NCT01631214
The purpose of this study is to determine if treatment is effective in preventing fractures in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis.
NCT04605159
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ability of a single dose of the investigational RSV Maternal vaccine, administered intramuscularly (IM) to pregnant women aged 18-49 years, in good general maternal health, in preventing medically assessed RSV associated Lower Respiratory Tract Illnesses (LRTIs) in infants born to vaccinated mothers. The study also evaluated the safety of the investigational RSV Maternal vaccine both in vaccinated mothers and in their corresponding infant. Following a recommendation from the Independent Data Monitoring Committee of NCT04605159 (RSV MAT 009), GSK made the decision to stop enrolment and vaccination in the study. Ongoing study participants at that time continued to be monitored as part of the study.
NCT03245840
This is a continuation study of Budesonide Oral Suspension (BOS) in adults and adolescents with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) who have completed participation in the SHP621-302 extension study. The purpose of this study is to see if BOS is safe and well tolerated over the long-term in adolescents and adults with EoE.
NCT02736409
This is a multicenter, double- blind extension study of Oral Budesonide Suspension (OBS) in adults and adolescents (11 to 55 years of age, inclusive) with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) who have completed participation in the SHP621-301 induction study (NCT02605837). The primary objective is to evaluate the maintenance of efficacy of OBS over 36 weeks. Maintenance of efficacy will be measured by the peak eosinophilic count and Dysphagia Symptom Questionnaire (DSQ) score.
NCT05981833
The purpose of this study is to compare postoperative healing of large and massive rotator cuff tears with preoperative MRI confirmed fatty infiltration stage II and higher repaired with or without dermal allograft augmentation (DAA).
NCT04356027
The purpose of the FUSION study is to validate the diagnostic performance of Virtual Flow Reserve (VFR) by comparing it against a reference standard, fractional flow reserve (FFR).
NCT02163694
The primary objective of the study is to assess the progression-free survival (PFS) of veliparib in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel (C/P) compared to placebo plus C/P in participants with a Breast Cancer Gene 1 or 2 (BRCA1; BRCA2) mutation in Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-negative metastatic or locally advanced unresectable breast cancer. The secondary objectives of the study are to assess overall survival (OS), clinical benefit rate (CBR) through the end of Week 24, objective response rate (ORR) and PFS on subsequent therapy (PFS2) in participants treated with veliparib in combination with C/P versus placebo in combination with C/P.
NCT05227209
This is a clinical trial to determine the long-term safety and tolerability of an investigational drug in people with Major Depressive Episode Associated with Bipolar I Disorder (Bipolar I Depression). Participants in the study will receive the drug being studied. This study is accepting male and female participants between 18 and 65 years old who have completed Study SEP380-301. This study will be conducted in approximately 90 study centers worldwide. The treatment duration for this study is one (1) year.
NCT04537715
The participants of this study will have advanced malignancies (also known as advanced cancer). The main aim of this trial will be to study the blood levels (known as pharmacokinetics) of the tazemtostat (the study drug) when administered in combination with another drug. Part 1 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and itraconazole. Part 2 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and rifampin For both Parts 1 and 2, safety and the level that effects of the study drug can be tolerated (known as tolerability) will be assessed throughout.
NCT02761187
The purpose of this study is to describe contemporary, real-world patterns of participant characteristics, clinical disease presentation, therapeutic regimen chosen, and clinical outcomes in participants with newly diagnosed \[ND\] multiple myeloma (MM) and participants with relapsed/refractory \[R/R\] MM.
NCT04141891
This Stage II randomized, controlled, longitudinal trial seeks to assess the acceptability, feasibility, and effects of a driving decision aid use among geriatric patients and providers. This multi-site trial will (1) test the driving decision aid (DDA) in improving decision making and quality (knowledge, decision conflict, values concordance and behavior intent); and (2) determine its effects on specific subpopulations of older drivers (stratified for cognitive function, decisional capacity, and attitudinally readiness for a mobility transition). The overarching hypotheses are that the DDA will help older adults make high-quality decisions, which will mitigate the negative psychosocial impacts of driving reduction, and that optimal DDA use will target certain populations and settings.
NCT03034811
The primary objective of this study is to obtain implant survivorship and clinical outcomes data for the commercially available Persona Partial Knee System.
NCT05551195
This study evaluates the efficacy of two digital therapeutics, WB001 and ED001, on depressive symptoms among women diagnosed with postpartum depression.
NCT04610892
A Phase IIB Parallel group Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of MEDI6570 in Participants with a Prior Myocardial Infarction.
NCT04145440
This is an open-label, multicentre study to characterize the safety and efficacy of the human anti-CD38 antibody MOR202 in adult subjects with in Anti-PLA2R Antibody Positive Membranous Nephropathy (newly diagnosed/relapsed/refractory)
NCT04465487
There are two main goals of this study: The first is to find the highest safe dose of REGN6569 when given with cemiplimab. The second is to get some initial information about how well the REGN6569 in combination with cemiplimab may help shrink certain types of cancer. The study is also looking at: * Side effects that may be experienced by people taking REGN6569 alone and with cemiplimab * How REGN6569 and cemiplimab work in the body * How much REGN6569 and cemiplimab is in your blood * To see if REGN6569 can lower the number of Treg cells in tumors * To see if REGN6569 and cemiplimab can shrink tumors when given together
NCT04514757
Patients undergoing cardiac surgery are at high risk of developing atrial fibrillation (AF), with estimated rates of 30-50% and occurs at approximately 2-4 days after surgery. The autonomic nervous system is known to play a key role in AF. Animal studies have indicated that duration and inducibility of AF can be decreased with intermittent vagus nerve stimulation (VNS). In humans, literature suggests that transcutaneous (tragus) VNS (tVNS) can serve as a potentially non-invasive therapy for treatment of post-operative AF (POAF) by reducing inflammation and increasing atrial refractory period. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of tVNS in reducing the burden of POAF and days of hospitalization after cardiac surgery.
NCT02698579
This is a multi-center, long-term safety and efficacy follow-up study for participants with cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (CALD) who have received Lenti-D Drug Product (eli-cel) in a parent clinical study (Study ALD-102 or Study ALD-104). After completing a parent clinical study (approximately 2 years), eligible participants will be followed for an additional 13 years for a total of 15 years post-drug product infusion. No investigational drug product will be administered in this study.
