This is a Phase 2b double-blind, randomized, parallel-group, placebo-controlled study of MLE4901 versus placebo in women with PCOS.
NCT00666939
The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of gabapentin as compared to placebo on sleep, using subjective sleep measurements, in subjects with transient insomnia induced by a sleep phase advance.
NCT00399490
Study RN624-CL007 is planned to be an open-label protocol to enroll subjects who have previously participated in Study No. RN624-CL006. In this study, subjects will receive RN624 on an open-label basis.
NCT00746967
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and toleration of oral sildenafil administered as required by women with Female Sexual Arousal Disorder (FSAD) who successfully complete one of the following Pfizer-sponsored, 12-week, double-blinded clinical trials: A1481082 or A1481123. Addition of this 52-week open-label extension will increase the total duration of sildenafil exposure to 64 weeks. Sustained efficacy will also be evaluated after 3 and 6 months of open-label therapy.
NCT00159874
Active treatment, dose-blinded extension study evaluating the safety and long term efficacy of sildenafil citrate in children with PAH.
NCT01912456
The aim of this study is to assess the efficacy of C1-esterase inhibitor in preventing hereditary angioedema attacks when it is administered under the skin of subjects with hereditary angioedema. The safety of C1-esterase inhibitor will also be assessed. Each subject will enter a run-in period of up to 8-weeks. Subjects who complete the run-in period and who are eligible will then enter the treatment phase which comprises two sequential treatment periods. In the treatment phase, subjects will be randomized to one of four arms consisting of treatment with low- or higher-volume C1-esterase inhibitor in one treatment period and treatment with low- or higher-volume placebo in the other treatment period. The study will measure the number of hereditary angioedema attacks that subjects experience while receiving each treatment.
NCT03125200
This study evaluated ADCT-502 in participants with Advanced Solid Tumors with HER2 Expression. Participants participated in a dose-escalation phase (Part 1) and were due to participate in the dose expansion phase (Part 2). In Part 2, patients were due to receive the dose level identified in Part 1, but the study was terminated prior to the beginning of Part 2.
NCT00645268
To determine the effect on erectile function in a population of type 2 diabetic men with erectile dysfunction who have undergone the following treatment regimen: pre-treatment with a daily dose of double-blind sildenafil versus placebo for 4 weeks (Phase I) followed by an as-needed, flexible-dose, open-label treatment phase with sildenafil for 12 weeks (Phase II). To assess safety and tolerability of this dosing regimen and to investigate its effects on endothelial function and subject's responses to the Self-Esteem And Relationship (SEAR) questionnaire.
NCT02533934
Retrospective/Prospective, open-label study using sofosbuvir based DAA therapy to treat HIV/HCV coinfected pre or post liver transplant participants
NCT00659100
The purpose of this study is to assess consumers' behaviors related to gabapentin self- selection and use, relative to warnings and directions for use, as described in the proposed over-the-counter (OTC) product label.
NCT00401986
The primary purpose of this study is to gather additional safety data for the subjects treated with the Alair System (hereinafter, "Alair-Treated Subjects") who previously completed the one-year study entitled: "Multicenter Randomized Clinical Trial of Bronchial Thermoplasty with the Alair System for the Treatment of Severe Asthma" (Protocol #0903-27) sponsored by Asthmatx, Inc. Subjects who elect to participate in this safety study will be followed for an additional four (4) year period beyond the PREDECESSOR STUDY'S one-year endpoint (clinicaltrials.gov number NCT00214539).
NCT00644605
To evaluate the effect of three doses of oral sildenafil (20, 40 and 80 mg three times a day \[TID\]) on exercise capacity, as measured by the 6-Minute Walk test, as well as the safety and tolerability, after 12 weeks of treatment in subjects with pulmonary arterial hypertension who are aged 18 years and over. To investigate the plasma concentration-effect relationship and to determine the population pharmacokinetic (PK) parameters.
NCT02500199
Part 1: to assess the safety and tolerability of pyrotinib and to define the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of pyrotinib in patients with Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-positive advanced solid tumors (metastatic breast cancer, gastric cancer, or other solid tumors that have no targeted agent as standard of care). Part 2: to estimate the overall response rate (ORR) for patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (mBC) and HER2 mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated at the RP2D (or MTD).
NCT00640809
To evaluate the small bowel lesion pattern associated with celecoxib alone versus ibuprofen plus omeprazole
NCT00137072
Safety/Efficacy of 100-mg Viagra at 8 hours post dose in men with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction
NCT02381457
This multi-center prospective observational study is designed to track birth outcomes and perinatal correlates to the Panorama prenatal screening test in the general population among ten thousand women who present clinically and elect Panorama microdeletion and aneuploidy screening as part of their routine care. The primary objective is to evaluate the performance of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP)-based Non Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) for 22q11.2 microdeletion (DiGeorge syndrome) in this large cohort of pregnant women. This will be done by performing a review of perinatal medical records and obtaining biospecimens after birth to perform genetic diagnostic testing for 22q11.2 deletion. Results from the follow-up specimens will be compared to those obtained by the Panorama screening test to determine test performance. Specific test performance parameters will include: PPV, specificity, and sensitivity.
NCT00666770
The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of gabapentin as compared to placebo on sleep in subjects with transient insomnia.
NCT02925299
The main study objective is to determine whether 24/7 automated closed-loop glucose control combined with low glucose feature will improve glucose control as measured by HbA1c. This is an open-label, multi-centre, multi-national, single-period, randomised, parallel group design study, involving a 6 month period of home study during which day and night glucose levels will be controlled either by a closed-loop system combined with low glucose feature (intervention group) or by insulin pump therapy alone (control group). It is expected that a total of up to 150 subjects (aiming for 130 randomised subjects) with type 1 diabetes will be recruited through paediatric outpatient diabetes clinics of the investigation centres. Participants will all be on subcutaneous insulin pump therapy. Subjects in the intervention group will have proven competencies both in the use of the study insulin pump and the study continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device, and will receive appropriate training in the safe use of closed-loop insulin delivery system and low glucose feature. All subjects will have regular contact with the study team during the home study phase including 24/7 telephone support. The primary outcome is between group differences in HbA1c levels at 6 months post study arm initiation. Secondary outcomes are the time spent in the glucose target (3.9 to 10.0mmol/l; 70 to 180mg/dl), time spent with glucose levels above and below target, as recorded by CGM, and other CGM-based metrics. Safety evaluation comprises assessment of the frequency of severe hypoglycaemic episodes and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).
