NCT02978326
The primary purpose of this study was to determine if treatment with SAGE-217 reduces depressive symptoms in participants with severe postpartum depression (PPD) compared to placebo as assessed by the change from baseline in the 17-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAM-D) total score at Day 15 and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of SAGE-217 compared to placebo as assessed by the incidence of adverse events, vital sign measurements, clinical laboratory evaluations, electrocardiogram (ECG) parameters, and the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS).
NCT04964557
AZD8233 is a PCSK9-targeted ASO for the reduction of circulating levels of LDL-C. This study aims to evaluate safety, efficacy and tolerability of AZD8233.
NCT02923193
Shockwave Medical Inc. intends to conduct a prospective, multi-center, single blind, randomized (1:1) study of Lithoplasty treatment used in combination with DCB versus standard balloon angioplasty used in combination with DCB to treat moderate and severely calcified femoropopliteal arteries. Assuming that roughly 15% of the subjects will be lost-to-follow-up, a total of up to 400 subjects (200 per treatment arm) will be enrolled in the study at up to 60 sites in Europe, the United States and New Zealand. In addition to the randomized study, an observational study of subjects who do not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria for the randomized study will be conducted. The objective of the observational study is to assess the real-world acute performance of the Shockwave Medical Peripheral Lithoplasty System in the treatment of calcified, stenotic, peripheral arteries. The observational study is a prospective, multi-center, single arm observational study for subjects who do not meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria of the randomized study. A maximum of 1500 subjects at the same 60 sites will be enrolled in the observational study. Once enrollment in the randomized portion of the study is complete, subjects may continue to be enrolled in the observational study provided they meet OS eligibility criteria. Results for the observational study will be reported in a separate record under NCT05881421.
NCT05089708
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Trifarotene 50 microgram per gram (mcg/g) cream compared to its vehicle cream in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris with risk of acne-induced post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) after 24 weeks of treatment in facial acne participants
NCT06177691
The purpose of this extension study is to continue to follow the participants who completed the CLVer RCT for up to 3 additional years. The goal for Cohort A is to evaluate the longer-term effects of verapamil on preservation of β-cell function as measured by C-peptide levels obtained during a mixed meal tolerance test (MMTT). For both Cohorts A and B, the goal is to determine if the high degree of glycemic control achieved during CLVer with HCL can be maintained once the intensive engagement of the study team is discontinued. At the completion of the RCT, study treatments end. Thus, during the extension study, diabetes management is performed as part of usual care and there is no study treatment.
NCT03863080
The purpose of the current study is to assess safety/tolerability and key pharmacodynamic (PD) effects that are considered to be associated with clinical benefit (reduction of total IgG and anti-AChR-IgG) in Myasthenia Gravis patients following treatment with RVT-1401 (also known as IMVT-1401) compared to placebo.
NCT01605084
The purpose of this study is to determine the proportion of subjects with HIV-1 RNA \< 50 c/mL at Week 48 in patients who failed their first line therapy containing a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) or an integrase inhibitor
NCT03230318
This Phase II, open-label, single-arm study evaluated the anti-cancer activity of derazantinib in subjects with inoperable or advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) who received at least one prior regimen of systemic therapy. Patients received an oral once-daily total dose of 300 mg derazantinib capsules.
NCT05309200
OCE-205 is being tested to treat participants who have developed Hepatorenal Syndrome-Acute Kidney Injury as a complication of cirrhosis with ascites. The study aims are to evaluate the safety and efficacy of OCE-205 at various doses. Participants will receive treatment by intravenous infusion. Participants will continue with this treatment until participants meets primary endpoint or any discontinuation criteria.
NCT03373383
The purpose of the study is to characterize the dose-response relationship with respect to efficacy of Padsevonil administered concomitantly with up to 3 anti-epileptic drugs (AEDs) for treatment of observable focal-onset seizures in subjects with drug-resistant epilepsy.
NCT02482168
This study is a phase 1 open-label dose escalation study of the immuno-activating monoclonal antibody APX005M in adults with solid tumors. Study is intended to establish the maximum tolerated dose and the overall safety and tolerability of APX005M in 3 different administration schedules.
NCT05363605
This first-in-human study evaluates safety, tolerability and distribution of \[225Ac\] FPI-1966, \[111In\]-FPI-1967, and vofatamab in patients with FGFR3-expressing solid tumors.
NCT03783936
The initial intent of the study was to be a multi-center single-arm open-label Simon's two-stage Phase II clinical trial of first-line mFOLFOX6 + trastuzumab + avelumab in metastatic HER2-amplified gastric and esophageal adenocarcinomas. Accrual will halt after completion of Stage I (enrollment of 18 patients). This decision is not due to safety issues. Subjects currently on treatment will continue until criteria as defined in the protocol is met.
NCT03342404
This is a Phase 2, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of luspatercept (ACE-536) versus placebo in adults with non-transfusion dependent beta (β)-thalassemia. The study is divided into the Screening Period, Double-blind Treatment Period (DBTP), Open-label Phase (OLP), and Post-Treatment Follow-up Period (PTFP). It is planned to randomize approximately 150 subjects at a 2:1 ratio of luspatercept versus placebo.
NCT03260920
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and effects on behaviour of Syntocinon given intranasally (by a spray into the nostrils) compared to placebo (an inactive saline substance that contains no medication) in participants with frontotemporal dementia/Pick's disease. This study will take place in approximately 15 centres across Canada and the United States. Approximately 112 patients in total will be enrolled in this study. In the first phase we will examine which of three different dosing schedules of oxytocin may be more effective. In the second phase of the study, patients entering the study will be randomized to the oxytocin dosing schedule that appeared most effective in the first phase.
NCT03837353
This is a non-randomized multi-center Phase 1b/2a dose escalation and dose expansion study testing DKN-01 as monotherapy or in combination with docetaxel in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. Patients need to be biomarker positive (Dickkopf-1 \[DKK1\]) either in plasma or biopsy. Other biopsies for correlative studies are encouraged but not mandatory. Pharmacokinetic (PK) testing of one pre-treatment blood sample and one post-treatment blood sample will be mandatory on Day 1 of every cycle.
NCT03386929
Patients with advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with no documented targetable alterations (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) mutation, Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) translocation, ROS1 mutation if available or MET exon 14 skipping mutation if available) will receive a tri-therapy associating avelumab, axitinib and palbociclib.
