NCT03647267
Eyes with idiopathic symptomatic vitreomacular traction (VMT) without a macular hole will be randomly assigned to 0.3-mL intraocular gas (C3F8) injection or sham injection to determine if pneumatic vitreolysis (PVL) is effective in releasing VMT.
NCT04959266
This is a Phase 1, open-label, non-randomised, 3-arm (A, B, and C), drug-drug interaction study in patients with advanced solid tumours.
NCT00377156
RATIONALE: Stereotactic radiation therapy can send x-rays directly to the tumor and cause less damage to normal tissue. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether stereotactic radiation therapy is more effective with or without whole-brain radiation therapy in treating patients with brain metastases. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying stereotactic radiation therapy and whole-brain radiation therapy to see how well they work compared with stereotactic radiation therapy alone in treating patients with brain metastases.
NCT03750552
A Phase 3 study to evaluate efficacy, safety, and tolerability of ampreloxetine (TD-9855) in subjects with primary autonomic failures (MSA, PD, or PAF) and symptomatic nOH with up to 4 weeks of treatment.
NCT01328093
The purpose of this study is to determine whether weight gain will be significantly less in LY2140023 than aripiprazole in patients with schizophrenia.
NCT01439880
The primary clinical hypothesis is that long-term exposure of evolocumab (AMG 145) will be safe and well tolerated in adults with hypercholesterolemia.
NCT04862195
This is a non-significant risk, double-blinded, randomized, registrational study to compare the effectiveness of two digital, software only, medical devices (SaMD) (attune™ and cerena™) in reducing cancer-related anxiety and depression symptoms when used adjunctively with multidisciplinary (medical, psychosocial) oncology usual care regimens for up to 10 weeks. Study population will consist of up to 553 participants with stage I-III breast cancer or stage I-III NSCLC. The primary endpoint is percent improvement in anxiety symptoms at Week 10 and secondary endpoints of percent improvement in depressive symptoms will be assessed at Week 12. An interim analysis for efficacy and futility will be conducted once 236 participants have completed the study.
NCT03393637
The M-O-M-S project evaluates the effectiveness of the M-O-M-S program for improving birth outcomes and maternal-infant attachment and role satisfaction in a large military sample.
NCT01080391
The primary objective was to compare progression-free survival in adults with relapsed multiple myeloma who are receiving CRd vs participants receiving Rd in a randomized multicenter setting.
NCT05284201
The LIFT Home Study is an observational, single-arm study designed to assess the safety of non-invasive electrical spinal stimulation (ARC Therapy) administered by the LIFT System to treat upper extremity functional deficits in people with chronic tetraplegia.
NCT03823703
This phase 2, double blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study is to assess the safety and efficacy of miricorilant (CORT118335) in patients with presumed Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH).
NCT02891226
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the study drug Mirikizumab in participants with active Crohn's Disease.
NCT02370238
The Objectives of this study: The primary objective of the study was to evaluate progression-free survival (PFS) (defined as the number of days between the date of randomization and the date of clinical disease progression (PD) according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) criteria version 1.1, as assessed by Independent Radiology Review, or death for any cause, whichever occured first) in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treated with the combination of paclitaxel and orally administered reparixin compared to paclitaxel alone. The secondary objectives were: * To determine overall survival (OS). * To evaluate objective response rates (ORR). * To determine median PFS (mPFS). * To assess the safety of the combination of paclitaxel and orally administered reparixin (referred to as combination treatment).
NCT03163667
The primary objective of this study is to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) of participants treated with telaglenastat and everolimus versus placebo and everolimus for advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) previously treated with the following: * At least 2 lines of therapy, including at least 1 vascular endothelial growth factor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (VEGF TKI) * Radiographic progression of metastatic RCC must have occurred (per investigator assessment) on or after the most recent systemic therapy and within 6 months prior to cycle 1 day 1
NCT03764475
This is an open-label, long-term safety study of roflumilast (ARQ-151) 0.3% cream in subjects with chronic plaque psoriasis involving up to 25% total Body Surface Area (BSA). Study medication will be applied by the qualifying subjects topically once daily for 52 weeks at home. Periodic clinic visits will include assessments for clinical safety, application site reactions, and disease improvement or progression.
NCT03638258
This is a parallel group, double blind, vehicle-controlled study in which roflumilast (ARQ-151) cream 0.3%, roflumilast cream 0.15%, or vehicle cream is applied once daily (QD) for 84 days to subjects with chronic plaque psoriasis involving between 2 and 20% body surface area.
NCT01702831
A number of strategies have been proposed to improve the outcome of ASCT. The three main strategies are to incorporate novel agents into the induction regimen, using maintenance therapy following ASCT and the final strategy is to enhance conditioning regimens. Investigators would like to explore all these three strategies in this study: Investigators propose to take patients who have had standard novel agent (bortezomib) based induction regimens into this study and then use a dose-adjusted combination of busulfan and melphalan as conditioning regimen and finally Investigators would like to incorporate lenalidomide maintenance post ASCT until disease progression.
NCT01920061
This study will evaluate PF-05212384 (gedatolisib) PI3K/mTOR inhibitor)) in combination with either docetaxel, cisplatin or dacomitinib in select advanced solid tumors. The study will assess the safety, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of these combinations in patients with advanced cancer in order to determine the maximum tolerated dose in each combination. The cisplatin combination expansion portion will evaluate the anti tumor activity of PF 05212384 plus cisplatin in patients with TNBC in 2 separate Arms (Arm 1 and Arm 2).
