NCT02716116
This study is about a medicine called TAK-788, also known as mobocertinib, given to adults with non-small cell lung cancer. The main aims of this study are to check if there are any side effects from TAK-788, to learn how TAK-788 is processed by the body, and to determine the best dose of TAK-788 to treat this condition. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with chemotherapy. Participants will continue to take TAK-788 unless they or their doctor decide they should stop this treatment. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with or without chemotherapy under antidiarrhea prevention to determine the safety of TAK-788 treatment. Non-Asian, non-White participants will take TAK-788 to determine the safety and tolerability of TAK-788 treatment.

NCT04503551
Study GR41675 is a Multicenter, Randomized Study in Participants with Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) Without Center-Involved Diabetic Macular Edema (CI-DME) to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety of the Port Delivery System with Ranibizumab (PDS) Relative to the Comparator Arm
NCT07434128
This phase II trial tests whether taking ulipristal acetate prior to a mammogram decreases breast density for people with a history of extremely dense breast tissue. One limitation to breast cancer screening with mammography is dense breast tissue, which decreases the sensitivity of screening as breast density masks cancer and precancerous lesions. Ulipristal acetate lowers the amount of progesterone made by the body which may temporarily decrease the density of the breast tissue, allowing for a more accurate mammogram for people with extremely dense breast tissue.
NCT07432490
This is a single-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, cross-over study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of L-fucose supplementation in subjects with GLUT1 deficiency syndrome (GLUT1DS).
NCT07431970
The goal of this study is to learn whether virtual reality (VR) construction tasks can detect performance changes associated with prior sleep, and to determine the extent to which these changes can be distinguished from interacting repetitively with VR itself.
NCT04279847
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of INCB057643 as monotherapy or combination with ruxolitinib for participants with myelofibrosis (MF) and other myeloid neoplasms.
NCT00003641
RATIONALE: Interferon alfa may interfere with the growth of cancer cells. It is not yet known whether treatment with interferon alfa is more effective than observation alone for stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed surgically. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying high dose interferon alfa to see how well it works compared to observation only in treating patients with stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed by surgery.
NCT01712490
This open-label, randomized, 2-arm, multicenter, phase 3 study has the primary objective of comparing the modified progression-free survival (mPFS) obtained with brentuximab vedotin (ADCETRIS®) plus AVD (doxorubicin \[Adriamycin\], vinblastine, and dacarbazine; abbreviated A+AVD) versus that obtained with ABVD (doxorubicin \[Adriamycin\],bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine) for the frontline treatment of advanced classical Hodgkin lymphoma(HL)
NCT06532006
This is a double-blind, randomized, multiregion, comparative phase Ⅲ clinical study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HLX22 in combination with trastuzumab and chemotherapy as first-line treatment in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced/metastatic adenocarcinoma of the gastric and/or gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ).Eligible subjects will be randomized to the two groups based on a 1:1 ratio. Enrolled subjects shall be treated with the study drug until the loss of clinical benefit, death, intolerable toxicity, withdrawal of informed consent, or other reasons specified by the protocol (whichever occurs first).
NCT07285018
The purpose of this study is to test the safety and efficacy of study drug LY4065967 for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP). This trial is part of the chronic pain master protocol H0P-MC-CPMP (NCT05986292) which is a protocol to accelerate the development of new treatments for chronic pain.
NCT06892288
This study is evaluating the safety, effectiveness, and how the body absorbs, distributes, and eliminates GLM101, for participants with PMM2-CDG, including children, adolescents, and adults. Researchers will compare participants receiving GLM101 to those receiving a placebo to see if GLM101 improves symptoms of PMM2-CDG. The study includes two treatment parts: a 24-week double blind placebo-controlled treatment period (Part A), and a 24-week open-label phase where every participant will receive GLM101(Part B).
NCT05601752
This is a phase 2, open-label, randomized, non-comparative clinical trial to evaluate the clinical outcome of ADP A2M4CD8 as monotherapy and in combination treatment with nivolumab in human leukocyte antigen (HLA) A2+ subjects with recurrent ovarian cancer positive for MAGE-A4.
NCT06721299
The purpose of this study is to determine if Clenbuterol is a therapeutic option for FSHD by determining the safety and tolerability of the medication at three different dose levels.
NCT05017311
This is a study that will test a predictive biomarker algorithm based on results from a previous study. The goal of this study is to integrate clinical, imaging, EEG, and molecular data across 8 sites to predict treatment outcome for patients experiencing a major depressive episode (MDE).
NCT04246281
The purpose of this study is to compare standard of care treatments for back pain to electrical stimulation. Stimulation is delivering small amounts of electricity to the nerves in your low back. This study will use a device called the SPRINT Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) System.
