NCT06665672
The overarching goal of this research study is to determine "proof of concept" of effect of a non-invasive sleep aid device on sleep and performance during sleep opportunities (naps) that occur during and after simulated night shift work. Aim 1: To determine the effect of the ApolloNeuro device on sleep duration, sleep architecture, blood pressure, heart rate variability, and subjective ratings of sleep quality during and after simulated night shift work. Aim 2: To determine the effect of the ApolloNeuro device on post-sleep psychomotor performance.
NCT07083583
This is a prospective, single-arm, single-center observational study evaluating the impact of intravenous (IV) iron replacement in patients with inherited bleeding disorders and iron deficiency (ferritin \<50ng/dL). Subjects will undergo baseline bleeding assessments, quality-of-life measures, and laboratory tests before receiving standard-of-care IV iron. Follow-up blood work and questionnaires will be conducted post-replacement to assess for changes
NCT05550298
The participants are being asked to take part in this clinical trial, a type of research study, because the participants are scheduled to receive or have recently received a hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) or a solid organ transplant (SOT). Primary Objective To determine if pre-transplant screening for respiratory viral load predicts RVI within 1- year post-transplant among survivors. Secondary Objectives: * To develop and validate a classifier based on pre-transplant immunological profile predictive of developing an acute respiratory viral infection (aRVI), with RSV/PIV3/HMPV/SARS-CoV-2 through one-year post-transplant among survivors. * To develop and validate a classifier based on Day +100 post-transplant immunological profiles predictive of developing an acute respiratory viral infection (aRVI),with RSV/PIV3/HMPV/SARS-CoV-2 through one-year post-transplant among survivors .
