizumab are helping one group of participants more than others. Outcome of this review will determine the population to be treated in the expansion phase.

Outcomes after in-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) are very poor, particularly in patients with oxygen dependent chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or metastatic cancer. Recent work found that in-hospital CPR is being performed more often before death with unchanging survival and that fewer CPR survivors are being discharged home, thus suggesting that CPR is increasingly performed without benefit and that the burden of this ineffective treatment is increasing. Unlike other medical procedures, CPR has become the default provided to all patients even those with tremendously poor outcomes. It is time to change the paradigm of CPR. Through comparing an innovative "informed assent" approach toward in-hospital CPR (informing patients that their underlying chronic illness makes outcomes of CPR so poor that CPR is not performed while allowing them to disagree) versus usual care in a group of chronically ill patients with reduced life expectancy, the investigators aspire to demonstrate that CPR delivery can be reduced. And in addition that DNR status increases, while preserving patient quality of life and decreasing the burden of this ineffective treatment to both patients and families. If effective, this informed assent intervention has the potential to revolutionize how the investigators discuss CPR with the investigators chronically ill patients.

The cumulative effect of aging and environmental exposures (ie, ultraviolet, infrared, and visible light radiation and pollution) leads to wrinkles, discoloration, laxity, and roughness of sun exposed skin. The rapid restoration of soft tissue augmentation is commonly achieved by the use of dermal fillers. HArmonyCa Lidocaine injectable gel is a dermal filler intended for facial soft tissue augmentation. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and effectiveness of HArmonyCa Lidocaine injectable gel in adults seeking mid face soft tissue augmentation. HArmonyCa Lidocaine Injectable Gel is an investigational device being developed for soft tissue augmentation in the mid face. Participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. There is a 1 in 3 chance that participants will be assigned to the control group. Around 160 adult participants seeking soft tissue augmentation will be enrolled in the study at approximately 15 sites worldwide. Participants in the treatment group will receive HArmonyCa Lidocaine injectable gel at Day 1 and followed for up to 25 Months. Participants will have the opportunity to receive optional touch-up and optional repeat treatment of HArmonyCa Lidocaine injectable gel during the follow-up duration period. Participants in the control group are followed for 3 months and then can opt to receive HArmonyCa Lidocaine Injectable Gel at the end of month 3. The control group will participate in the study for up to 25 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a substance use prevention intervention decreases substance use, increases resistance skill use, and decreases substance use risk in intermediate school students. The main questions it aims to answer: Does the intervention decrease 30-day substance use? Does the intervention increase 30-day resistance skill use? Participants will be asked to participate in the intervention and provide their self-reported answers to behavioral questions before and after the intervention.
