Brigatinib in Relapsed or Refractory ALK-Positive Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma

NCT03719898

FDA approved drugs to treat patients with relapsed or refractory anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) has a median progression free survival of 20 months. Majority of patients relapse in 2 years. This study will evaluate overall response rate of next generation ALK inhibitor brigatinib in ALK positive ALCL patients by overcoming mechanisms of resistance to ALK inhibitors on cancer patients.

A Pilot Study of a Home-Based Walking Intervention for Pancreatic Cancer Patients

Despite evidence regarding the benefits of physical activity in various cancer patient populations, the effects of a home-based walking program for pancreatic cancer patients have been under-explored. The aims of the proposed pilot project are to: (1) Assess the feasibility of implementing a 12-week, home-based walking program among pancreatic cancer patients; and (2) Examine the effects of a 12-week, home-based walking program on quality of life (QOL) and symptoms among pancreatic cancer patients.

This study, designed as a proof of concept study of MCS110 in pigmented villonodular synovitis, assessed the clinical response to MCS110 treatment in Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis (PVNS) patients, after a single or multiple intravenous doses of MCS110, using magnetic resonance imaging to assess tumor volume, and evaluated the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, safety and tolerability in this population.
